Hotel is brilliant very good for kids and family, bar service could be better at night time and the WiFi is terrible, none in the room only works in lobby.
2.0
This isn't a cheap hotel to stay at and I expected a lot more from it. I would say its a 3 star certainly not 4.
After reading reviews before booking i saw that there were a lot of reviews on the food being good however this was not the case I was served raw chicken at lunch time, the food was repetitive and cold unless you got to the restaurants as soon as they opened you may get lukewarm food.
The pool bar was only occasionally open and when it was the drink machines didn't work, same for the main bar and drinks in the restaurants, nothing seemed to fully work.
The restaurant staff are rude and nasty and don't appreciate some guests medical needs and abilities.
The check in staff were lovely and helpful, however when we got to our room the door wouldn't work but maintenance were quick to sort this.
Housekeeping did a good job however we asked them several times for more soap and it took 3 times of asking to get any. The whole place though could do with a lick of paint and a refresh.
The hotel location is good but that's about the best thing it has going.
Overall I was very disappointed in the hotel.

The property is old and needs to be made an adult only hotel. It feels like a nursing home staff are rude. I have been this hotel 3 times making this my 4th time I will not be returning the hotel has no atmosphere the entertainment team is the worst ever the food is a disaster disgusting disrespectful staff who walk away from you we stayed half board every other Tim we have stay we was allowed to swap are dinner for lunch but not this time we was practically assaulted an told no there is no more ov swapo go to reception now pay 4 euro each every day to swap what I don’t think so for stale salad hard bread and warm up from breakfast an dinner every one was saying the same. We eat out every day breakfast dinner tea rooms are ok if you don’t mind being infested with cockroaches bathroom shower. Floods in to rooms are bathroom door would not shut so no privacy. Bed linen never got changed the whole. Week I was there reception is old dirty and dated. Children are made to feel like they should. Not be st hotel

Positive points: Beautiful resort, clean and well manteined! Very spacious rooms, nice staff, beautiful pool, excellent position right in the center of corralejo!
Negative points: food was terrible.. boring, always cold and made especially for british customers tastes. Breakfast was nice but lunches and dinners definitely not good! Allergens not shown!
Sunbeds at the pool are never available since people leave their towels on them during the night and staff does nothing about it!
Cues everywhere.. cues for drinks, cues for food!

Definitely not a 4star hotel. The sofa bed was aged and caved in, very uncomfortable even for two kids. The room
Overall needed a refresh, window frames old
Buffet was abundant but poor quality of food. Is it ok but I was expecting more from a 4star hotel.

The Labranda Bahia de Lobos is in a great location - a quiet side road off the main road that runs into the centre of Corralejo. It’s about 15-20 minutes walk past all the shops, bars and restaurants to the harbour. All the staff were great - the people at reception were friendly and efficient on arrival, the cleaners were very thorough and charming, and the waiters were quick to help and to clear the tables. Our room in block H was really spacious and peaceful. If you like it quieter ask for a room near the smaller pool. Here everyone was reading books. The larger pool with the adjacent paddling pool near the restaurant and the bar was busier and noisier. The grounds were really well kept and the planting of palms and cacti was beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We ate out the rest of the time so can’t speak for lunch or dinner. We paid £20 refundable deposit for pool towels, and £20 to vacate our room a couple of hours later than the midday check out time.

Very enjoyable 7 night break. Excellent location. All inclusive very good. Only ate out 2 nights in as we fancied a Indian and Chinese. Nightly entertainment and staff work really hard. Reception staff very helpful too

Great for kids. Mini Club was excellent. Great location near shopping area and short walk to small beach/longer walk to nature reserve. Nicely furnished modern rooms with comfortable beds. Negative points were hotel was very busy and we had to queue for meals. Table shortage at breakfast and over worked staff. All inclusive drinks were 'basic' and at times homeopathic.

We had a pool view room (2124):
- Room was big bright and the view over the pool to the volcano was great
- Not quite enough shelf space for 2 people for 2 weeks (plenty of room for another unit)
We were all inclusive:
Drinks package was a bit poor, but we knew this in advance and it was reflected in the price; (option of upgrading for €10 per day)
- Amstel beer okay, red wine dreadful, white wine palatable, rosé pretty good, Bailey's substitute was sweet, sickly horror!
- Soft drinks varied from pump to pump, from perfect to sickly, syrupy crap
The food was exceedingly disappointing:
- Pre-preparing of everything led to luke warm, over-cooked food at every meal
- Pizza prepared and left to go cold whilst what was out was used up; same with chips
- Big BBQ night, fabulous sausages were pre-cooked, then chilled, then recooked on the BBQ; warm on the outside, cold in the middle...awful
- Salad selection was very good (except eggs at dinner but not lunch!)
- There were some great stews and ribs
- Desserts were those dreadful little sponges, bad ice cream and some sort of blancmange, and barely changed through the stay
- Chocolate tower looked good but was chocolate sauce, not chocolate
Entertainment was a bit sad but this was partly down to the hotel being half full and the entertainments guy tried so hard.
The gym was pretty poor (don't be fooled by the photos!) and useless for cardio.
Stay were great and very helpful. Hotel was in a very good location, just of the main dr

My third time at this property it has large dining areas and pool area. The meals were good but not varied. The lunch was generally better than the dinner. If you chose to stay BB or HB plenty of dining options near by.
If AI the drinks choices are good, coffee is from a self service machine and the beer is now Amstel. Regarding drinks my only criticism is that there wasn't any fresh fruit juice at breakfast.
The pool is salt water and was kept clean as was the surrounding area. One pool is designated a quiet area should you wish to relax without the music etc.
Maid service was three times per week. Safe in room at extra charge and although a kettle is provided no coffee/tea/mild to accompany it. A fridge is situated inside one of the cupboards.
British TV channels BBC 1 &2, ITV and Sky News.
The hotel is at the top end of Corralejo and the harbour is approx 15 minutes walk away.

Noisy- not so friendly check in ... unorganised

The room was fantastic located looking to pool, with privacy too. Only 1(room) negative point is when showering, water leaks out filling the bathroom floor. The complex was nice, I got a great price AI, (although choice of hotel not primarily for the food and drink more for location). The Reception and cleaners were extremely helpful more than I can say for the Restaurants staff! (especially Restaurant Manager very un-accommodating), but Staff work very hard, but no time for smiles? Maybe would if had a Manager who set a better example?! Overall lovely stay, but wouldnt prob return due to the way I felt when eating in complex, as solo person, different for 'groups! The food though was great!

We were here 2 nights and for us it was a very nice place

Hotel ok .... food good ... all inclusive programme not worth the money .. small plastic cups max of 2 per person ... no afternoon snacks apart from stale sandwiches cakes and crisps ... so basically full board with drinks included.

Everything was great about our stay apart from having trouble finding our room, so we went back to reception and the receptionist without hesitation showed us straight to it even pulled my suitcase for me.

Hotel is in a great location, lovely spacious rooms, kept very clean, good variety of food and drinks, great staff. Only thing we missed was having sun loungers on our patio but otherwise everything was great

Everything was fabulous!
2.5
Efficient and friendly check in. Large, clean and airy rooms with a balcony. Ours had a lovely garden view close by the pool bar but not too close to be disturbed. All inclusive standard drinks not branded other than san miguel lager on tap. Food not standout but more than adequate. All staff were great through out our stay. Location of the hotel is great, close to main strip and a short walk to the beach.
2.0
Room - spacious, clean, plenty of wardrobe space, balcony got sun all day.Pool - plenty of loungers, relaxing pool was very quiet and peaceful.Location - very central, just off main strip where many bars, restaurants and shops.Food & drink - ok, not 4 star, standard mediocre all inclusive buffet, two restaurants but only one used so could perhaps incorporate a la Carte?

I generally enjoyed my stay there although I wouldn't really recommend it for solo people. All the food I tried was really nice, although getting a beer in the evening was a pain from the main bar with a general queue of about 10 mins. I wasn't to impressed with the room I was provided with as when I turned up there was somebody in my room doing some general repairs. I was then told not to use the shower for a few hours while the silicone was setting. Not ideal after a 5 hour flight, plus it meant the room stuck of silicone/solvent for about 2 days after. The WiFi in the room was also very up and down. The hotel though as a whole was very clean, quiet and is in a good location.
6.0
would recommend with reservations. would not go fully inclusive as there were no real options for vegetarians and we ate out a lot. place is clean and well located. fridge didn't work and the air con was inadequate.
2.5
Very nice hotel good service and good food, had a lovely week
4.0
Had a lovely time, great time to spend with family
3.0
This hotel is cheap and cheerful.
As long as you expect a 3 star welcome you will be happy enough.
A real mixed lot of holiday makers Brits, Spanish, German, Dutch...which was nice.
Dont pay for all inclusive as food is ok but basic. We paid for BB which was perfect in the mornings. There are MANY restaurants and bars just outside to cater for any budget.
