Loved our corner room with decks and Lake views on two sides! The staff was extraordinarily helpful!

Hotel is nicely located. Rooms are old and very basic, sound isolation is bad.

We were therer for a Family Wedding in the village of Talloires. Our first trip to Talloires - and we hope to have others -- the experience of the community, made that much more comfortable by the Hotel Du Lac made our stay that much better!

A little tired but very clean
Would recommend
Great pool and such a beautiful area of Annecy

Not sure how this is a 3* hotel. It's dated and does not have great facilities. Breakfast is disappointing for the price and I reported an issue with my bathroom that wasn't looked into for 3 days. I wouldn't go back and suggest that there are other better value hotels in the area

Beds are small with hard square pillows. These pillows are not meant for sleeping. No A/C makes for a warm night with bright lights out the open windows.
Breakfast very average.
Great location.

Stunning location. Lovely friendly hotel, great breakfast, comfortable bed but rooms a little tired, bath/shower DESPERATELY needs a shower curtain! A few small touches could greatly improve ones stay, ie tea/coffee making facilities/small fridge in the room. Overall we loved our stay however.

No hot water for two days and the hotel were reluctant to acknowledge it or do anything about it. After a lot of pushing they agreed to give us access to a room with hot water ( we were a large group attending a wedding ) so it took some time for us all to access one shower. No recompense offered for massive inconvenience
Breakfast not worth 13 euros

This is such a pretty hotel in a quiet town, easy walking to restaurants and grocery store. To travel to Annecy though takes time and getting a taxi to go there can take awhile.

Wonderful location so near to the lake. Hotel garden beautiful. Spacious room with enormous balcony overlooking gorgeous lake view. Superb breakfast with quality fresh ingredients.

Comfortable hotel close to everything around.
It’d be good to have refrigerator and coffee maker in the room.
Also, shower curtain for the bathtub would be nice too.
Overall, good hotel to stay.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is it's location. It is extremely over priced. They have nothing to offer you. They will call your mobile phone to tell you that if you arrive late- they won't be available to help you with check-in. They do not provide you with any services what so ever- not even a smile. The pool is OK. While handing me the towel for the pool they tell you you need to pay 20 euros if you lose it- they say it in a very unfriendly manner; they also do the same with the room keys. They do not help you or even try to offer help to help you with moving your luggage in/out of the room. Housekeeping barely do any cleaning- they change towels and fix your bed to be fair. Breakfast buffet is poor. Also, they make you pay full price and upon your arrival you will get surprised that your room does not have a lake view. (they will convince you that it has a mountain view. Overall a 3-star hotel, however this is not an excuse to have a bad attitude with people.

Excellent stay. We were there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location, with views of the Lake. Quiet, relaxing with a lovely pool area with seating. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from. Good walking and cycling area if you enjoy a challenge.

Enjoyed trips to Annecy. Afternoons reading by the pool and evenings at The Bar.

We had a great stay, what a Lovely hotel, super friendly staff and very relaxing. My new favourite location, a two minute walk to the lake, which had a diving board and swimming pontoon. Breakfast is great and unhurried and good value for money. Loads of restaurants near by. We were there during a heatwave and a room fan would have added to the comfort, otherwise simply couldn't falt this trip, hotel or Location.

We spent a week early June in Talloires and enjoyed blue skies and sun. After hikes and tours in the mountains, we enjoyed the pool and relaxing gardens.
Wonderful location and wonderful facilities.
4.0
Conveniently located room as requested for not very mobile person. Though room on entrance floor on one level, breakfast room was on floor below but only discovered lift on day before departure as reception had failed to point out its location. Also wifi failed to work even when standing at the reception desk. Otherwise a pleasant stay overall.

Wonderful location, especially if you get a balcony overlooking the lake. Room smelt - but otherwise OK. Beds are low futons, not good for support. Pool excellent. Good continental breakfast. Tiny elevator (2 adults + cases). Minimal staff support. Complex key lock system

Le Lac was perfectly located for me and a friend to stay whilst watching the Tour De France. We also enjoyed a day at the beach just down the road and had some entertaining nights out in the small village. Breakfast was very nice as were the hotel staff.

Excellent location near lake and restaurants. Easy to locate. Great views of Lac Annecy and hikes right out the front door. Plus it was a quick car ride from our entry point into Europe via Geneva.

I stayed at Hotel Le Lac as a part of a business trip to avoid the high prices of hotels in Geneva. The location was a bit out of the way due to traffic near Annecy. Beautiful and peaceful setting. Room was very clean and comfortable but could use some updating. Staff was very helpful especially considering I speak virtually no French. Breakfast was typical for the area and of a high quality. I highly recommend renting a bike and cycling around the lake - stunning scenery.
