Really good base for exploring the City. We walked for miles as its a very flat city so were more than happy to do so. Only a short walk to Alexzanderplatz and the TV tower. The apartment was really clean and well looked after. Perfect location for a group of friends looking to explore.

We were in Berlin for the autumn holiday and it was wonderful. A wonderfull place to live in the apartment on Metzerstr. Easy to get around and such a Nice neighbourhood. First of all it was easy to get in touch with OTA and they were very very Nice in order to help and arrange. We are defently coming back and Will use OTA again.

They ask you to check in at different location than the apartment, which is not really a walk-able distance with luggage (about 1 subway stop worth of distance). That is redundant and not customer-friendly. Also, be reminded that there is no elevator - I had 30kg worth of baggage between my work bag and my baggage and having been put to the 3rd floor, it was very frustrating.

This was my second time staying at an OTA property and our experience was wonderful. Their accommodations are always very clean, very fresh and bright, nicely quiet, well appointed with amenities and the staff are all wonderfully friendly online and in person. I will absolutely, most definitely continue to stay with OTA any time I am in Berlin!

Great value and location. I was glad that I knew about check in at Pappel Allee. Im planning to stay again. Lots of stores and restaurants right there. Rewe (grocery store) was a 2 minute walk.

Nice room and very comfortable. Had to go to another location about a mile and a half away from apartment to check in. Overall though worth the stay just try not to stay on a lower floor if possible since their arent any elevators. Great busget stay

Very old broken building. Smell humidity all over. Check in office 20 min walk from actual building. If you come with luggage forget about it. Customer service inefficient, if anything wrong with the apartment you lose your money, period. There is no refund policy, not even a way to talk with management. Berlin has so much better options for the price.

The address given to us is not the proper address, it was there office address , hotel was in different location , waste lot of time and money and energy . We are 8 people lots of baggage’s . It was not a good deal

Overall, very good and would recommend this place. Check in is at an office about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Staff was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Checkout is just placing the keys in a mailbox on your way out. Definitely more of an apartment feel with an entry way and a small courtyard to walk through on the way to the stairway to the apartment. The furnished kitchen had 4 place settings and cookware for simple meals. Oven, 4 burner stove top, microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator worked for us. Grocery store is about 10 minutes walk. . The test of the staff is when unexpected things go wrong. The heat in the building failed in the early evening and it was around midnight when we realized it. Expected low temperature that night was -7 C which is uncommon for Berlin. I called the office and someone picked up. After considering the options, he walked the 30 minutes over to the apartment building and tried to relight the furnace but no luck. He got us extra blankets and a 2000 watt space heater which worked out very well for us. All through this, he was very courteous and friendly. I asked for some compensation for the inconvenience and received a partial refund for that night. The rest of the week went flawlessly. Equipment failures happen but how the staff stepped up to this challenge speaks to their customer service. Well done.

Everything about the hotel was exactly as I expected . Also the location is very good near the subway Rosa Luxemburg (50 meters) and of course only a station away from Alexander Platz. You can buy everything arround the hotel for your daily needs, or have coffe or breakfast walking by foot 20-30 meters. The best choise of course is to use the REWE super market about 100 meters from the hostel . It has everything in very good prices. Allthough we had a flight delay and arrived very late at the hotel, the person of the office was right there expecting us and he explained everything on details. Also the cussin was fully accomodated for a family.

Excellent location. Very convenient for transport, food and drink. Apartment is basic but spacious. Kitchen is very well appointed. OTA staff are very friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi too, would stronly recommend staying here.

The apartment is in the best location! In the middle of mitte 5 minutes from alexsander plats, heckescher market, water cruises and plenty more! Amazing restaurants near by. Very private apartment, we were 3 adults and a baby we had one big living and sleeping place, great kitchen fully equipped and a big room with shower and toilet. Amazing for the price! Couldn't be happier.

Would certainly recommend these lovely serviced apartments to visitors to Berlin. You'll be in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg - so lots of cafes and hotels, and only a short walk into Mitte and the centre of town. Also very comfortable and clean with typical Berlin apartment character.

Really close to all main sites, supermarket very close as was the U bahn. Confortable apartment, enjoable stay. Berlin by bike is brilliant. Group ticket for ABC zones is great value!
