Amazing staff, great food, well maintained plaace.

Even though its all inclusive, everything has extra costs. You want your child at kids club ? Pay extra for activities. You someone who smokes ? Walk to a secluded cheap smoking area with 2 chairs. You want proper dining? Eat at the same buffet every day and get a chance to reserve a spot at 1 other restaurant for 1 time out of the week. You want room service? Wait 3 hours . You want a vacation, go elsewhere.

I liked that it was very clean, organized and everything in neat condition.

It was a great experience. Resort is very clean. Amenities are great. Nice and cozy pools. Stuffs are ok in the restaurant. Food options are ok. I request them for a little late checkout till 1:00pm due to my flight but they said I only can stay there till 12:00pm. Basically I didn’t get any VIP access treat except $50
dollars credit. Overall it was a
nice vacation with my family.

The resort was amazing and the staff was so helpful. The food was so good! The only thing I didn't like was that our concierge was pressuring us to go to a time share presentation and because we didn't go he didn't help us out our entire stay. All we wanted to do was enjoy our time unbothered.

This is a good place for families to relax and have fun.

Nice and quiet
Friendly staff

The beach needs staff attention, not very clean and the rocks are very sharp at the water entrance. It might be organized better
Not a lot of entertainment in the evening and overall activities, the kayaking was always unavailable due to weather

Everything was good at that hotel. We were so happy to stay there. We will go back as soon as possible again.

The signage is lacking possible you might lost inside the vicinity. They probably make a signage where to go in case of emergency. However , we enjoyed our stay the food is great, staffs are friendly. One thing that i dont like is they do not return immediately our refund that takes days prior returning and informing for lost and found. We are already on my country before we knew it.

The property is gorgeous, did feel safe and was able to relax. However, be careful- you must watch all transactions. This holds are released and they come back, and then placed again. I booked my excursion to Xcaret with them as it felt safer, they billed me twice 2 days after check out (2 different amounts). My suggestion would be not to book any excursions through them, you can do it online which is also more affordable.

We love Royal Hasiednas , that’s our third year going back . This year we were not impressed , property is getting old - we were having issues in our room one after another . Shower didn’t work , then the plumbing issues. Our concierge was absolutely terrible, didn’t help with a single thing , all he cared about is getting us into a meeting to buy shares and once I said we were not interested , he stopped responding all together. Other than that - great resort , reasonably priced and we will probably come back again.

Food was below average. Service was hit or miss with most of the staff either rude or just not attentive to people’s needs. The only good staff member we ran into was Isaac! He was amazing, give him a good tip and he will take care of you. Room service had better food than the “buffet.” Pizza at the pool was good. The nightlife was HORRIBLE. There was really nothing to do after 9pm.

Great place but we didnt like loud music in the pool. Also, my parents had to change from one room to another the last night, because “the owners” of the apartment arrived. Staff was very kind

Staff was great, very clean and food was good. I wish they had halal food it would've made the trip even better. Overall great experience and great place to stay.

It’s a real mixed bag this place, so much to like but let’s itself down in certain areas.
Hotel rooms were the best i have seen especially for larger families with 3 kids, the breakfast and lunch options were good, however the evening meal options were too limited for us second tier guests. The Palapa is not great for dinner really but it’s either that or a basic Pizza restaurant.
The two main restaurant are the preserve of the tier one guests(or members as they call them). I went to meet the hotel manager and told them this was a disgrace and they booked us in, but it shouldn’t need us to have to do this. This is probably my biggest beef with this place.
Evening entertainment is non existent and the beach has just been eroded away.
The bar and restaurant staff are excellent, our favourites were Pablo and Alfredo!
The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard and everywhere is immaculate!
The pool was really nice, lovely and warm and we loved the swim up bar.
The kids club was great and our 5 year old loved it there.
The hotel is a fair distance from Playa, the shuttle service is very good though and it is punctual.
The gym was decent, good selection of equipment and towels provided.
Any reviews you have read about being hassled about timeshares isn’t the case any more.
All told, we have had a lovely holiday the Mexican people are very friendly and not out to enforce endless rules, all very chilled.

We really love are stay in this hotel. Staff are friendly, foods are great and we can order room service if the buffet or the restaurant is already close. Our concierge (Forti) is so help, he booked us on the restaurant. They also gave us discounts on xcaret park. Jovani(life guard) is always around us when we did the snorkelling activity. The rooms are clean and they always refill the drinks in the mini ref. Overall everything went perfect during our stay and the kids love it.

The promise that you have Netflix or Amazon video its a lie, there is no such thing. Night life almost inexistent, employees several times talk to you like they own the place. The rooms and pools are very clean, but also they will apply a 75 $ fee if you dont do the dishes in your room
The so called Fifth Avenue is very questionable for safety. Heavely armed police does not inspire a place that you want to visit. This resort provides reliable shuttle transportation, the food is good mesium variety, they are chasing you with receipts, thing that i haven't seen in any other resort, permanently asking for your room number

The property itself is really nice, however I did plan an all inclusive trip which meant having access to all the restaurants at this resort. I was extremely disappointed with not being able to book the restaurants as I wanted. There were never any reservations available, which were required and we were stuck eating at the buffet or the local cafe most of the time. Not sure why they advertise all these restaurants and make it impossible for a non owner at this property to take advantage of them when they want. We had to constantly complain and keep going to the managers there to try and even get a reservation. Which time and time after were either cancelled or deferred to a very early 5pm or really late 9:30pm time to eat. It was very disappointing and frustrating to deal with the site staff and the concierge that kept providing us with incorrect information and monopolizing our time in trying to rectify reservations or planning an excursion. When we should be enjoying ourselves. The concierge service is Terrible and did not speak English well as we constantly had communication gaps.
This was our 20th anniversary trip and was filled with disappointments, frustrations and constantly having to deal with concierge to fix their mess ups. Not enjoyable at all. I would never return and they kept apologizing for not being able to accommodate us. Extremely poor.

Traveler beware!!
This is a timeshare resort and focus is solely on the timeshare owners.
They trick you to a presentation & they promise free transport to the Royal Sands but what they don’t tell you is that you must participate in multiple stops, to jewelry shops, restaurants and other places.
When we refused to move forward with the tour as we didn’t know ahead of time, we were left behind by the driver with a 4 year old child to fend ourselves in Cancun Mexico, 1 hour from our resort.
There is no beach, it is very very rocky, full of weeds that are not cleaned. If you want to take a walk on the beach, you will be met with rotten egg smell.
The buffet was bare minimum, mostly tasteless & limited choice of food, it reminded of cafeteria food. If you wanted a nice omelette, you would have to wait at least 15 minutes in line to get it.
The dining options were scarce, you either have to beg to get into the 2 restaurants, literally beg, Or you are stuck eating by the pool every single day.
Again, this is a timeshare resort so we were forced out of our room and had to move into another one because the owners had arrived and we had to leave. While the manager said this was mentioned in the booking, it must’ve been in the fine print because I sure as hell didn’t see it.
As you can tell, I disliked the place. It was aged, no fancy nothing, no activities. A few good workers that we tipped accordingly and that’s all.
Stay away, try elsewhere.

We had a wonderful time here. The rooms and amenities were great and clean. The food options were limited though and the quality of the food was mediocre at best. What made the resort stand out was the staff. They were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

very good value for money, the hotel is clean and in good condition, the quality of the food and services has areas of opportunity but the price justifies it

Clean and restaurants are on point. Lots of kids though which got annoying.

The food was horrific!!!Worst Cancun hotel when it came to food. Staff and service were hit or miss. Some workers were nice and some did not look happy working at all. The room was ok but beds were super uncomfortable. Appreciated the upgrade to beachfront room due to our platinum status. Barely any entertainment. Hardly music anywhere. Beach was terrible and unsafe. Son got injured from sharp coral rocks playing in the sand. We paid $340 for medical care. Should have been free. Not coming back.

This was our first family vacation at an all inclusive resort. The only thing that would have made it more convenient is if there was a free shuttle to their sister resort. That was very expensive. But over all a good experience.
