This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, for our Anniversary and we absolutely enjoyed every moment of our trip. The hotel we chose did not disappoint us!. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food was exactly what we expected—nothing overly fancy, but consistently delicious, as were the drinks. We're really glad we chose this hotel.
Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was some noise from the neighboring room due to loud music, but that’s more of an inconsideration on their part, not the hotel’s fault.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed tipping our servers, but we felt that with or without tips, the service would still have been excellent—they were attentive without being overbearing.
We decided against renting a car, which turned out to be a great choice. The walk from our hotel to the boardwalk was easy and pleasant, and the taxi rides to and from the airport were reasonably priced.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to Puerto Vallarta in the future!

Is all inclusive and the limit you on food and drinks. Drinks only to 12 pm and food.
Rooms are stinky and poor condition water was running out from restroom to the room. Towels are old and torn is supposedly is a beach resort. Come on put new towels. Room service bad

You get what you pay for, that’s for sure. The staff is really nice. Room layout was nice. We had the one bedroom suite and it was pretty big. However, the towels were all frayed and the blankets were so scratchy. Very loud air conditioner. We had a beach view room and the AC was so loud and made funny noises keeping me awake at night. It was hard to even hear the ocean waves. However, the AC wasn’t loud enough to drown out the noise of guests blaring their boom boxes in the pool area. The food was absolutely dreadful. The buffet had some of the worst food out of all the resorts I’ve stayed at. The restaurant had “Italian” food and we could barely stomach it. The pool water seemed clean but the tiles were so gross and moldy. So crowded and be prepared to wait in line for a long time for the buffet. Like I said, the staff was great but I would never recommended this place. The toiletries are also very lame. And the area around the pool had trash and dirty dishes early in the morning meaning they were not picked up the night before. The upstairs jacuzzis were also very dirty.

Staff was ok,but we had problem with noises from beach, people were late party on.Resort says cant do anything because is federal property, but if really that make uncomfortable for guests, they should call police, what I was askinfmg, they denied.

When we arrived they gave us the wrong room. They gave us another that was also wrong. Then we were told this site doesn’t guarantee us the room we book. After threatening to go elsewhere they gave us the right room. The property is great. The food is very limited.

I stayed for five nights. The only thing I didn’t like was that the first night I didn’t get the king bed room I requested instead I got double beds because I got there late. So I had to change my room the next day after that we were pretty happy with their service, we liked the location because you can walk around to their plaza, food was great!! You can eat in their buffet, they have their bar with drinks and fresh made food of the day by the pool so you can decide where and what you want to eat whether buffet or by the pool,We are not fancy people but we like good food and we feel pleased with the place and food. The only thing I noticed was that the internet signal was very poor in the room.I also recommend that if you are arriving late make sure that you let them know so you get the room you requested.

The hotel is not a resort. It is an older hotel.

The website shows that there is after hours dining with hours such as 1030pm-6am. This is not the case. Hours were 1130pm-1230am and it was only tacos: previous years there was a variety of food they would make. It wasn’t bad but the website should be accurate.

The room we were given was good on the inside but the view was no good.....had no balcony which I did not like also we were woken up early in the morning as we were just above the service entrance. We asked for a new room which we got the next day..
Also when it came to check out are flight was not till early evening and they would not let us keep our bands on....as we talked to other people the day before and they were aloud to keep theres on..So why let some and not others....it should not matter who you fly with or who you booked through.....
I will say most of the staff were awsome....

This hotel is very outdated. The food selection was poor and places to sit around the pool were always taken by stuff … not people.
The staff was very nice. I have no complaints with them. They were always happy and helpful.
We didn’t have hot water for 2 days which makes me uneasy with how the staff were able to clean things properly, wash hands , dishes etc.

I really liked the rooftop bar. The service in the dining area and around the pool area was great. The food was ok but not alot of options. The rooms were old. But ok. I did almost break my toe on a door stop screwed to the floor right in front of the toilet. Room 1237. My toe was black for 3 days.

Local beer company and white rum not dispensing at the resort. Also cleaning did not wash deck flooring that had sticky pop on it.

This hotel needs some upgrades but overall it is good. The food was good and the staff are amazing with the exception of the front desk. I would stay here again.

All in all it was ok. The workers couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
The property is a bit run down but still ok. The room we were assigned was nested between 2 other rooms with interconnecting doors that didn't keep the noise out. The first week was fine but the second week the guests in the other rooms were very noisy during the night and we couldn't get any rest. No wifi in the rooms either.

Property needs update and maintenance.
Hallway and stairwells not cleaned often.
Mold in Bathrooms. Piping and plumbing fixtures need replacing.
Buffet meal always have something you can find you might like. However it is very Mexican.
Staff are great.
Smaller size resort which i prefer.
Would stay here again

Pablo in the buffet restaurant was personable, informative and attentive. He was a great server. The breakfast omelette chef was fantastic and a delight to see in the morning. She was super friendly and smiley.
The women on the front desk were unwelcoming and unfriendly. They didn’t ask how our stay was or thank us for staying with the hotel upon check out. There was one late night gentleman on the front desk who was welcoming and pleasant.
The room was relatively clean; however, the phone did not work and the bellman who identified it said it would be fixed and it never was. The connecting door to the next room was very thin and had a large gap under it. We could clearly hear the people in the next room. On March 1st, we had our privacy sign up; however, someone removed it and they knocked on the door to do inventory. We identified the broken phone, but he didn’t seem to care. We requested a new privacy sign which he provided; however, it was missing when we came back later the same day.
Having worked in hotels for over 10 years, I understand the challenges of running a hotel. In general, the hotel was ok and we would stay there again.

Terrible service from the tour person Diego.
Unbelievably bad tour and when we complained he literally laughed at us.
DON’T TAKE THE TOUR TO SAN SEBASTIÁN OR THE CITY TOUR
AMAZING SERVICE FROM 2 of the wait staff Manuel and Pablo. They made our 12 day stay amazing

Great spot. Good to really good entertainment and food for the kids. Buffet can get busy and loud at peak times. Only one main pool to enjoy with your family. The staff is amazing and very nice. This resort is close to other places and activities around PV.

This is a moderately priced hotel that offers good options for dining, drinks, and entertainment. For a few hundred more you can elevate your experience. If you’re not the “particular” kind, this is a good inexpensive option.

Limited transportation (Ubers and taxis) There are small shops and restaurants within walking distance. Resort is older, limited beach chairs, limited bars. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.

Front desk staff very condescending. When I would voice the concern, they were very non-caring. The manager was always very helpful, but his staff was not.
