Very modern, great to have air con and parking. Also a great location for walking into Kingston along the river, or to Hampton Court Palace. Surbiton also a great place to go for a drink and something to eat. Hearty breakfast with everything you could want, and bar offered cocktails.

We only stayed one night but our room was lovely very clean and had everything you could ask for in a room . If I had to stay anything negative it would be that we had a balcony but nothing to sit on, other rooms had tables and chairs but for some reason ours didn't, it was a lovely morning would have been nice to sit out with a coffee and watch the boats on the river

Very clean, very friendly, great breakfast !! Rooms were lovely and a proper hotel !

Good staff attitude, good breakfast especially towards food allergy.
The clealiness, could be better. Dirty linen, cobwebs in rooms. Used glasses in the room. Some rooms had no tissues,
Coukd not use onenof the beds as nonl linen , no duvet cover despite asking for one.

very overrated hotel - expensive for what you get and beds uncomfortable.
Did not like fact of the £50 up front hold charge on credit card - still not cleared bank after 7 days!!!!

Can't fault the reception staff. Nor the bar staff for that matter. All very cooperative and friendly. I hope the hotel recognises these valuable qualities and give them all a pay rise.
PS. The plug in the bathroom sink represents a significant initiative test. But the the leaver to release the plug is hidden directly behind the tap and so out of sight.

Need new tv and channels , bed is decent like the bathroom / toliet layout feels expensive

Excellent location friendly service. You must use the hotel restaurant the food is as good as any 5 star restaurant a real hidden gem!!

Room very small had to go down side of bed sideways , bath chipped shower came of the wall while using and glass doors to bathroom lacked any privacy .
Breakfast dull and poor quality ingredients .
In all not 4 star and over priced .

Nice enough twin room but it did not come with all the amenities mentioned when I selected it… no tea/coffee machine just a kettle, no safe or sofa bed and no outlook , though room with “ city views” was detailed; to be fair an adjustment to cost of stay was given when I pointed this out at checkout. Staff were lovely and friendly

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the king club room, with views of the river. A very good sized room, with a good room layout. Would definitely stay there again.

I picked this hotel to be close to hampton court palace.

Showing signs of wear and tear
New restaurant area noisy as bar located centrally to eating area. People at bar could easily be heard whilst trying to have a quiet dinner

Great stay and such friendly staff. Bedroom was fantastic all you could wish for.

The room was cold on arrival, but once we got the heating on it was ok, breakfast wasn’t brilliant not much of anything left, we went for breakfast at 9, so I thought that was a good time to go. No orange juice no pastries, asked a member of staff who said breakfast was nearly over, but there was another hour to go.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Helpful friendly staff and good facilities.
3.0
comfortable but I ojdcted to the varying price of the breakfast. I was told if I booked breakfast the evening before the charge would be £10.00 whereas on the morning the charge would be £16.00. This is not fair

My wife and I used this hotel as a base to explore Hampton Court staying just 1 night. The hotel is fine but we found the bed very uncomfortable!
5.0
I found no fault with the hotel, except the bar service. All I wanted with a quiet pint was a bag of peanuts, but the barman said they had none and with poor communication offered something about 'roast nuts'. The nuts and the pint of lager came to £9.98.
The bar prices were not readily on view and the prices extremely high. Perhaps the people of Surrey can afford such luxuries.
The hotel itself could not be faulted. The reception staff extremely efficient and friendly.

Excellent room, very quiet and comfortable. Quilt was great for my wife but too hot for me. Had to sleep with legs and torso uncovered.

Hubby stayed here - Described it as excellent. Thought it had recently been refurbished and would highly recommend it. Very close to the Thames walk.

Our room was tiny & not as many travel size items such as conditioner or lotion were supplied.
The bed was small - I was expecting a king size bed...
