Retro feel in shared spaces. Excellent staff with a peaceful quiet feel.
Hotel room a little outdated but clean beautiful view of mountain. Lots of hot water for shower.

The views were amazing. I could look at the mountains from the bed. It's a little far from the main town with no sidewalks, so depending on where you plan to go that could be a consideration. Overall very clean, friendly and gorgeous location.
The restaurant was meh. It was a rainy day so they canceled their regular menu completely, you had a choice of 1 dinner option and their "snacks" menu. Which was pretty good overall even if it did take longer than expected to make a panini in a mostly empty restaurant. Dessert was good as well. We skipped the very very expensive and limited breakfast and went across the street to the cafe.

Nice hotel.

Great little spot right outside of Chamonix. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed walking to dinner about 100 meters from the hotel. Easy access to the cable cars and hiking. Free parking. Cute little town.

I loved the room and it's ample space. The bathroom was also very comfortable. On the other hand, the breakfast that was available for an additional fee, was a bit disappointing.

Pretty expensive for a 2/3 star hotel, had expected better at the price.

Great location, easy walk to Flegere lift, 5 min into Chamonix centre on bus or train. Great bar opposite

Really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Bus stop right outside the hotel for easy access to Chamonix Centre.
5 minute walk from the gondola.
Good breakfast, limited evening food menu but the food, beef and chicken burgers and pizzas, were all very nice. After getting back ache on the first night, the manager went out of his way to acquire a firm mattress for me which was MUCH better; thank you!!!
Thoroughly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Great location, the area is very quiet and close to the main town.

Decent room with view of mountains. Restaurant was closed as in "interseason". Didnt bother with breakfast as cheaper options in bar opposite. Limited reception hours but they mailed me beforehand with code to get in back door. Free parking next door. Not in centre of Chamonix but was fine for a one night stop over and there apoeared ro be a regular bus service into town

A great substitute to staying in the mania of DT Chamonix - with direct bus and train service to DT

I’ve stayed here twice now for work. The hotel does need a makeover but the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are fine if small and the staff are all lovely. It’s a three star hotel: no coffee in room, no fridge or mini bar in the room and no safe either. The breakfast is all you could want apart from an old fashioned coffee pot system - no proper made to order quality cappa or flat Americano. Just filter coffee 😞 The views are stunning from the front of the hotel, and the balconies are a good size but the downside is road noise and noise from the bar ( Le Petit Social ) across the road. My only real problem is no air-con…the rooms are so small that you wake up suffocating in the middle of the night. If hotels like Première Class can offer a/c and tea/coffee in room at a much lower price point so can this place. Having said all that it’s a nice place to stay, it’s a good location, it’s away from the madness of Chamonix proper and I will be back.

I like this hotel, it’s 3 star. The staff are all nice, the food was good and reasonably priced. It’s a good breakfast - apart from no proper coffee machine at breakfast. Old fashioned hot jugged filters coffee ? Really ? Still ? The location is quiet and the immediate area is lovely. Only gripe: I was travelling alone so was in a single room. The smallest room in the history of small rooms. If I’d had a dead cast with me I couldn’t have swung it around my head. Ive never had a hotel bedroom where there’s so little room that the bathroom door has been removed - permanently. Even Premiere Class bathrooms have a door.

This hotel was great. Room was big and spacious. Parking was very easy. Plenty of things to see around the hotel and within walking distance. The only problem about hotel is front desk closes at 4. You need to reach out to hotel ahead of time if you arrive after 4. They give you a code to open the door and leave your room key in an envelope by the front desk.

The staff was so nice, the room was very clean and the view of the nountains from my window...AMAZING
It was also cheaper being outside Chamonix. The town was great too!!

Lovely little hotel, which was very clean with super friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was good value for money
Quite basic, stayed in a single room, which is essentially a shower and bed (no kettle or tea making facilities)
Situated in Le Praz, 40 minute walk into central Chamonix with buses every 30 mins into the town, which don’t run overnight.
Felt a little bit expensive for a basic room outside of town (but did come to a very busy UTMB week in Chamonix)

nice staff, quiet area, superb view of the mountains. Room was small a bit, so was the bathroom.

Loved this place, the staff, specially Rocio was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was decent and location is not in main town but bus stop is just outside. It has parking place which is huge too. Overall this place was lovely.

This property was definitely not what it seemed to be. We came in for check in on a not busy afternoon it took 15-20 mins for someone to get to the desk to check us in.

The staff was always very friendly. Their is a bus stop steps away from the hotel which made going to lifts on the other side of town very convenient. You can also walk 2-3 blocks to Flegere.

Brilliant little hotel and excellent value for money: Booked on line for a stay the same evening which is not the way to get the sharpest prices but it was definitely the best available value and included free wifi, free parking and an ensuite shower room which I prefer. Room was small but clean and comfortable with everything i needed. Shower was wonderful - lots of pressure and a real drencher. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of food and fresh eggs with a boiler so you can do your own exactly how you want it. Restaurant was closed but definitely between seasons so quite understandable. All I need now is another reason to go to Chamonix so I can stay there again.

Perfect welcome when we arrived with an upgrade thrown in and the service continued to be great from there on in. Location was ideal and within 10 minutes of chamonix centre (by car).

Rooms are basic, service is slow at reception. On departure I went out to find my vehicle with eggs smashed all over the windscreen / bonnet. Loud noise from he pub across the road.

Good location with easy parking and a bus service to the centre, few food options close by

Hotel was amazing, chamonix's bus service isn't top notch, but nothing the hotel could do. Little cute balcony with a view, would recommend.

Really happy with my stay. Hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean, good restaurant - and amazing views from the room. Check in after opening hours organized very well - bought my ski pass at the reception too. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great English spoken - for those lazy people like me who, unfortunately, do not speak French - thank you for that!
Overall, would definitely stay again. Thank you!
