The owners were extremely helpful and we as a family truly enjoyed our stay. The lemon tree outside had plenty of lemons, we made fresh lemonade! They had luggage storage before the check in. The apartment was well equipped with all necessities! Location of the property is walkable to the main attractions. We visited the local weekly farmer’s market We will stay here again on our next visit.

Lovely little apartment! Can’t go wrong for the price. Only minor issues I had were the shower temperature suddenly going scalding hot then cold, and the walls are quite thin so you can hear any noise from neighbouring apartments.

Emilio and his brother are owners and are very warm people. We felt so welcomed during check-in. Emilio provided us very detailed info of local sightseeing and food, and he was so patient and proactive. We stayed here one night. It is a quiet nice place and walkable to many attractions which is super convenient. One of the nicest things that they accommodated our check-in and check-out time. We were able to leave our luggage with them and enjoy the entire day luggage-free after check-out. They are just such nice and considerate people. I highly recommend this place and wonderful owner to everyone.

Location is perfect to walk to all the attractions in the city but away from the busy city roads. Apartment was very clean and wifi worked great. Owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on attractions and dining. Would stay here again when back in Athens!

From the time I booked this property communication was an AMAZING experience!!! The brothers that own these apartments are beautiful souls. They were professional, friendly, and informative from the start. Their assistance with our airport transfers was phenomenal! Any time I reached out to them even prior to arriving from the States I received a response immediately. They offered information on how to get around, where to eat, and things to do. The restaurants they recommended were a 10 out of 10!!! We visited 2 of them. We requested a late check out and they were able to accommodate my family and me. The hotel/apartments were located near everything. There is a back way to go through the gardens and see the stadium. The opposite direction is to the main road where there are restaurants and stores. Excellent restaurants within a 7-10 minute walk. Many bakeries within a 5 minute walk. Syntagma train station is about a 15 minute walk. There is graffiti in the area which may make some people nervous but the neighborhood is quiet and seemed quite safe. We walked around late night with no worries. Don’t think twice about booking Athens Green Apartments! Just do it. You won’t regret it.

Our apartment was clean, instructions to get in we’re good. They arranged transfers to and from the airport. There was a list of recommendations around the area which was useful. There’s a nice outdoor area also. We stayed one night and it was good for what we needed. Only downside was, although there were 2 very comfy king size beds…there was no physical door separating the areas, only a curtain. But room was big.

Amazing stay! Best communication with the property managers/owners that I’ve ever experienced! They replied so quickly on all our questions, arranged transportation, provided very useful and helpful tips upon arrival such as the must to do in the area, best restaurants, etc. The apartment was clean, very comfortable (even the sofa bed!!) and well equipped! The little balcony and garden is so cute as well! We absolutely recommend this place!!!

Located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of all the tourist attractions. Turn right to head into the tourist zone or turn left to a nice assortments of restaurants, shops, with a quiet local neighborhood feel. The rooms were clean comfortable. The staff was amazingly welcoming, helpful and hospitable. Great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication with the host during our booking, stay and even after checkout. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The area around the apartment seemed questionable at first with the graffiti on the walls of surrounding buildings, but ended up be okay and safe. Also, the apartment is a little further of a walk to the Parthenon then we expected, but not too bad. We appreciated the extra room we had in the apartment and the overall cleanliness.

I’m a solo traveler so this place was perfect for me. Only stayed 1 night but wish I could have stayed longer. It is off the beaten path but you’re about 15 minutes from metro, and about 25 from city center by foot. But aside from location (hence the price), everything else with the place was great. It was a very nice and cozy apartment building, which was very well managed. They have very beautiful decorations (artist owners and staff) in the hotel. The hotel is close to Acropolis of Athens, Plaka, etc. but in a less busy residential area. Many restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops are near the hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel for my next visit to Athens.

Great property, apartment was good considering the price and the team were really friendly. The internet is terrible (but from our experience this is basically Athens in general) this wouldn't have been an issue except the phone signal is poor inside. Otherwise a great place to stay, would definitely go back!

Wonderful place in the heart of the city, but tucked away from the crowds just enough for some peace and quiet. Beautiful outdoor courtyard to have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Really friendly and helpful host... Couldn't ask for more!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Athens. We liked the apartment and the location. It's within walking distance to Acropolis, museums, many historical sites, some excellent restaurants frequented by locals, and a grocery store. While parking space seemed plenty, we actually didn't need a car. Calling taxi using Uber app was easy and inexpensive. Emilio at the front desk was also very helpful.
