Arrived late due to traffic so missed the restaurant and spa. The lovely receptionist ordered us a takeaway pizza, had no cash so she offered to pay the cash and we sent it to her on paypal.
Breakfast was yummy!

Very nice property with great staff. However, 1 of the bkackets /duvets had some stains.

It was nice but definitely not a four-star hotel!

We got an upgrade to an apartment room and we were therefore very pleasantly surprised with the spacious room.. very friendly personnel. Dining room was closed because it was a Sunday.

Please note that the Swimming Pool costs €3.50 per person and the sauna costs €12 per person. A nice property which is a little out of the way, but very pleasant.

The Staff was friendly, reception ok and very helpfull. breakfast was great. The hoosekeeping was a disaster. Our jus clained bed was full with hair as of a hairdresser had its practice in this room. This is not wath a "superior" hotel should look like. This is an average 3 star hotel, absolutely no more.

Brilliant and helpful staff rooms very comfortable and quiet.
Restaurant needs more fish options

Clean and modern facilities, excellent food options for breakfast

First room 243, was not a 4 star hotel room.
In bad condition, it seems a room from the ‘60s.
Changed room, 121 was good and in order with 1 out of 2 blinders working.

You have to pay for everything in the hotel extra for example I was staying for two week I have to pay every time I want to use the pool

Great hotel for families. Rooms are big and children have their own space. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. Would definitely stay there again. Staff were friendly and professional. Great location, 2 great parks within walking distance.

When checked out we had disagreement on how invoices could be handled. The lady at the front desk immediately went aggressive, raising voice, calling us ‘very rude’, saying ‘I know the type of people like you’, ‘don’t come back’, etc. Later on when we discussed with the supervisor about the situation, instead of apologizing, she re-iterated her comments and defended herself being right, in spite of two colleagues felt apologetic.
Was a real pity to have an aggressive employee at the front desk as the hotel itself is nice - good size of room, sauna, and breakfast.

The hotel was good but there were spiders in our room, and my daughter is afraid of spiders so she couldn't sleep well. Early in the morning there were 2 big vans behind the French door of our room (which opens to the garden) I got up because I didn't feel safe. I attach the picture.

I received a pleasant welcome and my room turned out to be very spacious with a comfortable bed. The location affords a good sleep quality as it is in a very quiet residential area away from the main part of Aachen but within walking distance of the city centre. The breakfast buffet is generous in choice and quality.
However, there were a few critical flaws. On the first night, the wifi was non -existent for some time until a staff member contacted an IT support person. From then on, the internet worked very slowly some of the time but often broke down, forcing a restart of what I was doing. This hit and miss persisted throughout the 2 days of my stay.
There were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, which for a hotel of this price range I would have expected.
The hotel surcharge for pool use. I think this is not conducive of good customer relations.
Overall, I am sad that such an otherwise excellent hotel imposes such shortcomings on their clientele.

Felt good from arrival to departure. Staff was very kind an accommodating. The rooms spectacular. Large windows on to a quiet garden, balcony and a small kitchen.
We did not try the spa or the pool.
Everything was clean and arranged with taste. Looking forward to my next visit.

A little bit out of the city center, but the room size is unbelievable- more like an apartment than a hotel room -with its own front yard.

Spacious rooms ,quiet, safe underground parking.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was a good value with the room, buying it separate for 20Euro P.person seems pricey. The pool is basic, still the kids had fun. The Finn and Turkish step sauna seemed great, small but fully equipped Sauna area. Unfortunately we did not have time during our short stay.

My stay here was fabulous! The staff speaks great English and were very nice! The restaurant was closed which was a bummer but due to unforeseen circumstances. Pool was nice!

Quiet small hotel in a suburban neighborhood just outside of Aachens city center. Rooms are very spacious - we booked one of the larger suites, which ended up being a large one-bedroom apartment with dining room and kitchen (although the kitchen was not outfitted, so we could not use it). The breakfast buffet is quite good, as other reviewers have noted. It is pricey at 19 eur/person, but frankly, there are no restaurants nearby, so paying a bit more for the convenience is worth it. We also ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very good, and quick - which was great because we have a young child. Altogether very good and prompt service at reception and at the restaurant. We used the small indoor pool once (for our son). If you are traveling with young children, there is a park and playground directly across the street. This is a family-friendly hotel - quite a few young children were staying at the property when we were there. Street parking is available and free of charge. A parking garage, for 10 eur/night, is available but we didnt need it because we found street parking. You really must have a car to stay at this hotel, otherwise it would be challenging to get around. The zoo is nearby, as is a walking/biking path that is quite nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The only downside is lack of places to eat nearby. We probably wont go back to Aachen again, but if we did, wed stay at this hotel.

Pretty nice stay. Google maps led us astray, but then ,found the hotel. Only four spaces in front for parking then garage for a charge. My priorities were WiFi and parking. Restaurant nice but expensive. Bed was good. Nice view of rear of property. Breakfast over priced. Nice large room.

loved the room but with the very high price of breakfast it would have been great if we could have a kettle in the room. we have an autistic child who did not like to be in the restaurant so i feel we wasted our money and could have given him his usual breakfast in our room if there was a kettle this was why we only used once

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms, but lacking normal 4 star in-room amenities like coffee/tea, bathrobes etc. Quiet neighborhood and wonderful breakfast. Basic spa facilities.
