I booked two classic queen rooms with one sofa bed and one queen bed. In one room the sofa bed was recliner and was not even a bed. And the other room was soo stinky that it was such a hard time even breathing in there. Not at all happy with the stay

Very nice place to stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful, polite. The studio apartment we stayed in was clean, cutely decorated, nice amenities and wuality of bedding, towels, etc. Beautiful location in the ski village. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to say but the service wasn’t good when I had to calll in for help. There was none. They only keep saying to read the e mail that they sent me. They never sent me a e mail with instructions. Not happy with the service when you have to call them

Loud large Fridge in the middle off the room 1,5m from the bed. Making loud noises very often. Woke us up every hour during the night. A banging noise can be heard through the walls but no music was being heard from the other rooms. But other than that, convenient and a very comfortable bed. Good kitchen with all the appliances.

Super close to ski slopes. Modern and clean. Convience could not be better. However, there was a bit of bathroom mold that could have been adressed as well as a bit of peeling paint and a missing window curtain slat. These little things turn a 4 star into 5.

When booking we were unable to choose the actual unit that we would be staying in. We essentially had to trust that we would be given a unit that was properly furnished with functioning appliances. When we arrived the unit was furnished with outdated furniture with the kitchen chairs badly needing replacement (you could feel the frame beneath the cushions). The water pressure/shower was limited for washing hair. The stove was near impossible to set the temperature and the dishwasher actually made dishes dirtier and harder to clean. To the point that we washed all our dishes by hand. The organization responsible for renting the units, needs to have a higher standard for their property owners wishing to rent out their units. We are very unlikely to use this service in the future given that there is no way of knowing what unit you will be assigned. There was also no formal greeting package in the unit to help us determine who we should speak to in order to address these issues, where to get more toilet paper, where to put recycling and garbage, etc. The skiing was great and the location is fabulous. We will come back to Mont Saint Anne, but won't use the Hebergement.

The studio condo was the perfect size for my husband and me. Fully equip kitchen. Comfortable living area and bed. Very easy walk to chair lifts. Convenient garage parking and storage for skiis.

The advertising for this property is a little misleading. We were NOT at the Hebergement Mont-Sainte-Anne, but at a condo several miles down the road. You check in at the Hebergement Mont-Sainte-Anne and receive the key and a map to the location. The map was terrible! I drew a new map and left it upon checking out. That being said, the condo unit was spotless. The dining room chairs need to be reupholstered (cushions were ripped and foam coming out) and the shower control was hard to turn on but the hot water was plenty. Beds were very comfortable and towels were nice.

Early check in was possible and appreciated. The underground parking with the dedicated parking lot is great but the lots are quite small for North Americas cars. The elevator to the floors was a bit shocking, not well maintained and looked really worn out, so I was a bit afraid the apartment could be also look like the elevator but apartment was really nice and clean. Beside some kids making noice on corridor was the location of the apartment quiet.

The reason for not giving five stars was No AC! It was warm the night we were there and would have loved air conditioning. The rooms are dated but nicely cleaned. There are utensils available in the room plus a fridge and a microwave.
