We had an adorable stay! The hotel is a huge resort, like a small village that has all the leisure facilities. The room was very clean, modern and well-equipped with all what is needed for a vacation. The staff is highly professional and very welcoming.
5.0 / 10.0
The hotel was situated in a convenient place. Close to the beach and the town with bars and cafes. The hotel had direct access to the beach with tennis courts and swimming pool with a slide. The entertainment staff were enthusiastic and the car park concierge was helpful. Generally comfy room.
The hotel asked for full payment on arrival. The parking outside of the hotel was very disorganised. There is little sound proofing in the rooms, noise from the road outside and in between the rooms was loud. The shower door was very old and difficult to close. And the cleaning of the room with particular cleaners was questionable - the cleaning was a ‘lucky dip!’ The hours for breakfast finished at 9:45 but there was no food left at 9:20. The breakfast choice was limited with little fresh fruit available. With particular reference to COVID 19 measures, little care was taken. Cutlery was already placed on the table, food was not covered appropriately and there were no distance regulations.

Only the small village not the hotel.
The cleanliness of the place was not good at all. In the first room there was dust and hairs, definitely they didn't clean it at all. As cherry on the top after one day there were ants n the shower. Definitely not worth the money and also COVID measure were not implemented at all.
