All good!

The hotel is well located and the reception staff & concierge were extremely polite and helpful but I had 2 major issues in the hotel
- My son who is using a wheelchair and I asked for an accessible room was given a tiny room for n the service area behind the restaurant in an inconvenient location that he must access the room through a service elevator which is most of the time blocked by restaurant materials
- second issue is the high noise coming from the restaurant as they play loud music till 12:00 in weekdays and 2:00 am in weekends that you can hear from everywhere in the hotel

Our room was not ready until very late (b/c of a late checkout for one of their 'amabassador clients') so we were given another room for the first night. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, and willing to figure out how to navigate our situation (the room was the only one of its kind - not sure how often they run into this issue but for those traveling overnight, waiting until 5pm to get into a room is too long!) They were helpful with cabs and dinner reservations - a true 4-5 star experience in a really convenient spot just a few blocks from the Arc.

The service and location

Staff friendly and helpful.

Staff was very kind and good. Location was very good, but Hotel was small compare to a 5 Star ( Specially for International) , even restaurant was not opened . Breakfast was ok .
4.1
We loved our stay here. So close to everything there is to offer when staying for a few days.
4.1
The hotel is in a nice area and taxis are available from the desk quite quickly. The only issue we had during our stay in a suite is the bathroom was freezing. The view of the Eiffel Tower was the top half and was very nice during the evening.

Excellent personnel, very friendly and helpful. The exercise room needs machines that works

The hotel is good but not as I excepcted as an Intercontinental hotel .

This hotel is in an ideal location! Easy walking to all the best sites - Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Champ de elysee, Louvre, etc…
There are probably a million restaurants/cafes to choose from within minutes of the hotel.
The hotel seemed to be recently renovated - nice decor. The rooms were clean and well kept. They are TINY! To be expected in Paris, but not a lot of room for large luggage to be kept on the floor (rooms 212/311). Not a major issue, just something to keep in mind.
There’s an adorable courtyard in the center of the property. Great place to sit and have a pre/after dinner glass of wine.
All staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The staff at this location were extremely accommodating, welcoming and friendly. It’s the perfect location to be able to walk to the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower is also just a short walk away. We will definitely stand here again. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The Staff were outstanding.

- at check in the room was available only after 4:30 pm
- there was a leak in the shower
- although I had paid for breakfast they tried to charge me again
- the room service is horrible.
I do not recommend the hotel, especially considering the rate charged

The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially the concierge. However, it was a bit overpriced for the type of room we got.

We arrived for 3:15pm for check in, informed our room wasn’t ready (3pm check in onwards) the reception said we could have a complimentary glass of champagne. Our room was finally ready approx 4:45pm, as we went to our room, cleaners was just leaving it. We paid $1532 for 2 nights, prestige junior suite we balcony and city view. We got a room, small junior suite, not prestige, no balcony and definitely no a city view, but a view of either other guest rooms or offices where we could see directly in or they could see us, so we had to leave the curtains shut for privacy. We went to reception and they stated they couldn’t give us a room with balcony as fully booked, and a city view does not exist, Expedia is at fault apparently. Since we booked with them they could do nothing. We went back to our room, we got a call from reception saying they could give us our late lunch we had 40 euros free (the one we had whilst waiting in reception whilst our room wasn’t ready) No room service menu, there was a fully stocked bar at a cost, 5 euros for skittles etc. Trash left in hallway from other guests so we have to move out of the way to get to our room. The rooms were not sound proof as we could hear other guests. Rooms are clean and maintenance kept up, Dyson hairdryer was nice. Franck the valet was super nice, completely professional. The gentleman that worked the bar during the day was very nice and professional, maxed out so can’t complete, do not book as got worse

Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Whilst the size of the hotel and suite/rooms was classic Paris; - The service , friendliness and efficiency at this property is KING SIZED ! The entire staff ,(everyone that we interacted with ), truly made our visit memorable . Helen at the Concierge desk was par excellence .
The location of course speaks for itself.
I take back happy memories of this stay.
The property was a very pleasant surprise .

Very vanilla. Superb staff, however.

Rooms are extremely small and a standard for a 4 stars hotel.

Great location + friendly staff especially (mr. Jermie) in the concierge, he was very helpful

Staff are excellent, they make the best to understand you and help you get around! The housekeeper manager was great, she personally came up to our room to welcome us and wished us a great time during our staying!!

We loved this hotel- great location - beautiful rooms but the staff ensured we had a true five star experience- amazing concierge who pulled out the stops and amazing folks who went out of their way to make our stay just a little extra special. Can’t wait to come back!
4.1
Very convenient to most major city attractions, including hop on hop off bus stop at Arc de Triomphe.
4.1
The hotel was very convenient, and their service was great! It was a 3 minute walk to Arc du triomphe, and short Uber rides to Eiffel Tower and the Louvre.
The hotel itself (e.g. the lobby) and the rooms were much smaller than they appear in the photographs. This wasn't a big deal for us, but could be an issue for others.
4.1
Had to change room due to heating not working, small bathroom with terrible shower.
4.1
Good location but simply not a 5 star hotel. 3 at best
4.1
Not as accepted looks more better in photos but it was good price
4.1
Outstanding hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent service.
4.1
The hotel is not a 5 star property. Carpet and elevator need refreshing. Rooms are adequate but not stylish. They use paper napkins at a not tasty breakfast. It’s not even close to 5 stars. The staff of course was great but the hotel needs to make it worthy of 5 stars
4.1
A great hotel to stay at that is very close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champ-Elysees. Wonderful service and great food.
4.1
Ok, good location, too small room.... it was good.
