Very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. The inn's location was excellent with many food / drink options nearby. The inn had a charming Italian restaurant located in the cellar. We had dinner there, and the food was delicious. The hotel staff was warm, inviting, and very helpful. The queen bed seemed small, but comfortable, and the room was also small but clean; however, neither was a deal breakers for us. Other reviews reported issues with on-site parking (i.e., limited, especially on weekends.) We stayed midweek w/o any issue. We will definitely stay here again for an overnight getaway.

Mainstay is located in the center of the little town - easy access to parks/walkways, restaurants and breweries. Very comfortable room.

Our stay was good, however we were not aware of local events. Be sure to call to find out what is going on during your stay.

The most positive thing is that you are directly in town. We loved walking every morning right from the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is definitely an issue. We had to park in a parking lot and got a ticket bc it expired at 6am. The bathroom definitely needs updated, the shower was stained pretty bad. The towels had stains also. The room rate is cheaper than most hotels and the room was very quaint. We would probably stay again bc it is a mile from our son’s college.

Refrigerator light leaked noisy all night I could not sleep. The sheets were itchy and the door was ancient box but couldn’t protect anyone in the hall at three and four in the morning were fighting. Not place to stay.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Phoenixville! Will come back again.

The location is good and walkable to downtown phoenixville. There was a lot of street noise in the room.

I thought it was the perfect setting right in the middle of town everything is going on around it and this nice little peaceful hotel for the restaurant right underneath it. I would definitely stay there again!!

We stayed here for one night before a Phillies Game. Its so convenient to everything in Pville, everything is walkable. It was clean, the staff were very nice and courteous. The room was a tad small but who cares, we were only sleeping. We will definitely be staying here again.

The staff were so very friendly and the neighborhood is so cute. It’s walkable with a ton of food options, and very safe.

The reviews I read before we booked were right on. This is a recently renovated small hotel on the main street in historic Phoenixville. The rooms are not large but clean and basic. The two beds were largest doubles I’ve had and super comfortable. They are basic with sink in the room not in bathroom (toilet and Shower/tub). The bathroom door didn’t close all the way because of paint – but not a dealbreaker.
My friend and I (two males in 70s) stayed two nights and didn’t realize that housekeep only does room on request (there’s a door tag) So know that. There staff is all great. They have coffee and hot water (with lots of interesting teas in lobby) and 3-5 kinds of prepackaged muffins. If you don’t see – ask,.
As you will see noted elsewhere, if coming for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday be aware that the main street is closed EVERY weekend for young folks to hit the breweries, pizza places and such. This is a lively town. Getting to parking lots not easy. But we were able to park on street at midnight and move car by 10am. (2 hour free parking starts at 8am every day). The price paid was good value. We went because of the Philadelphia Folk Festival (25 minutes away) and would return next year if attending the Festival.

Located in the center of the town, right on the Main Street, it is convenient to restaurants, etc.
Ask anout parking as it's a bit of a walk. And, the it is a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Still the place provided a decent overnight stay.

Great value in the pville downtown

Nice staff, great location.

Great place to stay. Clean and up to date. Only downfall to spending the weekend was the fact that the town shuts the street down and you have to walk a good way down to a shared parking lot. Thankfully we packed light but being disabled as I am, sometimes we have a difficult time walking. I would definitely come back to stay here

The hotel is right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. Restaurants and bars are great. The hotel is small rooms are small and ours smelled funny. Parking is horrible, there is none for the hotel nearest parking is 2 to 3 blocks away.

Lovely place in the heart of downtown Phoenixville, fun for dining and shopping. Staff was great, bed linens were very clean. Only complaint is that a choice of pillow firmness would be nice. Parking was difficult, but I read the reviews and was prepared for that. The City closes the street in front of the hotel on Saturdays and Sundays, including access to the lot for the hotel (!), and you have to park in a remote lot down the street. Not a problem if you communicate with the hotel, can walk a bit, and don't have a lot of luggage.

While it was and awesome location and staff was friendly and accommodating, it really needs a bathroom facelift and sprucing up inside rooms and outside cutbside

Very small, tight room. Older and worn. Don't be fooled by the photos. This was a 1 night stay, attending a show at the Colonial Theatre up the street. Staff was friendly, and location is great: right in downtown Phoenixville. Parking is a bear!

Small boutique hotel with loads of opportunities. Small nice lobby. Room was very small and carpet felt crunchy under your feet. When bare foot your feet got filthy. Bed was mediocre at best. The street to access parking was closed Friday thru Sunday so had to park off site and walk a few blocks. This should have been disclosed at booking.

Check-in was smooth and staff made sure to share information on where to park (pre-printed maps available) due to a festival in town and related road closures.

We were there for Blobfest and no matter how busy it was, staff was very nice, attentive and awesome!!

This was our first trip to Phoenixville PA and we had an amazing time. We went for Blob Fest. The hotel is awesome. The hotel is in the middle of it all. We loved that we could just pop in and out. Very walkable, so many wonderful bars and restaurants close by. From the time I first called them and spoke with Samantha who gave me info on parking and other attractions, to Mr. Rey checking us out Sunday morning, the stay was a pleasure. Great place, great people, fun time had by all.

never mention that the street will be close and no where to park. Had to park two blocks and pay for parking

We had to park over a block away. We are both over 70 and my has and has a broken arm. It was not easy to get our luggage and other items up the hill into the hotel. And no one offered help in any way. Main Street was closed Should have been mentioned in the listing

We went on a Fri and Sat night in the summer. There was no hotel parking. You had to pay or donate and you had to carry ypur things down/up two flight of city steps. Other than that it was in a super cute town and the rooms were clean. The carpets were pretty gross and i dodnt take of my shues, but it looked like it was under renovation. With renovations, it itls the perfect place!

Parking was a nightmare, but I read that and should haven’t expected it.

Great area for nightlife. Super friendly staff.

So glad my friend found this hotel. We had an event 20 min away but Phoenixville is the place to be for great restaurants, bars and some local shopping. The hotel is very basic so don't expect anything fancy. But...the bed is comfortable, the room was very clean, the employees were very friendly and the location can't be beat. Parking is tight and they only have a handful of spots on premises so prepare to pay for muni-parking.
