Imade and team - they were excellent, responding to our requests readily. More like a ”butler” service, helping us with all our requests.
Property : 4 star
Boutique property is dated with minor repairs needed (bulb, tv box). Feels like a home away from home. It’s spacious and yet private. The pool is 1.6m deep, so bring your own float if there are children or just purchase from nearby supermarket.
Breakfast : 5 star
Delicious breakfast made to order daily from the in-house keepers.
Communication: 5 star
Communicated though WhatsApp and from pre-arrival, arrival and during stay.

If you value privacy and space for yourself, this place is perfect. Away from the bustling nightlife and quiet. The pool is nice.

1.8km to Seminyak beach, about 20 mins walk. Or we just booked a Grab transport, easy with app. There are 2 supermarket nearby. Plenty of street shopping along Jln Legian. Restaurant, I expected better, disappointing for most of them personally.

We loved everything about Villa Seriska. All of the staff were so friendly and took good care of us, from the moment we arrived (after a late flight and delays at the airport) to the moment we sadly had to leave.
We thought the location was perfect - we couldn’t hear any noise from the roads yet were literally just around the corner from busy streets full of shops and good places to eat and drink. It was also an easy walk to the centre of Seminyak or down to the beach. We (two adults and a teenager) easily walked to Potato Head Beach Club and back, but it might be a bit long for younger kids. Taxis or Gojek can easily get you around though and they’re everywhere.
We would definitely return if we had the chance!

We stayed 7 nights. The Villa had everything you needed and looked great, especially the garden. The Villa was kept clean daily by Made and his team. His breakfasts were a highlight. Some maintenance needed as looking a little tired in areas but very minor.

Awesome Villa near great shopping and restaurants. The staff was fantastic. They treated us like family. Putra made it easy for us to tour Bali and was always available via WhatsApp. The villa is very comfortable, serves great breakfast and offers a quiet environment for resting.

property generally in good condition, might need some sprucing up soon though. It is not 5-star luxury condition, and accept mosquitoes (they do provide turn-down, coils and repellents) and bugs as part of the area.

This place was very nice if you want to be near the airport and the busy city life. It was clean for how difficult it is to maintain outdoor area. The staff is what really makes this place so amazing. They are very attentive and are ready to help you in any way possible.

Villa Seriska
I was searching for my first holidays after covid and my honeymoon too. Wanted a comfortable, luxury place with utmost privacy. Villa Seriska is the property which got my attention immediately. I kept searching for other options but none was able to impress and I booked Villa Seriska immediately.
My Experience :- right from the date of booking, Putra, the manager, started to assist me with all my requests (planned a small surprise for my wife). Made, assistant manager, is very warm and very helpful. Villa is beautiful, spacious and gives you all the privacy you need for your holiday. Both Putra and Made are very accommodating to our requests. Breakfast will be cooked at the villa at your preferred time. Located in Seminyak, nearby to pubs, clubs, lot of food options nearby, minimart right outside villa etc. are some key highlights.
Overall, highly recommended place to stay if you are visiting Bali.

An incredible peaceful retreat in Seminyak. We came on our honeymoon and it was the perfect way to start the trip. The staff were sensational - no ask was too big or too small. We had a romantic dinner by the pool (cooked for us - we arrived late from a day trip and everything was set up when we got home,), two day trips and three massages which we had by our pool! Bliss. Breakfast was filling and delicious - the smoothie bowl was so tasty. The room and bathroom were beautiful - the bathroom was half outside and felt very tropical - hot showers too (not that you need a hot shower in 30 degrees!)
The private pool was great to have, and we also had a little lounge area and second bathroom. Plenty for two people!
Seminyak is quite busy but we couldn’t hear a thing from our room. Apparently all the villas were booked but we wouldn’t have known. Also black out curtains made for an excellent sleep! Great aircon and WiFi. Also they provided you with a local mobile phone to message any time if you need something when you’re out and about. You can walk to the beach in 20 mins to just get a cheap scooter taxi.
Thank you to everyone who made our stay so fantastic!
Worth every penny and would love to try some of their villas in other cities.

I was a solo traveller for 2 nights before moving to another villa. Check-in was easy. I got a shuttle pick up from airport (no hassle despite the 2hour wait in line at customs!). Made, the villa manager was lovely and checked me in, gave me a mobile to use in case of emergencies. The property I had was 2 story with 3 rooms - lots of space, but a bit of an awkward space if you were there with kids/friends. One TV (none in master room). Shaded, good-sized pool, not a huge amount of sun throughout the day.
Breakfast in-room was ok. Im vegetarian so pretty basic. They cook fresh in room (including dinner if you order). No tea or coffee provided and no minibar? Also no products (shampoo etc). Shops close and easy to find coffee but still a bit annoying. Apparently the beach was close, but I never found it? Quiet area. Felt safe enough.
Comfy bed with turn-down service. Wifi was good. Towels could be replaced. In-room massage available which was nice. The villa was a bit tired overall. Not 4 star.

It's cozy and compact for 6 people, exactly separate each villa. Every evening, Mr. Made was come to care of us from mosquito, he cooked every morning for us. you have 6 options for breakfast and all is good for all generation. Dining room is not chilly, warm and all beds room is clean. all of staff of this villa is kind and helpful so don't worry if that would be first trip to come with villa . Follow them without problem, you could be get something as shuttle from airport or late check-out if available. I appreciated all my memory there ;)

They provided excellent service, very much tidy rooms and private pool, and breakfast prepared in the villa at our required time. Most surprisingly we seldom bit by mosquitoes with the pool and plantations around! We even made our own meal using their equipped kitchen, had a massage in our bedrooms and had breakfasts not only aside but at the pool!
I think the villa can be a place for lovers who seek for tranquility as it is just a 2 min walk from the main street but with good security and there is a staff around. Or you can visit it with your friends and family at its two floored villa like our stay and enjoy food on the main street or beach by 15min walk.
I would like to thank Putra again who checked with us tightly to make sure we could settle down with our plan. Even if you are too lazy to plan your trip, they will give good recommendation and offer transport at your request. They gave us a cell phone and just called them for any question.
Highly recommend for who used to stay at big hotels or you may expect a high price for a well-managed villa. You should experience at least once for their satisfying face-to-face service with a relaxing environment at a reasonable price. Hope we will enjoy their other villas in Bali someday in the future =]

Absolutely loved this place. Lovely villa with a great private pool that our kids were in all day. The location was great for walking out to shop or eat but equally it was off the street enough to be quiet.

Hotel staffs are the best part of the stay. Warm welcomed and friendly service. They cleaned the room neat and tidy everyday. Location wise is very gd too with all the gd spa, restaurants and supermarket nearby which is very convenient !

Great place to stay with my 2 year old son and husband. Spacious, comfort, nice street (close to good restaurants, massage, supermarket), the pool was small but deep so it was enough for my family.
Putra(the manager) was very helpful even though our late checkout was not available because of the last minute reservation(?). You can call massagist to your room which is really helpful if you have baby. Putra always help with reservation taxi or anything you need.
Low light is the air conditioner in second room was noisy and the villa is open type so you have to be careful about moskito. Only one bedroom has complete 4walls.

Putra was a lovely guy, he welcomed us in the villa and explained few things about the villa and Bali clearly. The villa is HUGE, the two floors property was way too big for me and my partner, you could easily accommodate a family here. We are looking forward to come back in the future.

Villa was cleaned daily plus a nightly turndown service which included bug spray. Staff attended to all our needs and were very helpful. Location was very good surrounded by restaurants and shops and just a short taxi ride to the heart of Seminyak.
