Excellent hotel for an overnight stay. The room was basic but comfortable with everything you need. Beds were super comfy, pillows ok- would have preferred more than 1.really quiet, no traffic or aeroplane noise - just air conditioning hum.
Plenty of coffee and tea. Kettle was clean.
Shower not that powerful but did the job. Towels were soft. Hairdryer was excellent.

Stay was average. Rhe rooms are very dated and poorly maintained. Bathroom dangerous. No mats and slipped in shower. Pillows very uncomfortable.

Room was ok for an overnight stay but not sure about the cleanliness of the room. Bed sheets didn’t look the cleanest and same for floor. Tv worked but no sound working.

Was a bit disappointed as Ramada have a good reputation but facilities were basic i believe i was put in a "workside" room which was ok but a bit basic. Had a hot chocolate from the bar downstairs but wasnt measured just poured from a bag and added milk after which wasnt very warm or mixed properly. Breakfast was a real let down, luke warm food with little to no items left over despite the fact the food was on the pass of the kitchen with the chef looking at it, 90% of tables were dirty which the duty manager seemed to find amusing leaving the chef to clear tables, overall was ok but i wouldnt be in too much of a rush to stay again even for work despite the conpetitive price

Arrived at hotel 0340 given room 101 near to lift consequently got no sleep before travelling home .Having been up all day thought a stay and a few hours sleep would be safer than driving,what a waste of money .

A reasonable hotel with a comfortable enough room. The air conditioning unit was very noisy though, so I turned it off. The elevator was not working, but not a problem for me. The breakfast buffet was okay.

The lift seems long time out of order and no intension to repair. 2nd floor room with big luggage was really painstaking. Shower was very dull and not warm enough.

A lovely room and very comfortable bed. The location is perfect for an early flight from Stansted. We found the food and drink to be a good quality and reasonable price.

Brief stay after an early morning arrival from Dalaman to London Stanstead.
This was clean, comfortable and fit for purpose. I reserved a room to accommodate myself and two children (16) & (12). We arrived to one double and one single bed made up.
They facilitated us well with a spare pillow, shower gels, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities (although no milk). There were two sockets for charging devices.
We had a check out time of 11am and free parking for our car which you type into the computer at check in.

Smooth check-in. Polite staff.
Spacious, quiet rooms with aircon and mini fridge. USB sockets. Good shower. Very comfy bed. Great linen and towels. Very Clean. Only few minutes drive from the airport. Affordable prices. Would use again.

Had a lovely stay before going to the airport. The issue was the bed was too firm and pillows weren’t great. We didn’t stay for breakfast as had to be up early.

Good short stay hotel. Lot of shops next door to buy fast food etc. Clean room with all basic necessities including iron which was really helpful.

The hotel was basic and convenient in location, which we knew and were happy to book due to an early flight the next morning.
The staff were really nice and friendly, great touch having the bar for a night cap.
The downside was that someone decided to leave their dog in their room unattended from about 10pm to 11.30pm and it barked constantly until they returned.
I am all for dog friendly hotels, we have a dog, but some people are just inconsiderate which is not the hotels fault.
Would we stay again?? Not sure

I was on the first floor, but once cheched in
The reception night duty, helped my carrying my bag to my room.
I checked out in the morning around 9.30
No help, i have a dislocated left shoulder and a swallel left foot.
Not too sure if there was any availability on the ground floor, the least they should assured me to search and give mevan alternative

Nice and convenient to the airport. Lift was broken though. Had to carry up 4 cases up 3 flights of stairs. Definitely not ideal.

Rundown room that was grubby which smelt like smoke. Staff confirm parking was free and had our reg only to get £100 parking fine. Hotel doesn't answer the phone to resolve. I can see I am not the first to have this problem. Thankfully expedia got it cancelled but it wasted alot of time, cost and stress.

Satnav took me to lorry park…the hotel is on the inside of the service station.
No person on reception initially, but helpful once he came out a few minutes later.
Clean basic room, but quite uncomfortable bed. Ok stop for an early flight , and 10-15 minute drive to drop off at airport (leave extra time for queue to get in).
Expensive for what it was, but no cheaper alternatives that close to the airport.

The room was quite comfortable and looked clean but it smelled really badly of cigarette smoke when we arrived which was really off putting. The worst part was that we couldn’t open the window and the air felt stale and suffocating. A shame because everything else worked well and if us very close to the airport.

The hotel is based in a service station. Arrived late after delayed flights. Booked in, gave my vehicle registration. A week later I received a £100 fine for staying in the car park for 10 hrs.

I have read some bad reviews about this hotel. I know the hotel is right next to the Truck stop. The main issue is the hotel is not Clean. The bathroom Smells like urine. My room is right above the entrance of the hotel. Every single time someone walked in and walked out. The automatic door make lots of noise. My room was shaky all the time. The noise from the airport and playing is not that bad. Overall, it’s a terrible stay
