Let me just begin by saying receptionist Anna was so helpful from the moment we arrived she had the best attitude. She helped us explaining the island and what they had to offer she also explained transportation and gave us good restaurant recommendations that were amazing. This place is super convenient it’s close by EVERYTHING. Don’t hesitate and book your stay.

My partner and I had the best time staying at Markakis Studio Fira!!! The value for location and money is definitely 5/5! It is literally 3min walk away to Fira Main Square, also walking distance to different sunset spots. The receptionists, Anna and Paola were super friendly and helpful. We checked in a few hours earlier and were allowed to use the pool while we waited for our room. We also did an amazing day Santorini tour organised by the villa for €40 each with a meeting point at the hotel right next door. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Markakis Studio :)

Very central location. Easy walking distance to shopping, dining, groceries & transportation yet quiet location. Paula was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bright. Highly recommend.

Markakis Studios offers nice apartments very close to the center of Fira. They are located in a quiet neighbourhood and offers a kind and informative service. We could have wished us a few more kitchenware in the kitchen, but I would highly recommend this place!

An extremely nice property, located close to everything, but not too close to hear any of the noise. A wonderful stay. Good kitchen, good bathroom, great staff

Perfect!

Markakis Studios perfectly demonstrates the true meaning of hospitality. The staff was very attentive making us feel welcomed and comfortable, thus offering a "home away from home." The studio is very spacious providing a separation of space with the mini-kitchen and a patio outside. The location is very central and we like how close we were to the Fira Market, Svoronos Bakery, and restaurants on the Main Square. There was so much to do and see in Santorini during the week that we didn't have time to enjoy the pool. Also, thank you Joana for arranging our airport transportation.

Excellent service, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when planning transfers/activities for the day. Rooms were clean and service was very accommodating and personalised - highly reccommend staying.

Staff was excellent, helpful and kind! The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great vibe. The pool was refreshing but too small for swimming. Highly recommend!

Very good location

A near by apartment complex close to the centre of the action and the bus station. A little of the beat track for a short distance off th main road. The room is quite basic with most ammenities in place. Quiet and handy. Front desk most helpful and happy to offer advise and describe key attractions. Maybe avoid room 15 as it is right outside reception.

Host was very helpful. Bedding needs improvement and there was no side table to put your stuff

Lovely staff. Pool was lovely. Great location to middle of town and bus station

Absolutely lovely, such a lovely environment to be in, with all the help you need. So central so you can walk to the town center quickly. Lovely Reception, helping us with all our queries. Having the pool is lovely, the sun is over the pool mostly all day.

Everything was gorgeous. The trees, the rooms, the common areas. Everything fit the vibe of the island so well and allowed us to feel very relaxed during our stay

Lovely nice in a modern spacious apartment just off the main area of Fira. Lovely warm welcome.

The perfect little hotel for your visit to Santorini! Honestly one of the best sleeps I've had in a long, long time. The staff is absolutely lovely and super helpful when it comes to helping you get around the island, making restaurant recommendations, and arranging airport transfers. A well-equipped little room, and the pool is really nice to have on those super hot days. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Santorini!

Great stay. Simple, clean, comfortable. A very warm and genuine welcome. A great option if you want a reasonably priced and central hotel in Santorini.

A great little find. I only booked a few days in advance as some family were also staying in Fira. Beautifully decorated, very helpful, lovely little pool (which is a bonus in this location) & really reasonably priced. They couldn’t have been more helpful and the rooms are very stylish and roomy. Worth every penny!

Staff is very friendly. Location is excellent (quiet alley but very near to bus stop and town center). As many people have already mentioned, the interior is a bit on the old side... but for the price/location (especially during shoulder season or off season), you can overlook the outdated decor. I would definitely stay here again (save money on hotel and use it for shopping instead). Also, the front desk can arrange airport transfer and it is a fair price (5 euro per person). There is a bakery that is open 24 hrs (up the hill then make a right — next to McDonalds — you can google for exact location).

Very clean and very close to shopping. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool is very small but clean and nice. We had a two room suite on top floor. Nice view of the sea from out terrace. Rooms were older but very clean. Bathroom is very small. Shower works well but water leaks into floor. I would stay here again. Was a nice, clean place. Close to everything. We rented a 4 wheeler to travel around the island, to go to all the beaches. Was fun. Also went to a Greek wedding show, was fun. Santorini is a fun, beautiful place to visit.

It locates in a quiet street but very close to Daniez M. Which is very busy with several restaurants and town centre. Good size room with balcony and kitchen. Although I didn't cook there, it was so relax to enjoy breakfast and eveniing drinks in the balcony. Reception staff very nice and studio was very clean. Would recommand this property.

Centrally located to all amenties but far enough back from main streets so that you are removed from most of the noise from retaurants and taverns.

Friendly & helpful staff.
Would definitely stay there again if we were lucky enough to return to Santorini

The studio was old furnished and the bathroom not very confortable. Procès are Too high for the provided service.

We had a family of 4 so some extra space was helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite with plenty of sleeping and living space. Location was outstanding, short walk to bus and taxi stations, which is critical for Santorini without a car. Cleaning was ok, but not great (floor a little dirty, some spider webs, etc). Pool is very small, but a nice feature. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The personnel at the hotel are very nice and gave us very good information about the attractions on the island and how to get around. I recommend the hotel. Is more like a serviced apartment as you can not have breakfast...you have to buy your own food.
. But they help and there is a supermarket close buy to buy things for breakfast and cafes in case you don't want to cook..

It wa good staying. It was close to the city center but not noisy. The front staff was not in during 12:00pm to 8am.

Had a pleasant 3 night stay. Shower is tiny but overall good stay.

Location is great for those using public transport as near the square and only 10 minutes walk (up hill) from the Caldera. We could see the sea on the other side of the island, above the roof tops, from the balcony outside room number 10. Rooms are pretty basic but value for money overall, our room was too dark for me (very subjective) and a bit tired to be honest....so good for a couple of nights if you’re looking for somewhere to put your head down and get out exploring during the day. Room was tidied each day and staff were helpful and pleasant. Other rooms had larger outside areas which looked over the small but attractive pool area, so I guess all rooms are different and I did book last minute!!

The service was excellent, very helpful and informative.

Very close to the bus station and the city. Very well located

Good option if wanting to stay in Fira but want something that's more affordable (by Santorini standards!). 5 min walk to city centre and the bus station or to the Caldera cliff top. Comfortable room but nothing special. Pool is very small (much smaller than it looks in pictures) so don't go there if you are keen on having a nice pool.
