Stayed in the Family room as a group of 3, for 3 nights in July 2023.
The room was as described and like the photos. Room was very spacious and we had a separate very large bathroom just down the hall.
The communal spaces were clean and well kept, although we did not use the kitchen during our stay.
After the 2nd night our beds were remade and we were provided with fresh towels.
The location was 5* - within a minutes walk to the centre & shops and right opposite a supermarket.
Check-in and check-out were super-easy. The owner met us on arrival once we had provided an approximate arrival time and we were settled into our room straight away.
Would recommend for a short stay. I willdefinitely consider returning if I were to visit Canterbury again.
It was fine for our group, however the stairs are quite steep & narrow due to it being an old house so others may find it tricky to get up and down with a large suitcase.
It was a little unclear what was included in our stay e.g. Breakfast. There were lots of food & drink in the communal area but it was not clear if we were able to use this during our stay. It did not affect our stay though as there was a supermarket & lots of cafes on the doorstep.

Excellent need room and lovely bed. Th location was everything I hoped for. Pretty quit .
I only missed small place to sit , used a chair as table, problem solved.

Very comfortable bedroom eclectically furnished and very convenient location in the centre of town. The manager was very helpful and friendly and facilitative to our needs.
There was a misunderstanding over breakfast as I didn’t understand the arrangements of pre ordering for it to be delivered to the room but as it was so close to town it was easy to get breakfast nearby.

Good location, close to town centre. Comfortable Bed.
Very poor sound insulation. We were kept up half the night with the neighbour above us moving furniture and playing his TV loudly. Decor was very dated, looked better in the pictures.

Location and warmth
This is s bedroom plus bathroom only. No other facilities eg. breakfast (cooked not available) only available delivered to bedroom.

When I asked to move room the staff helped me into anothe one. The bed I eventually had was comfy.
I arrived and the room booked was tiny and overpriced. The room I moved to was right on the road which was noisy in the Morning. No heating in the bathroom so it was freezing. And the room had an outside back door which was very draughty.

excellent location. Close to all amenities
pet friendly paid extra as requested
parking helpful as partner disabled
Payment of £100 taken out 2 days after we left for extra cleaning as we "trashed the room".. e mail sent after the fact. see photos below on day of leaving
pet had accident and we cleaned up x 3 and aired the room. on leaving we asked if they wanted to check room...offer declined..which we felt odd as we had a pet.
duvet under bed filthy..used as airing room..
we bought own blanket for pet which was put on B and B own blanket on sofa to limit fur fallout.
I can not reccomend for people with pets.

Ideally located, a few minutes walk into the town/cathedral. Bit tight on parking but always good to be able to park at a property
A bit tired, a lick of paint needed and an intense clean is a must

amazing location just five minutes from both rail and bus links, and a short walk to the many bars Restaurant’s and the cathedral

Location - excellent in Canterbury city centre.Parking available right outside hotel - there were still spaces available the night I stayed.
I inadvertently paid twice. The hotel contacted me promptly and refunded the over-payment.
Friendly staff.Room clean, quiet and comfortable.Good continental breakfast delivered to room due to coronavirus restrictions.
Limited space for working but I was able to manage.Difficult to provide anything different given the size of the single room.
Otherwise all good!

The bed was extremely comfortable, the city centre was around 100 yards away, but the noise level was low. Many restaurants. bars, pubs and shops were very close by.
Nothig, really. The Coach House was excellent value for money and the staff couldn't have been more hekpful.
