Check in time 16:00 and check out time 9:30AM. This rental room has maybe seven other rooms so that leaves 6.5 hours to clean a few rooms.
Communication was slow.
NO HOT WATER the entire stay so an ice cold shower in the morning. Finally when I saw the maid cleaning the next room she went to a random wall switch and turned on the water heater. This was not communicated in the check in information. WiFi passwords had to be requested in a separate text.
On the plus side, the gold fish tank at the top of the stairs in the hallway was delightful and hopefully it gives the Asian owners good fortune at this “hotel”
Advice ; spend another ten Euros and find a different room in the same area.

They did not honor my reservation one day prior to my arrival. Then when I got to Rome they wouldn’t answer my calls forcing me to scramble to get another hotel. It was disappointing to say the least

We had no sleep as the place was not secure and the window next door had been left open so swung and banged all night until it eventually smashed and dropped out. The window frame continued to bang all night long as did the metal security door. The fire escape located in our room didn’t shut so the rained flowed across the floor all night. The light switches in the bathroom were not covered so exposed wires. The toilet had no seat and the bath leaked. The single bed had dirty sheets.
I have videos and photos if required

I like nothing .all terrible .

The property is around 1 hour walk from the airport and a few minutes by car but the taxi charged us 40 euros to get to the property which we were not expecting.
The shower has hot water only for 3-4 minutes and then it's freezing cold. We complained this to the management but they didnt do anything about it other than just issuing an apology. We showered in cold water so if you can shower in 3 mins, then it's ok.
Our check-out time was at 11am and we went outside in the morning and were going to go back to the hotel and get our bags and other stuff but the cleaners came before 11am between 9-10am and started cleaning in our absence. They even put our bags and stuff which were not in our room outside our room which was highly disrespectful. The management knew our check-out time was at 11am but sent the cleaners in early. The cleaners should have come in after 11am. Some of our expensive things were out of our bags too. This was very unprofessional, disrespectful and a privacy breach.
I will never stay here again and I don't recommend this place.

Little things like no light bulbs in lamps compromise the ambiance. Spa tub didn't hold water.. Just a little effort with small details could make all the difference. This hotel has water edge views. However, the big metal grills over all the windows and skylight left us a bit concerned about emergency exiting. Even the room door needed a key to get out. This place has good potential and still a good value for the cost.

Stayed for one night. Called for the shuttle and was on time.
Had a nice walk on the to the end of the walk board.
Room was cleaned and AC worked fine. The view was excellent.
It was an OK stay for the cost.
Need cash to pay for the room.

We stayed here as a quick overnight option because our flight did not connect until the following day. I wrote several emails inquiring about their airport shuttle. None of which were returned. So we ended up spending 80 euro total on transportation to and from the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, they were quite unfriendly, and the neighborhood appears quite dangerous. Do yourself a favor if you need a hotel close to the airport and spend a little extra. It will be worth your while.

Compared to the price very clean and pleasant room. To recommend to others clients. To improve : sometimes no answer from the reception when I tried to entered the buliding.

I didn't realize Italians could be as surly and unhelpful as the people who operated this B&B were. Shuttle service to/from airport not provided as promised. Air conditioning did not work. TV did not work. Woman couldn't get espresso machine to steam milk our first morning. Breakfast consisted of a carton of juice and some rolls wrapped in cellophane. The only time they seemed to speak English was when they explained that I needed to get cash from the ATM down the street because they did not take credit cards.
One positive - despite its not being convenient to Rome, I liked the location near the water at Fuimicino.

The hotel is attractive, an upgraded old tower. The rooms vary from extremely large and beautiful to very small and hot.
The advertised shuttle never appeared, each time with minimal excuse (the driver was tired . . . ) and each time I waited 30 minutes at the airport before finally being told to take a taxi. I stayed there at the beginning and end of my trip in March, 2010, and all all four occasions there was no shuttle visible.
The service at the hotel was minimal to none. I carried my own bags up (and down) two flights of stairs, with young people rushing to help me only as I crested the final stair. Since one rings at the bottom to be let in, it was clear that I was coming up. No directions were given about the room, (e.g., in the grand room one must let the hot water run for 10 minutes before it gets hot). On leaving, I carried my bags down all the flights of stairs to the bottom in the dark, found in the dark the light switch in order to open the locked door, and let myself out in the dark to find the taxi.
The hotel seems to be a social center for the neighborhood, as throughout the evening people were ringing the bell and running upstairs to watch TV together. On my last night there was a soccer match, with probably 20-30 young men in the tv room shouting throughout the match, in the room and in the halls.
I think it might be a fun hotel to own, but it certainly wasn't fun to stay there. I don't recommend it, and wouldn't stay there again.

Had wanted a small place close to the airport for our last night in Italy and were looking for something picturesque (romantic?) - the B&B description seemed to fit the bill. Had trouble finding it initially because it was above a store front on the main street. On checking the facilities we basically thought we had arrived at a youth hostel - at least it had a private washroom. Staff tried to be helpful but had very limited english. Everything was clean enough. The towels supplied in the washroom were dish towels. We went for a walk and it only took a half hour max to take in the harbour area. As often happens in Italy the stores were closed in the afternoon & re-opened around 4:00. Did get to watch the fishing boats come in during the afternoon. General area is obviously under transition from an industrial area with lots of construction and what looks like condos and hotels going up, so area will probably continue to improve over time. Couple of nice restaurants nearby but fairly expensive. With some reservations I can recommend the area but given the price can not really recommend this B&B unless you're just looking for somewhere quick to lie your head for the night before going to the airport.
