Room interior dated, but clean. Dishwasher rack broke so door wouldn't close, open blocking walking into kitchen. Called maintenance multiple times, no one came to repair it Sidewalks around buildings dirty, trash around.

Location of the property is really nice. The units are very big and very clean. Everything was clean. My family and I had a great time there. It was like less than five minutes from beach and they also have shuttle too. Will go back again

The property was nice and the surrounding area was very nice. We enjoyed shopping, riding bikes and driving to Coligny Beach.
The only complaint I have is my step-dad forgot to lock his SUV on Saturday night and we found someone opened the door and went through the car and all his things. They left things opened in the car and the car manual was on the floor. You could tell the person was looking for something to steal.
Overall we had a good trip and enjoyed our stay at Island Links Resort.

When I got to the front desk I was given the wrong room and told the room that i requested was not guaranteed. I had them call the manager and after about 50 minutes of waiting I was given the room that i paid for.

Everything was perfect except for the units were not updated and our stove/oven was ancient and didn’t work. The pools were amazing, the activities were great the units were very spacious and the location was close to everything.

Wow, what a gem! The pool was great, the rooms were well stocked and functional, and so so comfortable. We wish we could have stayed longer. The location was great, close to several wonderful beaches.

Property was clean and quiet, we rented a large apartment, location is far from stores so not ideal if you don’t have a car.

We stayed in a deluxe condo, and it was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children with room to spare. The unit and property were clean. The amenities were great when we decided not to go to the beach. The shuttle to and from the beach was a great resource. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This property was perfect for our large group that traveled there for Spring Break. This was definitely one of our top 3 spring break trips we have taken as a combined family over the last 10 years. The plus side was the fact that it was affordable for our family of 10 and we had all the space we needed and the kids loved the pools!!

Had an amazing time. I wish they had smart tvs to hook up your accounts too. Kind of outdated with the older tvs.

Kids had a blast in the heated pool

Its a beautiful property and the size of the rooms is quite large. But it was problems from day one. On the first day there, they charged my bank card $952.0 after the room was already paid in full through expedia. 4 days later and we still dont have the refund that was issued. The first night there, i woke up at 230 am to find roaches literally everywhere. We reported it to management and they did offer to give us another room but we opted to stay as long as the room was sprayed. Supposedly it was sprayed but we dealt with the roaches until the time we left. I am fearful of bringing them home. I wish they would have been more accommodating on the refund. That literally tied up almost $1000 in our vacation money and we are headed to Pigeon Forge next. Everything else was great. People were nice. Pool was nice and heated. Lots of activities for the kids and adults. Also did a vacation club presentation while there for $100 gift card. Used it at chronic gulf and it was declined and the $100 to date has not been put back on the card. All i can say is, thankfully, we have credit cards to get us through but now ill be paying interest for everything. For someone else this could be quite devestating and ruin a family vacation.

The ladies from the Phillipines at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating!

My only issue is that my bed was extremely firm which lead to me waking up with back and hip pain each day. Other than that everything else was nice.

Would stay again, but for the rental price, bicycles should have been included.

The property was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the heated pool and the shuttle to the beach. The only flaw was the outdated tvs. I suggest upgrading to smart tvs so we can stream from our phones or login to the Netflix. Thoroughly enjoyed. Planning to return.

Great for a family but the one we stayed in needs updating in the bathrooms. Kiddo loved the pool but one of them was down for “maintenance” while there most of the stay. The activities were nice for the kiddo. Some maintenance needs done on the rooms. One showers door barely opened, doors off track BUT room was very spacious, nice and cool and the things you care about were there. Beds super comfy. If bringing littles, may need darkening shade for one bedroom. Was a nice vacation. One guy at checkin was rude (Monday night), rest of staff super nice though so maybe just one bad apple. Felt safe. Was reasonable for $.

Over-all, we enjoyed our stay in Island Links.
Did find a vape cartridge and large pocket knife in our unit. With 3 little children not too happy about that!
Kids loved the pools!

My family of 5 loved this place because of the size. It’s perfect if you have teenagers and you want to spread out. Plenty of parking, clean and well kept condo. It’s easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great place to vacation, our favorite place to stay in Hilton Head. Check in was great, quick. Upon arriving to our 3rd floor unit, we discovered the elevator was out of service, after notifying the front desk we were promptly moved to a unit in another building with a working elevator. Friendly and accommodating staff!

We really enjoyed our trip and plan to come stay again.

So nice, we bought a timeshare

We loved being close to pool and not too far from the ocean. The shuttle worked perfect. We were 4 adults and 2 children ...and all had a good time. Beds were very comfortable...and plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. We will be back

Overall it was exactly what we needed! Wasn’t crazy about having to turn down a timeshare offer, but they’re just doing their jobs. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds were cozy, washer and dryer worked well, we were right next to the pool, even the temperature in the condo was perfect.

The property exceeded my expectations and enjoyed the property's rooms, which were very spacious and nice.

The property was nice and clean. Internet service was a joke. My husband had to go to a coffee shop down the road to work since the internet was so slow.

no one in our party was able to connect to the Wifi (laptops or phone) during our entire 1 week visit

It was tough to find which added to how quiet it was
