Friendly staff - plenty of parking, free use of pool. Room was comfortable and clean with a/c and a balcony.

Very nice property with ample parking and it’s own restaurant onsite though we only saw it open to serve breakfast. The breakfast was very basic and didn’t have many choices such as assorted cold cuts, fresh fruit or pancakes that we’d found served at other places we’d stayed during our trip. Our room was very new looking like it was recently constructed BUT it was on the 3rd floor and the elevator only goes to the second ! And we had some fairly heavy luggage so it wasn’t what we wanted at the end of a long day. But the two outstanding moments came after our arrival and the one was dinner at the restaurant nearby called Maggiolina. We just showed up not realizing that you needed a reservation BUT initially we were told that they couldn’t fit us in but after our waiter went to bat for us we were seated with the caveat that we had to leave within 75 minutes ( we were tired and starving and eagerly agreed). The food was fantastic and so was the service and we ended up being told we could stay longer if we wished but were too full even for Gelato. The second incident was after enjoying a relaxing chat on the hotel’s patio in my tiredness I had left my “Man Purse” as my girls called it on the back of a patio chair. Not realizing this till the following morning I ran downstairs to reception and found that the night receptionist Peno had found it and kept it safe for me. Peno you’re the best Mate 👍👍

Very elegant. Friendly staff. Small but fully equipped bathroom. Location Not near city center. When time for dinner, entire restaurant was taken by a tour group. Since we had no car, we had to walk about 10 min on a small, dark, bumpy sidewalk to the closest place to eat. Next morning included breakfast was surprisingly skimpy for such an elegant place.

A welcome retreat and first night stay for Rome - staff were really helpful and breakfast was great!

We stayed for one night prior to our flights home. We chose the hotel because of it's relative proximity to Ciampino Airport.
We had spent a few days in the middle of Rome and it was nice to get out into the hills surrounding the city. The area around the hotel is mainly residential, but it's a pleasant area.
We walked up from Frascati Station which I wouldn't recommend, and the hotel do offer a shuttle service to and from the station.
The hotel was bigger than we were expecting and has lots of outside space.
We didn't eat at the on site restaurant but wandered down the road to a local restaurant which offered some very nice Italian food, as you'd expect. We did have a drink when we got back to the hotel and they are reasonably priced.
The only downsides to our stay were firstly the air conditioning wasn't great in our room, and I woke up at 2am feeling a bit clammy. Only by opening the windows and racking up the air con were we able to get the temperature down. Secondly, we ordered a taxi to the airport via the front desk as it was quite an early flight. The taxi was nearly $10 more expensive than if we'd ordered one from the middle of Rome despite the hotel being only 5 miles from the airport.
Overall, I'd fully recommend this hotel for anyone who is planning a trip to Rome but wants to get away from the hurly burly of the city at the end of the day.

The hotel itself is nice and looks like it’s had some updating but not to a very good standard. Still lots of finishing touches to be done. We turned up for breakfast at 9 am and everything was gone even though they serve until 9.30am and we had to ask for some food and bowls etc then had to sit at a dirty table even though we were paying customers. Some Staff (not all) just didn’t care. You definitely need a car here, the taxi booked by the hotel to the airport was very expensive at 60 euros and only took 15 mins, that was to the closest airport I feel we got ripped off. So not happy about that. Would not return.

A beautiful little place with really helpful and friendly staff. I was caught a bit by how far it was from Rome, but wasy enough to catch public transport in and there is a shuttle service to and from the train station. Very convenient if you are using the Ciampino airport

Really enjoyed the hotel, staff are friendly and close enough to all the sights for easy taxi transfers.

The room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived. There were ants and bugs inside the room. Noise from the toilet - especially after flushing - would keep us up when trying to sleep. They tell you that you can use the pool area but not really: they don't have sunbeds and you're not even allowed to lay down by the pool on a towel or something, you can just sit on the chairs around the tables that the use for their parties..
If you wanna move around a lot this is NOT a good place to go since its a bit outside. They tell you that they have a shuttle bus leaving people at the train station in Frascati and also picking them up but this is very misleading since they only take you there twice in the morning and never later(you could ask them though but they'll tell you to take a taxi). So we had to take a taxi every time we left the hotel(10 euros) and another 10 euros when coming back.

you need drive about 20 minutes to metro red line, the end of the station called Anagning, there we waited for parking because the parking lot was full, one car out, one car in. One time I waited for 25 minutes when i got there about 9:45 am. The parking fee is reasonable, less than 10 hours is 1.50 euro, more than 10 hours is 2.5 euro. which is a good thing.

This hotel was lovely.Beautiful surroundings and a definite setting for a wedding of which there were 2 whilst we were there hence reason for Godfather ( film) reference. Unlike other reviews we never felt excluded and it did enhance our experience. Some of the fixtures inside were a little tired but again this did not detract and again enhanced our experience. Warm friendly staff always helpful and attentive to your needs. Free Shuttle bus a big bonus to get to the station as about 30 mins away from centre of Rome by train. A very pleasant stay in a very pleasant hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly as we were stranded in the middle of nowhere and although it was late they sent their shuttle to pick us up immediately which was really a relief! The interior design is very classy and the food excellent. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Really good hotel but a little difficult to reach, call for their shuttle ahead! ;)

We had this place all to our selves for most of our stay. It was a very beautiful Villa in a great location away from the inner city of Rome. The staff was amazing and the food was very good and very affordable. It is a bit of a distance from the airport and the city but that is exactly what we wanted. Just make sure you plan your transportation. The rooms are a little small but once again we knew this before booking and it was what we needed. We were only using it to sleep because we had so many things planned. I can not say enough about the staff they were so friendly and helpful at all hours of the day or night.

Great stay staff very helpful good level of Engish spoken. Room good size no issues plenty of car parking space, lovely gardens. Close to Train station in Frascati hotel has shuttle bus for this. Great if you have a car as a base. Very good value for money.

beautiful park-like setting. convenient for Ciampino airport. Beds may be too short for someone over 6 feet; bathrooms were a little cramped. restaurant was average. Breakfast was limited.

The hotel is breath taking. The city is beautiful. They should find an easier way to locate the hotel because it took us over 3 hours once in the city to finally have a valet chauffeur to physically drive us to the hotel. The address did not exist for the GPS.
As for the room the only downfall was that the walls are paper thin. WE were very tired and could not sleep because of the noise from the water pipes, coughing, could hear the neighbors doing their business, bottles and canes tumbling on the floor outside because they were cleaning up from the wedding that weekend.
The staff was very helpful and spoke fluent English and some French.

I usually never write reviews, but this hotel deserves it. The staff were really friendly; nothing was too much for them, the hotel itself in a beautiful setting and the room was always immaculate. Breakfast was a continetal buffet, and it was superb.
The only downside is that the hotel is actually based in Grottaferreta, a town outside of Rome. However the hotel do provide a shuttle service (Free of charge) which will leave you and pick you up at the local station should you need to visit the Eternal city. (The actual town the hotel is situated is just as beautiful.) Personally it was a plus, as you were able to unwind in a relaxing atmosphere after a hectic city bustle.
Overall it was the most relaxing stay I've had, and I've stayed in 4 star hotels in London and Singapore to state a few.

Loved this hotel. Suggest dinner at other locations in neighbourhood as they were cheaper with better food. We stayed an extra night as we enjoyed Roma so much and hotel was convenient and comfortable.

My wife and I live in the usa and we decided to visit italy so I went on Line and I start looking around so I so the hotel threw the pictures and I also read the review so we decided to go for it . When we went there we found out that the hotel is way far away from the air port so we called the hotel and they were very helpful the directed us to the easiest way to get to the hotel and when we went there they were so nice to us and they helped us with everything starting by how to have a good time in italy till how to forget about you love far from Rome we really had a great time I do recommend this hotel and if we ever decided to go back to italy we will definitely going to stay there

Hotel is quite nice. The staff are ok. Many of the facilities listed on Expedia weren't in my room/available, eg, no balcony, bathrobes, mini bar, newspaper, yoga classes. 2 of the days there was a wedding at the poolside so you couldn't use the pool. The breakfast is a bit basic, there is no fresh fruit.

Rooms look tired and tatty. Old fashioned decoration, dirty in places that are difficult to clean in bathroom. Staff on the reception didn't pass on messages between shifts, left waiting for a courtesy bus, ordered but didn't turn up in nearby town late at night. Food choices limited for people like us with a vegetarian diet. English not spoken well by all the reception staff. The kitchen staff were professional and the best of the bunch, but the kitchen appears to be geared up to provide the set menu. This hotel is for weddings and coach parties. It's traditional and not modern in any way. Lastly when we were there the pool was closed, I'm sure it would have been too cold to swim but might have been nice to sit around. And it is featured in the photos. But the whole area was full of tools and workmen.

I found the reception and domestic staff quite polite and helpful.
The hotel is quite a distance from central Rome (had to take the shuttle bus) to Frascati station then a 30mins train ride to Rome.
The pool was always cold which wasnt very condusive even for the hot weather.
Breakfast was poor - (cold 'buffet') 1 selection of cold meat and cheese, criossant, bread roll, tea and coffee and 1 type of sugary juice every morning.
On the other hand the hotel is placed on very spacious and well kept grounds but apart from the cold pool, there's nothing else to do.
