This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The pool with slide is great for kids and adults.

My child loved the pool with the awesome slide! The free breakfast was good, includes hot items.

Beautiful! The rooms were clean, quiet, safe and very comfy. The hotel staff were very friendly; the pool was awesome and the breakfast - top notch! Such a great stay. We should have stayed longer! Thank you!

The property was under construction which was not advised. Construction began at 7am and I was placed in a room right next to where the construction was taking place. The breakfast buffet was not well maintained, the food was either empty or cold.

Very nice clean hotel

Good location with light traffic and great dining options. In walking distance of convenience stores. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the little amenities I wanted. Excellent staff.

Everything was great other than, should be more info about dangers of using that particular slide in the pool. I'm 250lbs and hit the bottom of the pool very hard, causing a groin injury that is still affecting me 4 days later. Wife is only 100 lbs but hit the bottom 5 out of 6 times she went down, luckily not injuring herself. Something could be done to slow it down since it is too shallow for the speed of it.

The staff were amazing. Though the restaurant was under construction at the time of our stay, there was still a good amount of variety at the breakfast offerings. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, clean, and convenient. Staff were all so friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our extended stay. We were able to travel around the western part of the province with ease from Bridgewater and the city has all the conveniences you could need. Close to Lunenberg and Mahone Bay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Staff were very helpful.

We stay here several times a year, as we usually love it here and have for years. Its the only place in Bridgewater we consider when visiting. This past trip was disheartening though. We understood that they're undergoing mantainence, and 27 South wasnt available, which wasnt great but understandable. They said the pool was just refilled and refreshed, but when we went in there, the water was freezing cold (unlike usual, where its slightly heated) and for some reason the water was murky to the point where you couldnt see the bottom. I'd thought it would be clear for just being cleaned, assuming maybe it was chemicals that perhaps didnt dissolve because the water wasnt heated up yet. The other complaint I had was that I wanted to pay with cash, and upon checkin tried to pay, but was told to pay after my stay. When I tried to use cash after my stay, they told me rhey had already charged my card and the o ly was I could do case was at checkin. I advised i had tried that and now, if i wanted to do cash, they would have to refund my card, which may take a few days. Construction started promptly around 8am which again is understandable, just a little annoying. Breakfast of course not the usual offering due to construction. Hoping the next stay will be better.

Stayed in the jetted tub suite. You can’t connect anything to the tv to watch whatever you like. They have it blocked off. The kurig machine was dirty and unusable so we had to go get our own in the morning. For the amount of money you pay it was disappointing to not enjoy how we wanted. The pool was nice though.

Under construction, so breakfast was lacking.

My sister and I have stayed here many times on our getaway weekends, and it never disappoints. Yes, the property is undergoing renovation, but we did not find it intrusive at all. Even with the dining room shut down the breakfast was excellent! We will be back!

The hotel is clean…we were warned about renovations closing the restaurant which was fine…but they didn’t mention that nail guns would be starting at 7 am :( We also were disappointed that housekeeping skipped our room…4 day stay, leaving by 9 in morning and each night we returned to dirty towels…Also pool was too cold…no hot tub…

Although under renovations, this was a lovely stay.

The staff was excellent and the rooms were pretty nice. Parts of the building were in renovations and in the future when completed, will be very nice. Unfortunately, the kitchen was being renovated and that meant that the breakfast was very limited.

Relaxing stay

Our stay here was great! The staff were fantastic and very friendly! Would highly recommend and suggest visiting the on-site restaurant.
