Une honte !!! Passez votre chemin !

Personnel agréable

Les équipements de la chambre étaient plus que minimalistes...mais surtout, la chambre était plus que vétuste et surtout très très très sale!! (Poils sur le matelas, poussière partout, sanitaires non nettoyés,...) Inadmissible !!!! Aucune insonorisation, on entend toutes les personnes qui passent aux abords ! Petit déjeuner varié mais pain de mie qui commence à être dur, viennoiseries réchauffées,... Comment est-il possible qu'il soit donné à 3 étoiles...nous avons l'habitude des 2 ou 3 étoiles et cet hôtel en mérite à peine une !!! Nous avions le holiday In 3 étoiles de la même ville au voyage aller, c'était le jour et la nuit ! Mais enfin, comment peut-on louer une chambre aussi sale !??? C'est une honte !!! Et tout ça pour presque 170€!!! Si nous n'avions pas payé d'avance nous serions partis dans un autre hôtel.

Not bad price for money, but definately not a place to return.

- Free Parking - Location not far away from the bus station that leads to the city center. - Not expensive hotel. - Reasonable breakfast

- Vising France, I was expecting to listen some french music during breakfast, something that could inspire the mood of french life, instead it was some arabic music playing. Can't understand the reason behind that choice...

Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel war nicht ausgeschildert und nur schwer zu finden. Am Tag der Anreise fehlten Handtücher und Fön. Der Balkon war der Zugang zu allen Zimmern und somit für alle begehbar. Es gab keine Sitzgelegenheit.

Pas dramatique pour une nuit mais très en dessous quand même.

La situation de l'hôtel, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. la literie de bonne qualité.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre (température extérieure de 1°) On nous a prêté un convecteur que nous avons du installer nous même. Il y avait de nombreuses taches sur le lit. la télévision fonctionnait mal, l'image sautait sans arrêt.

Viel zu teuer für ein solch basisches Zimmer

Zimmer war sauber und warm Frühstück für 11,90 € war basisch aber ok

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis unmöglich, (103,50 € ohne Frühstück) Zimmer nicht besser als Jugendherberge ausser, dass es keine Etagenbetten sondern ein 2 Personen-Bett gab. Allerdings stand es so nah an der Wand, dass der Ausstieg auf der einen Seite nur mit Mühe gelang. Personal schien gestresst und, sagen wir mal, mittelmäßig freundlich.

Good stay for a stopover

Very clean, Good Internet, comfortable bed, Shopping options nearby, hotel makes an effort to reduce environmental impact

The only way to get to the airport at night is a taxi which costs about 30€

Clean and worthy

It is clean and calm for staying specially if you have a car.

The hotel's main entrance for visitors without a car is not so comfy. It was hard at first time to find the entry.

A quiet and comfortable room outside Strasbourg.

It’s very secure and clean, and the shower was probably the best I’ve had during our stay in various hotels around Europe. I also appreciated the kettle and various options for tea in the room.

The gate key provided didn’t work to get into the property, and when I left to get some food (on foot) I found myself locked out. The code worked to leave, though, but getting onto the property was difficult and a little more difficult than I would have liked. Silver lining: super secure!

Horrible experience, I strongly recommend not to book this hotel

Just the position related to work. 20 minutes to reach Marelli and not to much traffic on the road. Smoking area was good.

The cleanliness was not present. 2 days over 3, when I came back in the room I found as I had left in the morning. Bed not done. Bathroom not cleaned, No clean towels at all, no toilet paper... Toilet dirty. The first time I showed my room to the receptionist (see attached pictures) and he was sorry for the situation, ensured me it won't happen again, but anyway did not call anybody to clean. The day after I found again the room dirty. Was clear that no one was there to clean. The second time in a row! I complained again with the same receptionist that told me he cannot do nothing. He was not able neither to call some responsible guy of the hotel to explain the situation. Our agreement was I had to pay less of the rate agreed on Booking. So the receptionist printed an invoice with the total price I should have payed normally and the price we agree (202% less, see the picture attached) and he accepted this payement.

The buffet didn't have a lot of options and it was not replenished. The coffee machine had run out of milk and we had make ourselves content with some juice. we should have gone to a nearby patisserie instead of paying for breakfast here.

Other than staying at hotel, everything else was very nice, including sunny weather

The location was excellent. Nearby restaurants, superstore, nice neighborhood etc.

Room was extremely small with uncomfortable beds. Toilet sheet didnt had flap on it and when asked staff said..ohh yes we know 2-3 rooms have this issue and you know its weekend we cant fix it.

Obviously not well cared accommodation. Broken bulb over the bed.

There is no soundproof AT ALL. All the footstep, coughing, every kind of noise comes through both sides of the room and ceiling. And the ventilator in the bathroom brings cigarette smell from other room or outside, and facilities were aweful. The BEDSIDE LAMP was broken and I was really shocked since it is basically placed right over my head which it can cause very serious injury to their guest.... Unbelievable how careless and irresponsible they are.

Nice, simple and friendly staff.

It was about 10-15 mins from Le Petite France. Not in the city but close enough. A Bolt taxi on New Years was about 10€. Free parking and a gated community so we felt that our car was safe as we heard that cars get burned during New Years. They have shutters so the room is pitch black. We had room 39.

Its not the fanciest but we just needed a place and we booked last minute.
