If you are planning visit to Rennes, expect to pay 15Euros one way to the interesting part of town. This hotel is outdated, skip breakfast it is not worth it at this hotel. The reception person was the best feature. Next trip I will look for a different hotel.

Comfortable stay, good location, free parking available. Clean but somewhat outdated and needs refurbishment if you pay attention

I had an important interview, early morning, too early for me to arrive without finding somewhere to stay, nearby, for the night before. My room was like a studio flat. Spacious, very clean, and everything as I would have hoped. The nearby superette was open till nine pm, so I ate pretty well, but could have cooked anything I liked as the tiny kitchen had every essential gadget necessary. Hot shower etc, in the bathroom, no hairdrier.
I do not know what was supplied if I had asked_ but I could see no shampoo etc. I used washing up liquid, which was fine. I think it must be a residential building, not entirely hotel...I found it delightful, because it wasn't like a hotel.N No awful decor, just basic simple style. Like a rented apartment. I could live there permanently.

Good value apartment. Rooms need upgrading, slightly jaded feel. Good parking, decent breakfast

The staff is great. Very friendly and willing to help. My room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. There was only one glass and very minimal cutlery and crockery. The bathroom cleanliness could be better. And residents tend to leave the front door wedge open so it is is not as safe as it should be.

Week away with family. No WiFi in the room, only downstairs in the lobby.

The receptionist was horrifying. Yelled at every person in line before we even checked in. The room was dirty, with food all over the bedroom floor. Receptionist insisted it was not food but holes in carpet. There is NO wifi. Don't let them fool you like they fooled us! Even the locals told us it's a horrible place.

Did not like check in process as no one available. They did send and email French which we received on arrival as no wifi access before hand.

Exactley as it says on tin. Great savings with the kitchen. Nice room good bathroom and internet works. Plenty of parking on road but for a night or two €3 is good value. The bus to the city centre is just outside and costs €1.50 each way and leaves every 15 - 20 minutes. No point in driving into the city when u can use this
