Room was fantastic as far as space and view goes. Bed was average as well as shower. Lifts were a nightmare as you waited a long time. Parking and surrounding area was awsome .

This is our second stay at Soul in Surfer’s Paradise. Unfortunately now it is feeling quite run down and unclean. There was mould in the bathrooms and on the balcony door handles, the furniture had rips in it, the corridors and room had a very stale scent. The ladder into one of the spas was broken and indoor pool felt dirty and had a sandy floor. What was once quite a grand hotel is now feeling quite tired. A cot wasn’t provided in our room on check in as requested during booking, however brought up soon after by guest services. This was also dirty and felt quite uncomfortable. Our room was ready early for checkin which was convenient, however late check out wasn’t available. Very convenient location being in the heart of Surfers but in need of a good clean.

First time staying here. Hotel amenities are good, especially with an indoor and outdoor pool. Couch and pillows in room could do with an upgrade. We weren’t quite sure why the hot water in the shower only got to one temperature. Hardly any cold water was used when taking a shower. Had to call reception for shower soap as well. The container was empty. Not a big thing but for the $$ per night you’d expect better.

Excellent location. Great apartment with beachfront views, however, a little tired in places with chipped paint work, slightly damaged furniture. Only criticism was housekeeping - Some of the younger housekeepers seemed to lack initiative and did the bear minimum unless asked. But, definitely would stay again.

The appartment has two bedrooms & bathrooms, kitchen & laundry. Plenty of space & large balcony for outdoor dinning opposite the beautiful Surfers Paradise beach. We were on 24 floor with awesome views. There is a large renovation taking place on the upper floors which didn’t bother us too much. Indoor & outdoor pools & spa, sauna & steam room fun when it’s raining. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant food & service was okay.

This was our 3rd stay here because of its cleanliness, location, amenities and those views from the sky view rooms. Its a bit dearer than the majority of stays in the area but the views and location make it all worthwhile. Only downside was no safe in room not usb ports to charge devices so pack your adapter.

The internet didn’t work in our room and was very poor in general. We hotspot to our children for tv The coffee machine didn’t work. The plug didn’t work in the bath so we couldn’t use the spa. Communication from staff was poor, when the man came up to try to fix the tv he just left without saying anything and didn’t fix anything.
