We had to change our room, because the bathroom was not cleaned well, actually we found some hair on the bathrooms tiles. The area is not very good one.
However, they have done a pretty nice job with an old building, and their breakfast area on the rooftoop is a very nice and clean one with a very nice service.
I haven't look for other apartments, but it might be a good place for the money.
I would reccoment getting an apartment in Palermo neighborhood, where are very nice bars and restauraunts.

The room was not cleaned during our stay. We stayed 5 days & the staff didn’t change the towels and neither put toilet paper. We had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper. They only removed the trash once upon our request.

The place is OK, but the pictures must have been taken at least 10 years ago, because I expected the place to be much fresher.

The apartment looks better in pictures, bathtubs are in very bad shape. The location is ok.

A good budget hotel. The top floor has a nice area to relax and have coffee/ the pool area is pretty nice. The only con I would say is that the area directly surrounding the property is not the greatest but I would recommend

Todo iba excelente como siempre. Sin embargo el control del A/C no funcionaba correctamente y en la recepcion no me resolvieron el inconveniente.

So unprofessional and unfriendly I did not experience anybody in Buenos Aires, even thinking about the quality of rooms assigned to my collegue which are very unreasonable They charged one more night for 3 rooms collegues only because theyegue were asking to leave the hotel 2 hours later, didn't process the payment with the credit card and asked payment to my collegues Unreasonable also for the quality of the room they assigned us in Buenos Aires there are better hotels

Good answers from reception when asked...mainly in spanish. But easy to understand. We, 3 rooms/6 guests, would recommand, positively.

Nice and new hotel, close to San Telmo’s main attractions. The room was huge! The only thing I didn’t like was that the room wasn’t very good isolated and it’s possible to hear all kind of noises from inside the room (doors closing, other guests talking, etc)

San Telmo is a cool area and this place had very spacious rooms/miniflats. Staff spoke English well and were helpful. Id stay here again.

We have been moved to Babel Studios and lost the 24/7 reception. It was really annoying since we arrived late and had to collect the keys in another hotel.

Lovely place close to the central areas like San Telmo and only 2 blocks from Av 9 July. The place has been designed as a stylish spacious studio, with basic kitchenette (kettle, microwave, mini fridge), comfortable seating areas, big bed, balcony, quiet room at back. Helpful staff. Only minor down side was that some aspects of the decor/furnishing could perhaps do with replacement now - towels worn/tearing, valance stained, bath enamel chipped - which let such a stylish place down a bit. Would have given it 5 starts otherwise, however, would stay there again and recommend it to others for the price and location.
