Great location, amazing staff, delicious breakfast everything was awesome for a couple. Definitely could be annoying if someone is looking to “relax”. Noise from clubs and bara can be heard late night, but for me us it was not an issue.

The room we stayed in seemed a bit older and dated but the staff was amazing. Always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast with a view was a wonderful start to the day. Hotel is near many dining and shopping options. We had a great time!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They were always willing to help with a smile, which immediately made me feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served every morning. The variety of options was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the nice coffee and the freshly squeezed orange juice – it was the perfect way to start my day. Now, let's talk about the suite I stayed in. It was cozy and incredibly well-distributed, making the most of the available space. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. However, I did find the pillows to be a bit on the hard side. It would be fantastic if they could provide an extra pillow that's on the softer side, as I think many guests would highly appreciate that. Overall, I want to express my gratitude for making my stay at the hotel such a pleasant one. It was a memorable experience, and I truly enjoyed every moment of it. Thank you for your warm hospitality, delicious breakfast, and comfortable accommodations. I look forward to returning in the future and creating more wonderful memories at your hotel.

The kitchen cabinets falling off the hinges Balcony door would open or close and than fell off almost killing me There where dead birds on the balcony The water smelled horrible All lien smelled horrible and pillows where really smelly bugs everywhere. Otherwise not so bad

The room was clean. At firt impression the neighborhood looked rundown But at night there's a lot of action and restaurants with in walking distance on 10 ave. I saw security officers in every other corner.

I love the property the bed and pillow was so comfortable. It’s a perfect place for a small family. It has microwave, stove refrigerator. The shower was the best out of everything

This hotel is clena an conveniently located. My only issue is that the Wifi connection was horrible. I could barely access it, and when I did, it would kick me off again. Another recommendation is to be able to order breakfast to your room, as well as, if the hours would extend to 11am.

I wouldn't book this hotel if I knew I was going to hear everything the people does next doors, and the windows are not designed to avoid the noise from the street. El Poblado is pretty much 24/7 busy area, never sleeps. Not bad, but people should be able to have a quiet time in their rooms.
