The carpet was not that clean and TV didn't work. We asked the manager to have it fixed on the first day, but it didn't happen for the entire 3 days of stay.

My friends and me stay just 1 night in this "hotel". This is absolutely terrible and super dirty. Especially the bathroom, dirty like public toilet. Dont go

It’s an apartment building, with no sing of where is the office to check in. A/C only in the bedroom. Only basic channels at the TV (nothing for kids), the kitchen in the suite was not equipped. It’s very close to the airport. It’s a residential area, it’s very calm. The office did try to help by giving us a fan.

This place is completely run down in a horrible area. Within 5 minutes of being there, we witnessed a family leaving the parking lot with 2 slashed tires and a busted window, a very pregnant woman smoking outside the hotel and people exchanging needles right outside the hotel. The room wreaked of cigarettes, the floors were crooked and anyone could walk right up to our door. We left immediately and found another hotel.

The property size was good, but not well maintained.

Old property in urgent need of renovation. Good size apartment though with air conditioning in the bedrooms but kitchen was so old that we did not even try to use it.

This was the sketchiest place I’ve ever stayed. It was so bad we left after the first night, even though it meant losing one night’s payment. It was dirty, in a terrible area, and hotel neighbors played music at top volume for hours in the middle of the night. It was terrible in every way, and way overpriced.

We were upgraded to a suite on the main floor due to mobility issues.

Nice big room. Restaurant and grocery store close.

Old place and needs to renovate. Only plus is close to the airport. We only use it for a few hours to catch oir next flight.

Convenient location, good location close to major roads. Plece clean, stuff professional and friendly. Beds confortable. Overal good place.

Barf Slum turned rental properties

This place is unsafe. Don't go there with your car a family came with an Outlander, when they went outside in the morning, the car was no longer there so they stole it.

Windows were broken, bathroom door was rubbing aganist the floor

The cooktop was missing one cooking element. The shower did not work. The A/C was located in the living room and the bedroom was located in the farthest part of the apartment. Very hot sleeping.

We booked based on the overall rating, cost, location. 5min later, we realized the property wasn't going to work for us (due to small kids). We had purchased the booking insurance, we called hotels.com to exercise the cancelation.... no word yet on success of cancelation, still waiting.

Decent property but old.

First impression of the room, looks dirty, smells horrible like they never cleaned it. After checkin I came back to the reception asking for more towels and the woman responded that someone will bring them. Soon after I have noticed there was no toilet paper in the room. Then I have noticed in the kitchen, which is included in the room there are empty shelves and cabinets. Nothing is provided. I found only one tea cup. In the reservation it said “Cookware/dishes/utensils” are included. After almost 2 hours same woman from reception came with towels. I accepted the towels and told her there is no toilet paper in the room. She responded that I must go downstairs (my room was on the second floor) to get toilet paper, and was very unhappy with me. I disagreed with her saying that toilet paper has to be provided in the toilet and asked her to deliver it. She was very impatient with me. I replied please bring it in and I am not going anywhere. Then she left and came back with toilet paper in about 5 minutes. She made me feel so stupid and uncomfortable, and as if it was my fault that they forgot to provide toilet paper. Moreover, besides this poor service and zero hospitality, the hotel is very outdated, badly maintained. AC barely worked and is too small for the size of room I got. Other issue the bathroom sink was clogged and water did not drain at all. This place isn’t worth even half the price they charge for it. Avoid this hotel and go to another one!

Poor condition of room. Dirty washrooms… had to wait for half an hour for check in. No cooling in the room… no proper locking on main door.

Horrible roaches and rats …no air conditioning

The entire property was extremely dirty and smelled terrible. The room was also no different. Not suitable for even a short stay of a few hours. Unclean linen and towels. Must avoid at all costs. The only pros was it’s location to the airport. 4 mins drive.

DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The first thing you'll see is the lobby. Filthy, ripped carpet at the door. A side table with used tissues and an old sweatshirt. Was there for 2 days. Room was pitiful. Obviously a former apartment. Kitchen was so poorly equipped you aren't able to do anything. Tiny TV in living area with few channels. Carpet bunched upon many places. Duct tape holding the small air conditioner in the window. All windows filthy and impossible to open. Bath was acceptable. Overall, 0 stars. If it was possible to rate in negative terms, -5 stars. The worst bnb I'ever experienced. Will be attempting to receive a partial refund from Expedia as I hold them partially responsible.

This property seems a social housing program . Strange people hanging out all night . Persons banging on the doors . Broken unpainted walls and dirty everywhere . Really went down hill in the past years . Will never stay here again

Some outlets weren’t working. The only one working was the one in the kitchen. The hotel didn’t look clean.
