Staff was super friendly and forthcoming, except during breakfast time. I asked for mor sugar for my coffee and the waitress said no. We only get what is on the table. I spoke to the manager and he immediately got us more sugar. Great ambience in the hotel. I was a little shocked as the waitress that refused us sugar, seemed to not be able to speak either English, German, or French. That's rough as those are the main European languages of this region.

Excellent hotel, lovely comfy and clean rooms, lovely common areas. Good variety on offer for breakfast. Pool was clean and heated and somewhere nice to relax after day in the theme park as open until late. Very short walk into theme park with early entry. Lovely evening atmosphere outside bars and restaurants and in the neighbouring Colosseum hotel. Would definately recommend and will be back again.

Very friendly staff. No problems to arrive early, leave the luggage in a storage room and go to the pool. Beautiful quiet rooms and very child friendly restaurant. Lots of ships and fish to look at for the children. Live music during great dinner, especially the deserts!
We left the luggage next morning again in the storgae room, went a full day to the Europapark and returned in the late afternoon for another' meal & ice cream before driving home.
Definitely a place to recommend.
The early access to the park is also a great extra.

Lovely hotel, nice atmosphere, great dining options and Spirit of St Louis bar is great, better than any Disney hotel

Loved the hotel. Appreciate the close access to the park. Only complaint is the bathroom is small.

A great hotel that put you in the vacation mode the minute your in.

A great hotel, brilliant for a family theme park trip. Clean & comfortable room, courteous staff, loads of facilities. Expensive, but worth it!

Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Cleanliness was second to none with rooms and public areas kept spotless. Choice and quality of food were excellent - in our case breakfast and buffet evening meal. Authentic decor with no expense spared on the attention to detail. Pool area and other facilities were great and no stinginess about towels and bathrobes! Staff friendly and helpful. Car parking available at no extra cost (unless staying in the lighthouse). Very convenient to Europa Park. Would recommend highly.

Great hotel. This was our 2nd time here! The Buffet restaurant is too expensive per food quality, and the pool can be a tad warmer, but other than that - Perfect.

We loved the hotel it had good facilities and was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful and it was attached to Europa Park theme park. There were early admission to the park benefits to staying at the hotel too but we didn't take them up. The Ammonite restaurant was very good the food was lovely.

this hotel never fails to please - absolutely fabulous on the 5th visit....

Was quite excited when I read hotel reviews on line and overall was not a bad hotel, just many small things that could have been better. Nothing in hotel was tailored for smaller children, such as lower sinks, step ladder to wash hands, towels lower to floor, etc. Was a very elegant and formal hotel, more catering to an adult clientele. There was a light on in the hallway all night, only way to turn it off was to take out key which turned out all electricity. There was a show starting at 6 in hotel, which was soon after we checked in. Would have been good to know about that. We found out next day, too late. We went with 5 and 4 y.o. Boys, they loved everything. Was nice nice to have the characters at breakfast. It's also newest hotel on park grounds, so farthest away from park entrance, which was hard for little legs and no stroller on the walk back to hotel.

Lovely hotel but we did not find it better than the other Europapark hotels. In general everything was good, and most of the staff were very friendly. The buffet dinner was excellent, with a very wide choice of dishes available. The only negative point for us was that the lady in the swimming pool area was very rude to us, and this totally ruined our time at the pool and played on my mind all evening. Be warned do not help yourself your towels unless you can handle being told off like a five year old. The attendant wasn't there when we arrived at the pool and not knowing that you had to wait to be handed towels we took 2 towels. The attendant was furious! She took the 2 towels off us and told us off - served other people then gave us the same 2 towels back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel offered an early entry into the adjoining Theme Park and I would recommend any family staying there should take up this offer.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 10 day journey through France to stay with family in Germany and did so so that our 5yr old daughter could spend a day in Europark.Chose this hotel because it was in the resort was the newest with best reviews and weren´t disappointed. Hotel very well designed and visually very impressive, multi-lingual staff friendly and efficient and amenities excellent. Good pool which we enjoyed after the journey and comfortable rooms which were spotless.Very good breakfast and the highlight for Luna were the visits by the Europark animal characters who took time to greet the youngers guests with many photo-opportunities.There were also other activities for children eg, circus workshop which she loved and easy access to the park. Our only grouse was the cost of the evening buffet (although under 6 are free). The hotel is very light, spacious and airy in contrast to some of the other resort hotels which because of their theme and design tend to be a bit darker and gloomier. While we were there we took the opportunity to visit the other resort hotels and the Bell Rock was definately by far our favourite. One tip is to book as early as possible as the resort hotels run at a very high occupancy rate. We checked the rates again 2 weeks after we booked (10 days before travelling) to find that our hotel was fully booked and that the cheapest rate available in the whole resort was double that that we had paid!! Overall thoroughly recommended.

The hotel rooms, facilities and grounds were awesome! The restaurants in the hotel however were very pricey and the food just OK. The good news is there were two Gasthaus's less than two blocks away with much more variety, excellent food and much more reasonable prices. There were also a couple grocery stores just a short walk from the hotel to stock up on snacks, personal items and assorted other needs.. :-)

Great hotel, excellent food, very helpful staff! We will definitely be coming back!

Stunning hotel, rooms very well thought out for families. Buffet in the evening was amazing, much better than the Alcazar or the Colosseo. We have stayed in all of the Europa Park hotels and this is by far the best.
