Even partially under construction and off-season, this place exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing and location is top-notch.

This over 100 years old building was very well keept. The firepit at the Receptions Balkony overlooking the pool was very cozy. Downside was the Destination carger wasn't
working the last 2 times I was there. Unconveinient for me but I would stay there again.

Very enjoyable in all aspects. Dined at The Margarita it was excellent as was the staff. Rooms very clean and the beds are to die for. Only downside the shower did not drain properly and water was backing up. Also no refrigerator in room. Was advised to ask when visiting before.

Trip canceled do to storm in FL governor declare state of emergency but the hotel and expedia made believe nothing was happening did not refund or reschedule the stay , have not heard anything from expedia

Incredible, my room was smaller than I thought it was. Must of been the picture. Didn’t matter. My room was immaculate. My bed was nothing I could imagine. I have never slept in a bed, oh and those pillows.
Also margarita bar great food!

Beautiful property and loved the breakfast! A little pricey but worth it. Nice pool area, but pool was a little too deep for kids. The 3.5 ft area was a little small, relative to the pool size. Rooms were a littled dated, but still very nice and clean. Loved it and will stay again!

If you want to relax and enjoy the sound of nature this resort is a hidden jewel. I stayed there 2 weeks ago for only one night because I live only 45 minutes away from it but was curious about the resort and it’s amenities. It did not disappoint. It has a natural beauty and charming tranquility. The front desk staff as well as their restaurant staff was very attentive and pleasant.

The rooms were fantastic and we enjoyed, relaxing, golfing and dining at the resort. We were disappointed with the pool and hot tub area. Just not as nice as we expected, but it was a nice place and we would stay agai!

I thought the restaurant food and service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to serve us wherever we were. I had an excellent pedicure at the Spa and my husband enjoying golfing. Overall a wonderful stay.

The surrounding are very pretty. But the cleaning is not that good. My room had dust, and in one of the restaurants they put me a plate to share a pizza that was dirty.

The rooms did not have a refrigerator which we found unusual. The resort grounds are quite nice. Rooms pretty normal. We had nice golf course view.

I wanted this place to be perfect..the grounds are AMAZING but the hotels are just way too old, they smell bad, they try to keep clean but I couldn't even walk on the floor in my room barefoot it just freaked me out.
YOU HAVE TO PUT MONEY BACK IN THE HOTEL AND RENOVATE OR CLOSE THEM. I saw multiple reviews about this and they are right. Could barely get a hot shower.
The restaurant was disappointing.
We stayed one night, fought Expedia for a refund..but got it! Staff was helpful but it took some pulling at first.

Enjoy the location and service of the resort but paying $200 plus a night for a room that does not have a microwave and refrigerator is sad. Beds are comfortable but the rooms need updating. Suggest signs showing where resort rooms are located. Prices of the resort are high but the quality of food and rooms are not worth the prices. That explains why a lot of the rooms were empty.
