It was a good stay. The only thing that upset me was a friend came to my room with me for a few minutes during the day to grab something from my room and the gentleman randomly and not nicely said that she isn't allowed to stay here the night.

Location is close to metro underground station.
But the hotel's deficiencies :
1. The Aisles upstairs leading to my unit was dark most of the time due to badly working motion sensored light.
2. No kettle can be borrowed to boil water in my room.
3. Only 1 power socket in my room for charging our mobile phones and other electric tools such as shaver.
4. Only 1 small mirror in the bathroom. No other in the room.
I booked it thinking it was a 3-star hotel, but i would rate it only as a 1 starred hotel.
THE RUG OF STAIRWAY UPSTAIRS TO MY ROOM IS SMELLY, LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS.

Everything was as nice, really handy for short trips in the city.

Good value for money in Paris and handy for the Porte de Versailles exhibition grounds. Not a luxury hotel, but clean and comfortable.Plenty of cheap restaurants around about too.

Excellent choice when coming to Paris. It's in a walking distance from the subway and neighborhood is quite calm, safe and has good food options.
Hotel itself is excellent, rooms are cleaned every day, bed was comfortable, bathroom was really good too. Besides that, the owner is a loving person and is always willing to help. Really worth it and price is surprisingly good!
When I come back to Paris, definitely gonna stay here again.

Great neighborhood, nice places.

it was a great hotel but having no AC might be a bit of an issue.

The hotel is located close to the metro, and bus stop. Easily accessible from the city center. Good price although best to eat breakfast (not included) at the nearby restaurants. Try to explore the little town while there.

Hotel is good. Well located. Front desk helpful and friendly. Housekeepers do an excellent job. Would stay again.

One night they didn’t have toilet paper which is needed all the time

The hotel met our expectations, but the most important for me and my family is the great service, thanks to all the staff from "Residence de la Tour" for everything.

The room is quieted and good for sleeping. Anyway it is no lift while carrying the luggage to the 3rd floor. The towels and soaps should be improved by giving more due to we stayed for 3 nights but they provided only 1 set.

The location of the hotel is good and there is a bus going directly from there to Louvre Museum. The staff are nice too.

The staff was indeed helpful and welcoming. It was nice, cozy and small room but with a good location. Not so far from the city centre if you take a metro which is within 5-6 minute walking distance. Wifi networks were stronger than other inner city similar hotels.

the hotels owners and employees are really awesome.they help me find a ride to go to the airport and catch my early flight. I had my own bathroom. linens clean and immaculately white. I stayed there for more than a week and lived like a local. there are choices of good restaurants and patisseries nearby the hotel. thank you so much oksang and kabol.

If you do not expect too much luxury it is great. The staff is really kind so we felt quite welcome from the start, which was nice. The room was clean and bigger than expected (we got a family room with a kitchen!), the beds were okay, it was really quiet and dark at night. Only the shower was a bit weird and did not work very well. The location is alright, there are supermarkets and many small restaurants nearby and it was a 5/6 minute walk to the metro - walk included it is about 30 minutes to most tourist locations. Would definitely reccomend it to people who do not wish too much luxury and just want a nice and clean place to sleep at night.

This hotel is only a few minutes walk away from a metro stop. The people who work at there were all super friendly to us, and appeared to speak some English. The local area has plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. The room did not have air conditioning, so it did get fairly hot in June. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it wasnt the worst Ive experienced either. There was only one outlet in the bedroom, but there were two in the bathroom. The bathroom looked like it had mildew on the ceiling. Breakfast was a croissant, a baguette, orange juice, and either coffee or tea. Free WIFI.We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served, and the door was locked. We would not have been able to leave on time had somebody not been in the other room setting up and could let us out.

Room was very small and there are no minimum arrangements in the room. Room temperature was high and there was no proper ventilation. There was no door for bathroom and the dryer doesnt seem to be in working condition. WIFI seems to be very slow.

Bathroom shower was tiny apart from that very good value. Close enough that we walked to all major attractions in 60-90 minites. Metro within 2 minutes if you prefer. Staff were fantastic.

Had a great time, room was very clean and good soundproof walls. I slept very comfortably

I had a great time staying at hotel, it felt safe and the staff were a delight, near by shops and metro made it easy to stay.

The hotel is situated within about 3 miles of the Eiffel Tower and is in a quiet location in Malakoff. It is generally quite clean and tidy, but I did not see anywhere to park in the area if you were to have a car. The Metro station is about half a mile away and can take you to the Champs-Élysées within minutes. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel has three floors with a narrow flight of stairs, but no lift, and so would be no good for some.
You could walk in to the centre of Paris but the Metro takes you there quite cheaply and I found this the best way to travel. Be aware that mornings can be busy with lots of commuters on their way to work and this may mean you have to stand all the way. Once I'd travelled in via the Metro I walked everywhere, as all the places I wanted to go to were within about 3 to 4 miles of one another. I found the Louvre Museum to be closed on Tuesdays. The queues for both this and the Eiffel Tower were very long and out in the open with no cover. I went in June and found it to be quite hot, so best to take a hat and a bottle of water with you unless you are prepared to pay the extra to get a ticket prior to going as this enables you to bypass the queues.
An open top bus tour is a good idea to see the city and a ticket is valid for a full day, with you being allowed to hop on and off whenever you wish during the tour.

Great staff and although the location appears far, it is actually in a great area and easily accessible by subway after a short walk. The room was great, kitchen and washroom were very good and usable. A/c as well. Staff was very friendly and could speak English and seems genuinely helpful. Didn't use the breakfast as there was tons of small quaint shops nearby and cheap! Highly recommended for budget stay in Paris.

The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was near transportation which was a plus but I wasn't thrilled with the overall location. If we could move the hotel to a different place I would totally recommend it.
