We arrived 2 hours later from check in, and our room was not ready, hotel n room were hot, no AC, and when we did get room AC to work, water leaked on carpet, a man had to come and clean out the AC at midnight, I called the front desk, about the inconvenience, she said she would call manager and return my call; but she did not. I had to go back down hours later, n request a late check out… sad to say; will never return back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone .

This property is old. It’s overrated and the only thing it had clean was the linen and the Bathroom. The hotel Pool was dirty ams was not always a bailable. The hotel lobby, Elevators and hallway rugs were disgustingly dirty and causes a smell to the hotel. I could es it to get into the hotel room due to the smell of the overall hotel. The hotel appears to need a complete remodeling including better maintenance if the pool because it was not accessible. I would not stay here again in this hotel in Padre Island.

This place used to be my favorite but in the last few years I do not know what happened probably changed owners because the service is definitely not the same. The building is not maintained, the cracks on the parking garage are dangerous to say the least. Only one person checking in customers and on top of that she was rude probably because she was all by herself with all the people waiting at check in. The elevator has a musty smell. The room was clean thank goodness.

Room was somewhat clean. Needed bath towels to wash. Bed was very uncomfortable. We were on 3rd floor & needed to go down to 1st for ice. Sofa bed couch very uncomfortable. Its SPI what do you expect.

Hotel parking can be improved, a lot of dark parking spaces. One light in the room 447 kept flickering and restroom door kept jamming stuck. Other than those issues hotel was pretty good, I would recommend to others I just hope they fix the issues.

I like hotel location. I didnt like the hotel, everything is old it is not worth the price. There were no towels on the bathroom and when i asked for them the housekeeping girl only gave me 3 stating “we dont have enough towels, although i told her we were 4.

Building looks decent, most likely because its old but well kept in the interior. Had a fun night with a special friend. Only complaint would be hallways are really hot and I saw one roach which is better than other places ive been at.

Do not show up a minute before 3:00p, theyll have you waiting in the lobby with EVERYONE else waiting to check in. Room 420 had roaches. Definitely not worth $300 on a Saturday night

Reception was good. Room was clean. Had no soap or ice bucket - desk didnt have any. Had to go buy a child sand pail to use as an ice bucket. Sink in kitchette had no water. Room key ( card) keys loosing magnetic memories and wouldnt let us in the room at times.

Overpriced for the condition, but it was comfortable. I’ve never seen a suite with TWO KING beds AND a sofa bed, so that was nice. I felt trapped because I picked a date and when I hit reserve I noticed the date was for a different date and I couldn’t cancel it or I’d lose my money. So for the price I ended up paying I could have picked a hotel I actually wanted.
