My stay was a 4.8 out of 5 stars… I really wanted it to be 5, but unfortunately, right when I got up to the room, I wasn’t able to flush the toilet… When I told the front desk about the toilet, they said they’d send someone in 15-20 minutes later. After waiting about 30-40 minutes for someone, I ended up falling asleep… when I woke up, the toilet unfortunately still hadn’t been fixed. So I called the front desk when I woke up about 2 hours later, to which it was resolved within 15 minutes later.

Hotel is not worth the money and not worth an additional $22 environmental fee after the 1st of the year. Also was charged an additional $75 per room on top of what I already paid. The rooms are so so tiny.

Overall our stay was comfortable, we had connectivity issues with chromecast, informed the front desk and were told some one will come by and fix, it was not fixed.

We loved the Hotel and the perceived value it provided. We were very disappointed that there was a $25 per night resort fee. I feel it is very underhanded and very back handed to charge this type of fee for this type of Hotel.

Overall a good experience the room was rather small but it was clean and modern. The drawback was that there’s a charge if you want your room cleaned which wasn’t specified at check in. It was shy of 50 dollars, had I known that, I wouldn’t have asked for it I would have stayed the whole 5 days without it being cleaned

The staff was excellent, the location was very convenient, and the hotel is very nice. Only complaint is that the room was tiny, way too small for two people and several days. Just a couple feet around a queen bed.

Good location. Friendly staff. Internet was not working due to high winds. Asked for new towels to be delivered to the room but the olds ones were not collected. Shower was good but the shower curtain allowed water to spray all over the bathroom floor. The faucet on the sink was not properly installed.

Hotel is in a convenient location and easily accessible to public transportation. However, I wouldn’t categorise the hotel as 4 stars, it would be 3-3.5 stars at most.

Second time staying here, and it was just as nice as I remember! The front desk said there was no housekeeping unless asked for, but they came in without us knowing anyway, so we were a tad confused by that, but grateful nonetheless! Hotel is very clean, well organized, and very kind staff! It’s also in a perfect place in the city with very close parking options. Will definitely stay again!

I saw good reviews about this hotel, but my experience wasn't the best. The rooms are tight with not much space for 2 people, rooms were out dated and not thoroughly cleaned. Parking is not available other than valet and thats $75 per night. I really wanted to like this hotel, but was disappointed.

We chose this hotel because of its close location to the redline. The room was pretty small but clean. Parking around the corner was $50. We knew there was a silly resort fee, but when we got home they had charged us twice. I had to call to get my money back. Check your cards! A woman off the street wearing no pants beat us to breakfast. After she asked me for money, she touched everything and took bites of food and left it. She then proceeded to dump a flower vase and wash her hands with it. She yelled have a great day in the lobby and walked out. After that, we skipped fruit/muffin breakfast and checked out.

Keegan at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Maryana made great cocktails at the lobby bar and was also very friendly Rooms are not very big but they were very clean. Unfortunately the fridge didnt get cold, it was room temp so our leftovers from dinner went to waste. Overall good place to stay solo or as a couple

All in all a good stay. The morning amenities could have been nicer with more than just coffee and tea, since this is no coffee maker in the room. The lobby had great ice water, but it was always empty by the afternoon, and didn't seem to get filled. Clean and quiet rooms.

The hotel was great. The staff was amazing. Especially Sasha and Zoey, the two who checked us in. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and they were very helpful in suggestions when we asked about things to do. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chicago!

Overall - a good place to stay. Sasha and Joseph were phenomenal and consistently helpful and great to work with. Others of the staff seemed bored or disinterested. Coffee was allowed to run out and only replenished when guests were lined up and requested It. There were typically 3 people at the front desk and yet no one was monitoring this. In the room, the microwave was unplugged and sitting on the refrigerator. In order to use the microwave, we had to move the fridge closer to an outlet. No coffee maker in room.

The property claims to be a 4* but it is not for the following reasons: 1. No cleaning for 3 days, though I put the card on the door requesting housekeeping to clean the room. 2. The room had no water, glasses, kettle, tea, coffee, or cream as a complementary which every other nearby 4* hotel provides. 3. The room sizes are small. 4. There is no housekeeping on call. There was water dripping from the bathroom vent, despite leaving a message on the voicemail, no one turned up
