위치, 청결도 다 만족입니다. 오래됐지만 깔끔하고 따뜻해서 놀랐습니다.

호텔리어들이 아침 인사도 안받아주고 프런트에 항상 사람이 없어 호텔리어 찾아 사무실쪽 기웃거렸더니 여기 STOP사인 안보이냐고 성질냅니다 . 직원 네명중 두명은 서비스 정신제로렸구요 두명은 적어도 인사는 받아줍니다.

Excellent location for travelers and surrounded by all shops you will need

Great location along Hoheweg which is a main shopping area. Just outside hotel is the bus stop and it is only a few mins walk to the train station to/ from Zurich. Near convenience store, restaurants, watch stores and outdoor stores. Good view of the mountains from my window.

Room and bathroom space were tight and hallway was also narrow. Sometimes the floor felt it was creaking. Breakfast was just okay but dimly lit. Only one elevator but never crowded whenever I used it.

Great location and good value. Good breakfast.

Rooms were very warm, even for the winter time, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed by cracking the window. Older building so you could hear movement of other guests at times but it quieted down at night.

Location is right in the middle of the city, it is only a short walk from the train station. The breakfast offers a lot of choices.

The stairs were partly under construction and couldn't be accessed.

Great value for money.

Great location with local bus pass available. The bus stop is just downstairs. Superb breakfast. Got a room upgrade because of noise. Very nice staff. You can store luggage before or after stay, and they offer power socket converter as well.

The location is very central, close to Interlaken West, and many cafes and eateries, staff was nice and helpeful, they have room for luggage to be left there if checked out or checked in early, Value for money

Enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed the breakfast which was a good spread amd enjoyed the fresh fruits. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location was good, a welcome drink could be used but we didn't claim it due to too short a stay.

The split level, where one has to either go up or down half a level to reach your room, even though there was a lift but it is okay without luggage, only during checking in and out.
