The heather in the room didn’t work and I was cold all night. In the morning I waited 15 minutes with the water running waiting for hot water but there was no hot water. After I finished my shower my husband took a shower and he got hot water. The shower had mold. We had two towels, one was more gray than white and very old.

I have stayed at other Ibis hotels in the past but this one was disappointing. It’s supposed to be 3 stars but I would say it’s more like a 2. It was clean enough but not great. Could have used some more sweeping/mopping. The rooms are very small They don’t use fitted sheets or mattress protectors so the mattress is left exposed (I stayed in 2 rooms and this was true for both) They dont provide separate shampoo/conditioner (just an “all in one”/hands/shampoo/conditioner) They only give you one towel per person, no hand towel or face towel or anything else. We also got unlucky and had a massive group of teenage girls staying the night and they were knocking on all doors including ours several times. Not the hotel’s fault though, but noise isolation wasn’t great. It’s a good enough place for a night, and if you go with the expectation of a 1-2 star hotel and not 3. The pros? The restaurant was good! And parking included at no extra cost. Close to main sightseeing spots.

I made a reservation for 2 bed room and i got one with only one bed. The room was too small. No soap in the dispensers. Big line of people waiting for their room when we got there. Not good after traveling a long distance. Felt bad for the kid employed as receptionist. She did what she could. Closet too small. No room to place all our stuff. Glad i only booked for one night and moved to another hotel the next day.

Very helpful staff. Nice property. A few negatives: 1. Two plates of half eaten food were left outside someone room and they sat there overnight and we’re still there at 9:00am the next morning. 2. The toilet in my room has mold or black dirt around the caulking at the base. 3. The margarita I ordered was literally finely crushed ice and not much else. I don’t think there was any alcohol or mixer in it. It was so dry I couldn’t drink it through a straw. Minor things. I’d stay there again.

Arrived at this property on a midnight flight extremely tired, and had to go up and down 3 times because card reader was not working properly. Next morning needed to work and internet did not work at all. But they sure were on time knocking at my door at noon for check out. Completely do not recommend.

I went down to the lobby area at 6:00am Sunday. When I entered the elevator to return to the 4th floor the elevator closed and did not move. I was trapped in a non working elevator for 5 minutes The desk clerk rescued me and told me it wasn’t working (something I already knew). He then told me to take the stairs up 5 flights. ( I am 71 years old with a heart condition.). Not particularly impressed with this location.

It is clean and cozy with a decent and comfortable restaurant. The rooms are small but clean and fresh. For an overnight stay during a trip to cover a layover it is perfect
