Decent hotel stay. Paper thin walls were annoying as the guy in the room above i think was wearing clogs and trying to get his steps in all night. Not the hotels fault but things to note.

We booked this reservation through hotels.com a few weeks prior to our stay. When we got there we were told we did not have a reservation and they had no other rooms similar to what we booked. Hotels.com had apparently messed up our booking, and Randi at the front desk tried for an hour and a half to straighten things out with them. That didn’t go so well, so we ended up cancelling the booking that didn’t happen and Randi found us a nice room. She is a wonderful person and made the 1.5 hour check in process enjoyable ( who would think that would be possible). Had a very present stay at the Best Western.

Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Neither tv worked. Received new remotes but that didn’t help. Breakfast was good with a good hot food selection. We would stay again.

Workers at the front desk were very kind and helpful. WiFi was out half of the time we were there, which made it very hard to get work done. Elevator was loud and shaky. We were nervous to use it. In the final night we stayed, the fireplace stopped working. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay from a Best Western.

This was the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. I loved the decor. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the shampoo and conditioner products. There was a shuttle available to take us downtown to eat so we didn’t have to worry about parking after a long day at the park.

I was greeted by the gentleman that drives the transport bus. He gave me the ins & outs of the music festival I would be attending. The front desk clerk also pointed out the popcorn & fresh cookies that would be out shortly. Just a very friendly, welcoming lobby, much appreciated.

This was an excellent property. The service was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was one of the best. From the outside, in some spots, it looked a little old but dont let that fool you. Inside was remodeled, modern and very nice. My only issue was that the hot tub was not hot. Now, I understand it was a very large hot tub didnt get a lot of use, and expensive to maintain hot. I would not let that deter me from a good review or return trip. I get it, however, it is advertised so probably should be hotter.

Loved it, staff was very friendly and helpful, food was greatand they offered fresh coffee and popcorn. Rooms were very clean and beds supper comfortable, Plenty of parking. The game room was a plus And the pool and hot tub. Easy access to anywhere you wanted to go . Id recommended this stay to anyone, they have elevator and drive up unloading Pet friendley

When I checked in, the front desk lady had processed the check-in properly. Room was fine, average, AC/fan control is old, no USB charger outlet available. Breakfast service is well managed, good for travelers. Next day when I need to re-fill water from lobby, the barrel was empty. I asked the same front desk lady for re-loading that, she did not help.

The Best Western Hotel in Whitefish is a convenient location to access Glacier National Park. The breakfast is of good quality and the staff are friendly and respectful. Max at the front desk was very helpful when we checked and welcomed us. In contrast Randy on checkout was rude to my wife and barely said a word with a poor attitude. We booked 3 rooms for our family trip. The rooms were spacious and clean. The TV had lots of channels to view. There were complimentary cookies and popcorn in the lobby area. A very good hotel in a quiet location.

We had to drive to the "downtown" part of Whitefish but it was super cute and we loved it! Best Western was quiet, the front desk was super and we would definitely stay here again for Glacier National Park.. the West entrance was only about 20-25 minutes away! Great place to stay!
