Great hotel built into the cliff overlooking the sea. Travelled in Nov. Weather was 33 degrees. Was told air con switched off due to being winter so was a little warm in the room. Other than that, the hotel was great

Nice room. Internet wifi somewhat unpredictable. Not a 5 star, but four stars.

Excellent location and facilities. All Inclusive option is fantastic. Entertainment is also great. They had a desk to help organize trips to parts of the island and to another island. We did two of them and were fantastic! Highly recommend!

An amazing stay. Fabulous friendly staff, great location & amenities.

The property was amazing. Everything they advertised. The restaurant was actually some of the better food we had in the islands. The rooms and location were clean and well maintained. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 was that the AC was not working in our room. Sleeping was difficult due to warmth. Overall, a good but not great experience.

We stayed a week in May at the Best Semiramis. The buffet all inclusive food was great with daily changes of options like Tex Mex, Italian, Curry night etc. The breakfast was vast and lots of choice again. There was entertainment every evening in the bar. It was close to everything to walk to especially some beautiful botanical gardens 10 mins walk away. There was all the amenities you could need in the room and if you didn't have something the reception would know how to get it for you, eg a kettle for a small cost etc. A good week, we would definitely stay again.

Hotel was really nice and the views from the rooms are spectacular. It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff.
Overall for the lower price for a hotel, did not expect amazing as you get what you pay for and we were happy with the stay for a couple of nights

We spent a week on Tenerife traveling every 1-2 nights. This was hands down the worst place we stayed. Our room was extremely hot and there was no available AC or fans. We openings our sliding good as often as we could but both of our next door patios were chain smoking. Our entire room smelled like an ashtray. There is not enough elevators to accommodate the number of guests. My daughter recently had knee surgery and this was a problem along with that the gym is run down with a lot of broken equipment and she couldn’t do her physio. The pool is fine, the water was very cold. The hotel is in need of some maintenance. The views are amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The cx staff was kind. We were meant to stay 2 nights and left first thing in the morning after one night and breakfast. I would NOT recommend this hotel. We stayed at 4 other lovely places through the island. This one was a miss.

We stayed at the "resort" for 8 nights.
Location is good when it comes to airport tranfer, bus stops, restaurants and old town. The check in employees looked fed up of tourists...the room was very big and all face the ocean. There is an issue with the elevators...we booked half board and every meal time, we had issues with finding a table, getting the table cleaned up, and the employees were running mad.it made for a very stressful experiment. 😳
To my eyes..this is not a five star hotel.

A lovely stay. Being built onto the cliff gives an amazing view of the ocean and waves hitting the shore.

It was our second time in Semiramis and we will come again. Good hotel with stunning view, one hot pool and one cool to refresh. Modernised rooms. Service is nice and helpful even the reception and poolbar should be covered by more people. The only things that were totally annoying were : Keys are not working properly. We had to run to reception all the time, we even had to change the rooms as the technician could not enter the room with his masterkey. The dishes and glasses are not washed properly, lipgloss on my fresh glas of wine, sticky plates and dirty water glasses with orange-juice still on it, are a NoGO! I guess the dishwasher is not good.

The staff are lovely and the hotel has an amazing setting. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and we struggled a bit with all the restrictions against smoking outside on terraces (a bit weird outdoors) - but we loved the hotel, the people, the food and the drinks

We have just returned from a week and an amazing time at Semiramis hotel. we highly recommend and we would definitely return.
While we were a bit unfortunate with 3 days of clouds due to kalima, the facilities of the hotel enabled us to nevertheless have a great time.
They have an outside pool which is a great length, depth, with loads of beds, showers, pool bar; they also have a lovely heated pool and an outside jacuzzi which adds to a great experience.
We were on an all inclusive package and the food was great, plenty of choices at breakfast, lunch and dinner and also the snacks between meals. Drinks are good too, plenty of choices. Every night, the hotel holds a themed dinner: Mexican, ethnic, Mediterranean, gala dinner (amazing fish & seafood dinner), Italian, etc. A lot of prepared food, cooked from fresh food, salads, all sort of dishes and sides, really not short of choice.
They do themed shows every night by the pool bar: Singers, dancers, Michael Jackson look alike, opera singer, a Latin band, etc. They organise daily activities like water polo, darts competition, archery, pizza making, acqua gym, pj party for kids, water castle by the pool, etc. The team running the animation by and at the pool is great, super accommodating, helpful, cheerful, always around and ready to help and assist.
We had a great time and good value for money.
Staff is great, welcoming and accommodating, always ready to help or provide for guests.

Very similar to the great experience I had there 50 years earlier.

This was a very nice hotel with lots of amenities. The hotel is built into the side of a cliff, so all rooms are sea views. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Drinks are reasonably priced. The only issues were 1) the AC was not operating, but the evenings were cool, so just opened the patio door, and 2) the water from the shower could go from warm to cold to scalding hot. Explore the area above the hotel as well as the area below. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Very reasonable prices. great place to buy electronics, cameras etc.

In general ok, but it claims to be 5* and absolutely isn't. Staff were friendly, the food was reasonably good and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location is good and we usually got a parking space nearby, or at worst 5 minutes walk away.
But: Plates in the restaurant were always dirty and the room wasn't always cleaned. The room was very dusty. The window wasn't well sealed and we could hear traffic and outside noise very clearly and could smell cigarette smoke from next door even with the window closed. The hotel has 5 lifts in total, 1 was out of order for the entire stay (18 nights) and another broke down while we were there. The remaining lifts were unpredictable and would even start going up again before reaching the lowest floor that anyone had requested. The room could get very cold at night and there is no heating. There is no rack provided on the balcony to hang wet swim wear to dry which is available in every other hotel I've been to in the canaries.

“fully inclusive” at hotel.

Lovely modern hotel which was kept really clean. Breakfast options were great. Staff were really helpful apart from the reception staff who were indifferent at best and didn’t let us into our room until after 2.30pm despite it stating on our booking that check in was from 2pm.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Although we weren't in one of the higher level rooms we were on the 8th floor which was fine.
We cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent service. They were always very helpful and the bar staff very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily again very good service.
Thank you - we will visit again.

Enjoyed the stay with the family! Great views of the ocean, easy access to the city by foot, spacious rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices. On the flip side, there could've been more options for vegetarians for dinner.

Well maintained hotel high up above waterfront. Excellent views and decent restaurants nearby. Food at hotel somewhat mediocre

Nicely renovated bigger hotel just a couple of minutes to walk to the center of Puerto. We had a nice stay in the room, heated pool and area. You have a great view and really rooms with a lot of space. You can hear the waves and ocean all night, we loved it, some people do not. The price-quality ratio is absolutely good.
