Lovely hotel. We’ll deserving if it’s 4star rating
The reception, bar and restaurant staff are excellent and made my stay as a lone guest feel safe and secure as my husband was taken ill and hospitalised

We liked the staff who were friendly and welcoming the breakfast and the dinners were great value with plenty of choice and drinks were a good price. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

+ Absolutely fantastic and helpful staff from reception throughout kitchen. Really tasty breakfasts and dinners. Porto Cristo is beautiful quite place, small clean beach is nearby, port and buses too, walkable distance to gems Drach and Hams Caves.
- Small gym and “swimming”pool, but who’s wanna swim there, when sea is so clean and warm?

This hotel is in an enviable position looking on to the port of Porto Christo. If you are quick enough at meal times you can get a table overlooking the bay. Reception staff are very friendly, helpfull and speak English so check-in was easy. My room was a Single with Single bed. The bed was more like a Kingsize and very comfortable. The bathroom however was small. Useable but small. The room was very warm which was a bonus as it was very cold weather when I was there.Food was excellent and varied (I put on weight) Most of the staff were lovely but one or two took a while to warm to you and gave me the impression they didn`t like their jobs. Not much more I can say other than Porto Cristo is a very small place and in January very quiet. Still I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again but maybe a little later in the year.

We love this hotel. It is our second stay here and it definitely won’t be the last. The room ( sea view ) was just beautiful and the entertainment provided by the locality across the road was an added bonus.. we can t fault the staff, food or cleanliness and the location couldn’t be better. 10/10 from us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this establishment. We had sea view rooms and really appreciated that even with the proximity to the beach, we experienced no noise intrusion into the rooms. The food was very good and plentiful. The only thing I would change is that at least water should be offered with dinner, instead of having to purchase water. The hotel was very helpful. Shout out to Eva, she was very helpful as was all the staff manning the reception desk. The location is in walking distance to Drauch Caves and the Lighthouse. There are plenty of retail stores, eateries and grocery stores in the surrounding area. Parking can be a bit of hassle, as well as the one way streets and the construction zones. Overall, I would and I have recommended this hotel to others.

Food far surpassed expectations. Wifi sporadic if not in main building. 214 was a nightmare getting large luggage up spiral staircase only 2 rooms with this issue though. Staff pleasant. Water expensive bring your own. Room had nice interior, a few too many hairs in bath and sheets for my liking however. Also beds pushed together as a double split apart very easily.

This place is a little gem. Great food, nice rooms, clean. The gym is perfect, pool always seems to be quiet. The staff are all just lovely. It’s quiet in Portocristo but, lots of lovely little places all around. I stayed here alone for two weeks (not really a holiday, covid nonsense, long story) and couldn’t have been happier. I’ll definitely be back for an actual holiday with friends as soon as possible!
The only thing I would say is if you are a light sleeper, go for the annex or a garden view. Noise doesn’t bother me at all so I was able to enjoy an amazing sea view room. Lovely!!

Wonderful breakfast and bed hotel, central clean and very spacious room, good treatment with very pleasant staff

Delightful mini break. Our original room was in a garden room which was spotlessly clean and well decorated but very small. No view. So we upgraded to a sea view in the main hotel. Double the size and a beautiful outlook.
Breakfast was included and the choice was limitless. My only gripe was the scrambled eggs were cold both mornings but you could have a chef make you an omelette.
Service was good, staff friendly.
Go for the higher floors for best views as there are trees which will obscure the views (still nice though).
Parking limited but you’ll find somewhere in the residential streets nearby.
Would highly recommend.

Hotel of good quality, excellent in its way of being thought, is a good "B&B" bed and breakfast, the Spa on this occasion I could enjoy it, although it is basic meets the spectra, good beds to sleep, hot shower and A very careful buffet dinner and breakfast.

Very quiet hotel in the winter, very cozy, on our arrival many clients were inside with a very warm and warm atmosphere, excellent hotel of the type "B&B" good dinner and breakfast, comfortable and comfortable bed.

Negative: stairs to climb to get to your room
Positive: fabulous buffets for dinner and breakfast
2.0 / 10.0
Conveniently located in the heart of Porto cristo. For the price and location to both the port and the caves I’d say it’s a good deal. Only negative is that rooms are small, you have to pay to use the safe in your room, and the Turkish bath (steam room) was out of order during our stay. Breakfast was quite good, that was a plus.
5.0 / 10.0
Good hotel, quiet, my room faced the beach with good views, excellent staff, dinner and breakfast was very good, and varied, the large room and the bed very comfortable, the only thing I would put as inconvenience is the size of the television, (12 inches) that is somewhat away from the bed.
4.0 / 10.0
Convenience/no frills. It met my expectations, although the breakfast waiter could have been more friendly and also could been more attentive to clearing tables.
4.0 / 10.0
Loved the location, sea view from balcony, bed was comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Didn’t like the size of the very small bathroom particularly the very small shower cubicle. Some of the finishings, for example, around the radiators weren’t fitted properly and hanging off. That said the positives outweighed the negatives and I would definitely return.

I booked the annexe thinking it was on the flat for my friend as he is disabled but we HAD TO UPGRADE TO A SEA VIEW WITH A TREE IN THE WAY

Lovely hotel. Literally a stones throw from the beach. Highly recommend it.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. In a central Porto Cristo location with fabulous views over the beach this is a goid hotel. The lobby and bedrooms are decorared with a lot of dark wood which tends to give a slightly old fashioned feel. There is a kettle in the bedroom but you only get coffee/tea on arrival so if you like a hot drink in your room, take your own supply.

Located close to the beach and convenient to walk around town. Queen rooms are small and the bathrooms with the shower instead of a tub are too tiny to move around. Restaurant food is greasy and very bland. Saw a cockroach one day in dining area that kind of put us off.

lovely old fashioned hotel located minutes from the beach.

Lovely area. Very hot. Brits must wear factor 50 and avoid all umbrellas which are not the straw type, no sun protection using the material type - handy tip!

NOT SO. I was sent to a building across the street, which was totally separate from the hotel and felt like a dorm, with not great beds or bedding. I tried to do a local outside call, but because I was checking out the next day, they actually closed of access to outside lines which meant I couldn't call out from my room. The night receptionist couldn't help me, and when I went to the receptionist early the next morning (the local call was at a hospital where my husband had to undergo unexpected surgery), she dialed the number and actually charged me for the local call!!!! Not great customer service overall.

This was the first holiday for me and my partner. We're in our late 20's. First we booked a room over-seeing the beach, however upon arrival they told us that all the sea view rooms were booked so we had to have a room over looking the buildings - not a good start. The hotel itself was ok. However for a 4 star I feel it was well below parr. We have stayed at plenty of 4 star hotels and this was more like a 3 star at best. We decided to go all inclusive - however all inclusive is NOT all inclusive. If you what any alcohol you will pretty much have to pay for it, unless its house wine or locally sourced beer. The buffet itself - you had 6 dishes to choose from. We had dinner there for the first night and then went out for the rest of our stay as it was that bad, which is not good for a 4 star all inclusive.

A friend and myself decided to have a break from the awful damp, cold UK winter and booked a short holiday at fairly short notice. I decided on this hotel after reading the reviews and I was not disappointed. Our twin room was in the annex and was simple but comfortable and the bathroom had a bath and shower over which suited us both as my friend enjoys a bath but I prefer showers! Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of meats, breads, cheeses, fruit, cereals and juices. I chose the Spanish version of bacon and scrambled eggs and it was delicious. The evening meal was fine even if not exactly first rate and was plentiful. I rather like the buffet style of service. What really makes the hotel is the wonderful staff. They are all polite and enthusiastic but, above all, helpful and concerned for the welfare of their guests. The spa is a bonus and I eased some aching joints in the pool. All in all, a very relaxing few days.

Hotel felip in Porto Cristo Was very helpfully on arrival and very good with us as we were only staying one night. only booked breakfast and quiet a good selection. Well situated,But like all small villages No available parking spaces.

Friendly and old fashioned (in a good way). Superb location close to the beach and harbour of a small, friendly seaside town- the town and hotel are perfectly in keeping with each other. Just dont expect a gleaming bland modern corporate hotel or large tourist resort have a nice day experience. Slightly quirky it may be, and not be to everyones taste, but we had a fantastic time staying here. I cant fault the staff on their friendliness or willingness to help.
