Th e unit had a great view which we enjoyed from the balcony. There were some logistic issues: poorly stocked kitchen with 3 of the 5 burners working, a difficult to reach master shower faucet and frayed towels, cushion on the sofa did not stay in place, tv signal required front desk assistance both nights. However, the front desk and engineering assistance was phenomenal!

My one and only issue, and I have myself to blame, was not reading the fine print, that all the restaurants, bar, lifts and outdoor slides had closed 2 days after we arrived. On the other hand the quietness was a plus.

Perfect family getaway. Amazing resort, in a perfect location. Onsite bowling, In door pool, walk to miniature golf, and gondola. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all you need for a cozy stay.

Very convenient location, our room was great with an excellent view and housekeeping was great. Downside, was not told restaurants closed in off season with only one open for breakfast and a very limited menu, asked a man at the front desk some questions regarding places to eat and things to do and he apologetically stated he did not know, he was new but could not direct us anywhere for help. The lodge had a beautiful reception with big fireplace and although temperatures were in upper 30’s to 60’s they never had it going to enjoy it. I would recommend but prior to booking call to see if all amenities they advertise and charge resort fee for are actually available.

This hotel was in a beautiful location. There was a complimentary shuttle to get into the town and the gondola was right next to the hotel as well. The room was clean and the one bedroom condo had a well thought out floor plan that made it very comfortable. The a/c did not work well, however, and the bedroom got very hot at night. Otherwise, it is a lovely hotel!

We’ve stayed in Breckenridge 3 times and this resort was our favorite! We loved the spacious, clean room with full kitchen and cozy fireplace! There was a fun bowling alley, pool, and pool room we loved using. All staff were pleasant and housekeeping was phenomenal! We will be back!

This was an amazing stay and the resort had so much for us to do (kids are 9 and 14) and all the things needed in the room for cooking meals and being comfortable. This is definitely a new happy place. My only complaint was there was not enough plugs in bedroom around the bed for all of our stuff but that could be easily remedied with a small extension cord.

We went during the summer and I felt like we had the entire hotel to ourselves. Everyone was super nice and it was very clean. Love the extras with the taxi to drive you into town. Concierge was amazing.

Place was great. The property was clean, the rooms were nice. Had a few things that could been fixed but nothing too crazy. The bar/ restaurant downstairs was expensive and the service was very slow. Had to order at the bar then wait for it to be brought to us. But we would stay here again no problem

Wonderful weekend in Breckenridge! Our room was very nice, but there were a couple of little things that would've made our stay more comfortable. Directions on how to work the fireplace were needed, extra blanket needed and the bed was good but not wonderful. Otherwise, it was a great weekend.

We stay in Breck a lot! We are also owners next door at Grand Colorado. This was somewhere I always wanted to stay and overall, it was great. The one exception was the restaurant. After a long day of hiking we did not want to go into town. We went into the restaurant and were the only ones there. Finally the bar tender came in from outside. I ordered a salad with double chicken and my husband a panini. The chicken on the salad was inedible. Crumbly and hard like it was overcooked a week prior. The panini was basically flat bread pressed with hardly anything in between with a side of stale chips. We are not people to send back food and honestly I would have eaten pretty much anything at that point, but it was disgusting. We sent it back and walked to Robbie’s next door to Grand Colorado. For such a nice property that was extremely disappointing.

It was a beautiful property. The rooms were nice. The breakfast wasn’t great, but there are tons of options in Breckinridge. The gondola was super easy to access as was shuttle service when the gondola closed. The staff was all super friendly and helpful! Parking on site was super easy as well.

Nice location, great views, friendly staff, plenty to see and do in town. The room we stayed in needed some repairs. The toilet would not flush properly, even after using plunger. We used toilet in different area. The sink in bathroom had leak, the shower captured water in area by wall and the phone did not work properly. We let staff know so they could fix these issues.

Room layout for a studio was terrible. Bed jammed between wall and kitchen counter. Space between wall and bed about 6 inches. AC unable to cool room to desired temp. Very limited breakfast menu, subpar quality.

Dishonest. I paid for a reservation with a breakfast buffet, daily housekeeping, and coffee stations. None of this was available and the hotel staff simply did not care, even though several guests complained. Unbelievably, when we arrived, they said they no longer served the buffet and would give us a $10 credit. The food was overpriced and ridiculously small. The Chef's physical appearance was unprofessional, and despite being low season, the tables were dirty. The fireplace in the room could not be fully turned off so the room got very warm. There were so many lights from appliances and electronics that it was hard to sleep. They told me the manager was not working but would call me the day after we left; never happened. With so many other options, I would not stay in this hotel even for half the price.

We’ve been staying here for the last 8-9 years. This stay was very different than in the past. Kiddie pool drained and taped off— despite being told twice it was open prior to arriving. Men’s changing room had 2/3 showers broken. Towels never stocked. Our room had severe floor damage, the kitchen faucet was broken, and our master shower bath had the towel ring broken. We were supposed to get housekeeping every other day. Nope. They missed us on day 4. The cleaning crew literally spent all day on their phones in one single room two doors down. We walked by that space several times and watched them sitting on the furniture and texting, watching videos, etc for their entire shift. I brought it up to the front desk and they managed to clean on day 6. The rooms are getting really beat up. We used to love this place, but the price does not match the experience.

Simply the best. Great location, ski in ski out to multiple lifts. Great rooms, spacious. Wonderful breakfast and next to the TBar and One Ski Grill areas. Easy parking, easy in and out, and the BEST people. Shuttle to town a piece of cake and gondola is right there!

Excellent ski in/out resort! All the amenities to make the stay easier and comfortable were provided. Free shuttle service to and from town was a huge plus and very convenient. All the staff were very helpful and courteous. Very comfortable and quiet units; the kitchen had everything needed for cooking and dining in. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for. Well worth it!

Nice rooms and common areas with tons of amenities. Ski lifts are just a few steps away. Dining options are decent (wine list is fantastic) and they have tons of options for families to book - like bowling alley, media rooms, billiards room, etc.
