The reception guy was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde :) sometimes extremely nice, one moment later extremely rude
But in general, was good and informative person

We received free upgrade to view suite, the food in the restaurant was great

I felt like I was treated like a king. I had an upstairs suite with a sea view, which I didn't realize I was getting. The receptionist was super friendly and walked me to my room, so I wouldn't get lost. The hotel was just short walked to the Seabus, which takes you to Mykonos Town. From there you can take the Fabrika Bus Stop to the top beaches in Mykonos.
The only first world issues I will say are the scrambled eggs at breakfast are served extremely cold, and there lots of stairs and no elevator, but other than that, the perfect hotel.

Within walking distance of the ferry we took. Provided transportation information at check-in and pickup was in front of hotel.

Upon arrival the front desk was so welcoming and informative. Helped us with dining and take away options. The ladies were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The property was walkable from the port. The room we got was very spacious with a kitchen, balcony, even a walk-in closet. Room was clean. Even gave us fresh towels every day. I really enjoyed my stay here at Olia. I would definitely come back.

The man working the front desk was super! He took us to our room, carried our luggage, & was very friendly. We had a beautiful view from our room & balcony of the new port. Room was a little outdated, but very reasonably priced. Would stay there again!

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The service is nice and so is the view. The only thing is that the bed is split into two, instead of one big bed. But the rest is great, food from their restaurant taste delicious and they clean your room everyday.

Nice hotel near the port to catch Seajet the next morning

Stayed 1 night and thought it was a lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Strongly recommend the moussaka from the restaurant- it was delicious!

The property was in a great location- ferry port walkable distance and sea bus close to ride to Mykonos town for 2 only euros.
Desk staff wonderful, but property manager was a bit rude.
Breakfast was ok.

Location is close to the port if arriving by Ferry. Across the street from a bus and sea bus station. And coffee shop next door is great. The hotel is Ok other than that. The room/bathroom smelled moldy so we had to air it every time we came back. Safe did not work. If you need to be close to the nice beaches look in the south of the island.

The owner is friendly and helpful. The hotel is right across from public bus, sea bus and ferry. Has a nice lunch menu in the Meze of Port . Love the infinity pool overlooking the sea port. Breakfast was included with our reseravation. We had the Superior Garden View room sleep 3.

I booked this Hotel as we needed to travel from the new port.
Very nice hotel with a lovely pool that was a pleasure to use.
Room's were very nice and breakfast fantastic.
There's the seabus transfer you can use to get to Mykonos old town.
Overall if you need a hotel for onward travel to other islands or not in the centre if Mykonos I would well recommend this hotel.

We had the sea view room and it was great sitting on the balcony seeing the bay. It is an older property but well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, making us feel at home. There is a sea bus (2€ each way) going to Mykonos old town which is very convenient. Also it has a car/atv/scooter rental close by. There is a small grocery store and cafe next door. Unfortunately not much restaurants close by but you can go to old town easily via sea bus. Overall a very good place to stay and would recommend. 👍

We had to drag luggage up 3 flights of stairs including a very thin staircase. There was no one to help with the luggage on staff. Unless the guest is in great shape there is a problem

The hotel is very handy for access to the port. It is walkable and to access tours to Delos and Rhenia it is right there. Also the ferry to go to the other islands like Naxos and Santorini as well as Athens
There is a pool. And a nice outdoor shower area. And lots of parking. The pool was too cold for when I was there. Didn’t use it
There is a restaurant. The food for breakfast was good. A range of sweets and savory food for breakfast
Didn’t try it for dinner. It is also accesible to other restaurants and if u want to take a sea bus to old Mykonos to get all the drinks and food
Thanks to the hotel. Enjoyed our stay there especially with t he upgrade to the penthouse suite which had a spectacular view

Very Nice hotel, right opposite the Port. I stayed 2nts before hopping over to Naxos… and will stay another 2nts whenI return for flight home

This hotel was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near the New Port. Being that the Old Port is where the main town of Mykonos is, there wasn't too much to do near the hotel, so you need to plan to either drive, walk (20-25 mins), or take a bus/taxi to really do anything. The breakfast here was nice and had a good variety. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was very cold, so we did not swim but we did lay out and enjoy the sun and beautiful views.

Amazing place to stay when visiting Mykonos. Staff hospitality is excellent, cute rooms and great for access to everything around. Pool is lovely.

I booked 2 garden view rooms but was given rooms that looked like caves. absolutely no views and the rooms were small in size.

Stayed in a sea view room but room was way up on the hill. Had to climb 100 steps to get to my room with luggage. Place is very convenient with a cantina next door and the seabus taxi to get to main town within few feet from the hotel. Room was good and bathroom was comfortable. Staff was not friendly and were rude to us throughout.

Great place to stay, nice staff. Ps. expedia check out time is not correct.

Nice newer property overlooking the port. The host was very helpful and the condition of the property excellent. The location is a bit of a challenge as there's no sidewalks between property and downtown. The use of the water taxi overcomes this barrier, for a small fare. The interisland ferries are a short walk, which is very convenient. We highly recommend this property.

The Hotel was great, perfect location if you are coming by ferry to New Port, it is a 10 minutes walk, and the public bus stop is just infront of the Hotel. The service is great very welcoming, helpful.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Olia Hotel. Theo and the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located opposite the new port with lovely views and is a 10-15 minute walk distance to the old port/centre of Mykonos.
The breakfast was simple but had enough options to give us energy to start the day! Each day was slightly better so they are improving.
Overall, we were truly pleased with the hotel and highly recommend it!

The hotel in general was good, just found the pool water extremely cold. Had strong wifi access, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.
It is located within walking distance from the New Port (ferry terminal) and We were able to walk to the old port without the need of transportation but it was accessible by bus, taxi and sea bus.
We did enjoy our stay
2.0
The staff was nice, albeit not very helpful. They told us about the bus transportation that was right outside of our hotel, but failed to mention the bus would be 20+ minutes late at times, or not arrive at all. If you have foreign tourists, you definitely need to make it clear that the transportation is not reliable, especially if it’s the only form and if not, you’ll be walking on the side of the road on a cliff. They recommended us a place to get a COVID test done, but also failed to mention the steep cost of 60 euros for it. Definitely something you might want to make tourists aware of, especially non-Europeans. Their breakfast was fine - not great, but free. We asked them for some help with coordinating stuff for our trip and they couldn’t even do that correctly - we had to go back and ask them to redo it, which was frustrating, as it was JUST printing a piece of paper. Finally, the atmosphere was definitely not relaxed. There was about five times between my partner and I where we were awaken by screaming children. If you’re going to cater to everyone, then make sure EVERYONE is enjoying it. I also found a random dried contact on the side table - it was not mine, and I was the only contact wearer in the trip, so that was a little disgusting.

Limited security. Room could use renovation. Weak wifi.
