Well maintained building and grounds adjacent to the Marina - with stunning balcony views - make this a premium location in Mandelieu.

Good location, parking, size apartment. Not luxury just about 3 star, beds not made handed linen at reception, little spartan for my holiday requirements. Love the area and not a huge selection of accommodation so do not be put off, just don't expect too much, very well equipped, very clean and secure. Having breakfast in the sun watching the little boats go by very pleasant.

Overall it was quite nice although the corridors and lifts were dirty.

Showed up with a booked and prepaid reservation and they had no rooms available.. Poor or no English. Waited until they suddenly "found" a room and they gave me bedsheets and a towel to make my own bed. Wifi doesn't reach in rooms even they say they have it. No trash bag, leaking fridge and hot water ran out very fast. Go elsewhere.

Difficult to find arriving late in the evening but once found a very nice place to stay

Wed been here five years ago so its qualities - location, apartment spec, value for money, were known to us. But there were a few fails this year: remote controls for the gate not working (so we were left outside at 2am when we arrived), apartment not clean, lights and bulbs not working, and the lack of WiFi becoming more of an issue as everyone else has moved on.It wouldnt take a lot to put these issues right and, if they did, it would be a 5. But the owners dont seem bothered.

Very quiet. Very clean and modern. The only problem is to rearch the location. There are no signs to indicate this condo-hotel. Privately owned, units are rented when not used by the owners. There has to be a better way to help people to find this excellent location.

I was in for the festival de cannes, the surrounding is great and quiet, next to a river, very relaxing,10min walk to the bus, and takes 45min to get to cannes. The problem is there's nothing close to it, if u need to buy a bottle of water u have to walk for an hour, and if u need drapes u pay extra.. Anything u need is extra.. There wasn't even toilet paper in the apartment, completely empty. I guess it's not very fit for short stays.

You have to pay many additional fees (figure 100 euros for 6 people) for 1 large towel each and 1 small towel and then some bed sheets.
The apartment is okay but they should really have it equipped with towels, dish soap, hand soaps…shower gels…the essentials that are small details but very important for someone who is traveling.

The apartment is located outside Cannes and 5 mins drive to the supermarket, which is good. However, beware of all these hidden charges: bedding, towels, local tax plus cleaning fee. If you are in a hurry or not prepare to do a clean up from top to bottom after your stay you will be charged 45-55 euros depend on the size of the apartment. The manager will check it in detail and sign the paper before your departure. There is a price list for everything and anything in the rooms incase you damage it. Weve paid a wine glass for 4 euros. What a rip off. All apartments have marina view but with no sun coming through the balcony. Hence the rooms are dark in a sunny day and you cant enjoy the sun unless you go out. The bedroom has a tinny window with no light through so its virtually like a box room. Like all the roads and car parking in south of France the underground parking spaces of the apartment is very tight. There is a TV but only with French chanels. Overall is ok but I will stay somewhere else if I am going back to Cote de Azur.

just the distance to Cannes by bus which is not frequent and no night bus outside the festival makes it difficult to fully utilise each day .... otherwise its relaxing ... you just wont get lots done ... lovely apartmet with gorgeous marina view .... worth a few days stay for sure
