We has a 3 night stay 22-24 Mach 2024. The resort is very good, pool, spa are excellent. 1/2 court tennis as well. Has a cafe & restaurant (didn't try them). Has a boom gate secure undercover car park - only issue is the narrow car spaces. The resort was full. We came back sat night after 10pm and only 2 car spaces were left. But I couldn't park our medium sedan into any, as large SV's/Utes parked either side. If I parked in the space you couldn't open the door enough to get out. So had to park on the public street outside the resort. We had a two bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable. kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary pots, pan, utensils, china & cutlery etc. Only issue was the beds were not comfortable, very soft no support. We mentioned this on checkout - we had an older room. The apartments are being refurbished. The apartment has ceiling fans, security fly screens on windows and doors for ventilation. But no air conditioning.

Generally good however the pool was closed on Thursday which was really a hot n humid day! Azalea had a disadvantage due to foot traffic n very noisy during the night with lot of people speaking loudly n moving things it was very disturbing trying to get some sleep!!

As someone that has used this resort a number of times and is also an owner I was very disappointed in the condition of the resort. The resort could spend some time and money just cleaning eg the path's and the roof tiles just to give the place a bit of a face lift.

Beautiful place to stay specially with kids everything on site pool, gym, sauna, kayaking. Just the exhaust in the bathroom was not working no maintenance person was sent but guess it will be eventually fixed! Overall great place to stay!

Staff is so nice, great place for family’s, we love it here, you can cook your own food and enjoy a fun filled stay. We started going here when my kids were 4 and now they are 12 and still beg to go.

Our stay here was disappointing this time. When we stayed here a couple of years ago we had a 1br unit with kitchen and view from the balcony of the river adjoining the property. Not knowing there were any other types of accommodation (thus not requesting the one we had before) we were given a second story unit with balcony overlooking the car park. The unit was spacious, with a kitchen, but not at all what we expected. We could have stayed at another location with the same amenities for a lot less money. We booked here because of the pleasant overlook from our last visit.

We only had a couple of days but we thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Great facilities and location make this a great place to stay.

This is the second time we have stayed as a family and can’t say enough good things. Some of the rooms are a little dated but the facilities ie. the pool, mini golf and bbq make up for it. Love it. We will def be back.

Spacious Rooms, has not really changed in 20 years. Kitchen and Bathroom pretty tired, but comfortable enough. Pools, Tennis Courts games rooms great for the kids Had to park outside as the place was full.

Great Family hotel. Kids will love the pool which is around 1.2 metres deep for most of it (gets to 1.6m but is signposted). 2 mins from shopping centre and has a licensed restaurant on site, but is a simple menu with a lot of deep frying. Kids play land, mini golf and kids sand pit on site.

Limited facilities were available - nil dining, coffee shop, bar etc. We were not notified prior to arrival that these facilities were unavailable during our stay which was very disappointing. Nil discount was offered. We have stayed many times at the resort over the past 20 years and in previous years have loved our experiences. I realise it was not the fault of the facility that these services were unavailable due to circumstance, however it was disappointing that nil discount/compensation was offered to the customer.

Really good location for families. Short walk to he beach. Lots of activities for kids. However, no air conditioning in our unit at all and WiFi came at a cost.
