Staff friendly on arrival we was there a hour before check in so left our car in the car park and went to our family, checked in later. Noticed that the flooring wasn’t 100% and the shower didn’t get very hot .

Hi,
I stayed at this property.
The fire alarm was going of all night
and I didn’t sleep at all. Broken sleep throughout the night.
To top it off the shower wasn’t working properly and the water temperature was warm.
Spoke to the receptionist in the morning about a refund or some sort of compensation
for the unpleasant night and they advised me to contact hotels.com and assured me that you guys would offer me the refund as I booked through you.

Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. (Springs and very little padding). Food in the restaurant was mediocre and unedible. Certainly won't be staying again

Hotel was fine but the bed was solid and so were the pillows so very uncomfortable and I didn’t get a lot of sleep

Hotel is outdated and needs an uplift but it was clean and yes there were signs or water ingress and damp/mould but it didn't take away from the feel of the hotel in that you didnt feel unsafe to sleep there as that was all I did. The additional bar lock on the door was broken so for a single woman could be an issue. The windows provided some barrier to the main road traffic but it was the lads outside that were loudest. The doors in the communal areas are not soft closing so everytime someone went through there was a thud but again not enough to be upset over.
The shower head wouldnt stay upright but the pressure and temperature were very good but the shower needs a non slip mat as the surface is very slippery when wet. They leave tissue from the last guest in the room rather than putting a new one which i completely understand.
Didnt have breakfast but from what i saw it looked hot as i could see steam rising from plates of those eating and fresh food was coming out. Reception staff were pleasant and check-in was quick and easy.
There's also an Aldi, Asda and other shops literally next door. It matched the cost. if you are booking to spend every minute in the room then not for you but if it's a place to lay your head and spend some time relaxing it ain't awful

The Staff went out of their way to help, nothing was too much trouble. Even the house keeping staff went out of their way to help. I could not fault them.

Very tired, very basic hotel room. Mould and mildew throughout shower room / toilet.
Cobwebs and mildew in corners of room.
Very uncomfortable mattress.
Tradespeople and vans unloading loudly right underneath bedroom window. Hands down worst hotel stay I’ve experienced to date

Arrived at the hotel to be told that the room i had booked didn't have a working toilet, but not to worry because i coukd use the customer toilet in reception. This was unacceptable to be expected that each time i need to use the toilet especially during the night that i would have to come down a floor just to use the facilities. And when i queationed why i was sold a room without a working toilet the receptionist said to me well its just my job to tell you, do you want the room or not. I had driven almost 2 hours that day to get to the hotel to be expected to accept the room or find somewhere else at 11pm on a saturday night.

Room was clean but basic but perfectly ok for our one night stay.

This is a cheap, basic hotel with some amenities that lift it to a 3 star. The place was clean and serviceable with very friendly and helpful staff. It is convenient to the M5 and has free parking and air con in the rooms. However, the rooms are a little dated and more shower was under whelming. A good place to stop for overnight to sleep, but not a good holiday hotel. It has a restaurant and breakfast for a cost, but I didn’t use either so can’t comment.

There were some faults in my room which were fixed when I reported them but only after reporting it twice. I’ve used the Ramada for a few years for work trips and I’ve noticed that the rooms are a bit tired looking now. But it’s not an expensive hotel so I’m not expecting the Ritz.

Arrived Friday evening about 10 pm on entering the room it was oppressively hot it was not a particularly hot day or evening. I found that the towel rail was scolding hot to the touch and there was no way if turning it off and the air conditioning was not working. After an uncomfortable nights sleep I reported this in the morning and was told maintenance would look at it but the towel rail could not be turned off. On returning later that night there was no change reporting it again the reception came to room and could not fix and I was told maintenance worked Monday to Friday and that they were fully booked so could not move room. Was asked if I wanted a free drink and that was it. So after another uncomfortable night I left in the morning highly unimpressed. To add there was significant condensation on the window and the lamp shades had lots of marks on them I think water stains.
I appreciate this is a budget hotel but definitely won't be staying here again.

It is evident that the room we stayed in gas recently been painted. The bathroom however has not be renovated at all. There was grime and dirt in the tiles around the shower, no shelf to put our toiletries on, the drainage also needs looking at. If you are the shower more than a couple of minutes you'll end up standing in a pool of water.
We spoke to a member of staff on reception who came to our room to have a look and said that he would go and speak to the night duty manager and come back to us afterwards. He never did come back.
Will definitely not be staying here again

Receptionist did not listen to my issue with TV not working. I don't think her English was great. 2nd lady got it sorted. Rooms tired with shoddy chipped furniture. On a main road not near anything. Would not return. Village at Dudley miles better or Leanardos in Birmingham is mint but both a bit dearer

I was given Disable room which I did not requested for ,the sink was low. I have complained to the receptionist.

Left alone unless we wanted something and then we were accommodated no hesitation

Main issue is tatty decor. Rooms are drab and need refurbishing. Receptionist not particularly friendly .
Ramada is a premium chain, but not reflected here.

Was not worth the money. The staff are lovely and helpful but, the place is really run down. Shower head sharp broken plug a lot of wear to room and a pillow that had been stuffed by a toddler
