Hotel was good value for money - but no way is it a 4 star hotel - 3 maybe.
Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed.
Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK
Breakfast was pretty poor.
Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more

Excellent hotel. Will reccomend this to friends and family.

The hotel staff although some speak very little English are very accommodating and helpful for their guests. Additionally, the bar staff were excellent and the entertainment was good. The only reason there is a 4 star for comfort is due to cracked tiles within my room that shifted a little when stood on but apart from that it was brilliant.

Went with another couple for a holiday, had a wonderful time. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, bars and beaches. The area is lively and pleasant. Bonus to the hotel was it had an adults only pool as well, so you could get away from the hustle and bustle of the kids and the entertainment if you wanted to during the day. Rooms were lovely and clean. We had a balcony too, which was really nice to sit out of an evening and have a nightcap. Breakfast was also great and had plenty of options. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely go back .

The WiFi needs improvement.
All the entertainment was in French.

Nice suites, very confusing layout, handy supermarket onsite.

Hotel was clean, we only took out the bed and breakfast option so can’t comment on the lunch or evening meal.
But the breakfast was good and restaurant clean
2 pools although we never used were well maintained
The down side the hotel was 90% populated by French

The front desk staff were lovely, though helps if you speak French as everyone has said. The pools are nice and no problem getting sunbeds. The food was pretty good albeit the restaurant a little like a large cafeteria and lacks ambiance. On the down side, the room is incredibly basic and slightly depressing, no pictures, colour, a big open space with a sofa and no facilities . No water provided or tea and coffee condiments which is disappointing for an All inclusive stay. So the stay was fine, for lounging around the pool, the crepe van a good idea, but the room could be made so much more appealing with a few finishing touches and some more furniture !

The reception staff were friendly, the rest of the hotel is catered for french customers.

Clean room with lots of space. Lovely resort and friendly staff, we loved our stay! Convenient walk to the marina and beach. Only problem was the pool was too cold to swim in.

Check in was awful as they could not find my reservation and then did not think I had paid. This never usually happens with Hotels.com. Possibly because I had booked on the same day. Took an hour and a half to sort but I still made dinner. Full of French families just after Easter. Wonderfully laissez-faire. Yes you could take your glasses to the pool or to your room although plastic ones were provided. Yes you can fill your water bottle in reception. Everyone drinking wine, beer, sangria or cocktails but no-one drunk. Food excellent including chocolate fountain, water hot enough to make tea, and rosbif. Room palatial with better tv and wifi than at home. Also, most UK channels. Loved it.

Rooms were lovely and comfy bed. Shame the TV wasn't connected up to Wifi to make use of all features. Pool and pool area were spotless and really quite nice, plenty of sunbeds - zen pool in particular.
As a solo traveller, the lack of bar area in the evening was disappointing - entertainment was all in French but there was nowhere else to sit and lounge.
Food options were good. Found the one cocktail I tried really not nice so avoided any others - spirits however were generous and decent.

I would never come back to the hotel. It’s targeted for families and people who likes to be entertained all the time so music is LOUD many hours a day. With activities and noise all the time around you. We use it just for sleeping in the end because it was impossible to relax. Even at night time there is outdoor animation until midnight.
It’s not explicit in the website. I am just like many people who likes the silence and holidays are for relaxing times. It felt like being on a summer camp…This was a bit of a non stop fun fair and not everyone like that. It should be more clear on the website and at booking that is a very specific hotel target for some people who likes “travelling” that way.
Staff is the very good thing about the hotel. The friendliness and kindness of everyone is amazing. Congratulations to them.

Not expensive and partially DIY stay in hotel with lovely trees and bushes. Very enthusiastic french animation team and friendly. Mealtimes totally self service drinks and food - places sometimes set but often get your own cutlery etc. Hand cleanser available at entry to dining room but noone encouraging adherence to use( other hotels policy to insist helps guarantee less risk from others handling buffet serving spoons) Good choice of food and some items cooked to order. Rooms functional and clean but a bit basic. Nice layout of winding paths give a village feel but disorienting at first. Ask for room towards rear if you want a quiet stay.

Good experience. Nice room by the quieter of the two pools. Everything is very clean and tidy and the gardens are really well maintained. Plenty of parking outside and an easy 15-20 min walk into PB town or to Rubicon Marina. Would return.

Lovely staff, very clean. Two lovely pools, one with activities and one much quieter. Really good value for a short break. Recommended!
Bit of a walk to the local restaurants, but we enjoyed the exercise!

I want to thank Director/manager of the hotel! Very professional and great person. Also the staff in the kitchen and restaurants are great, great animation tema( if you speak French), no other languages are used. Our room had a very bad odor, we have been told by the staff that all the rooms are like that, liars, after 2 days are was having nausea and vomiting of the bad odor, I just got fed up and requisites to speak to the Manager! Again, they were telling me that he was unavailable so I went to check for him! I finally found the director actually working cleaning the tables, and organizing the hotel! Very professional, good, and polite, he resolved that immediately, we were given the same Kindle of room, but no odor, just normal good room. Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff, Italian woman who works upfront, rude, and unprofessional, told us she does not have rooms available, liar, second she told us” what you will do here? No one speaks Italian or English here....” every request was done without a smile, like she was doing us a favor, errogant. The other front desk staff, also unprofessional, had no clue how to resolve basic problems. Told us, it’s Sunday, the manager is not here, so I said call him please, she said, what? It’s Sunday? Unbelievable, so I had to pay and stay for 2 days in a sewage stinky room, Just because of the stupidity of threat person. Anyway, at the end, the grounds are good, food is good, close to the beach, big room.

Fabulously comfortable beds, lovely hum of French voices, cost effective, easy to find and only 15 mins walk from the beach

Excellent in every way especially the reception staff and Joanne in particular. Location is about 15 minute walk to the beach we knew that before we booked. There are no sea views and for us that would be the only drawback.Otherwise I could not recommend it enough
