The property is in a nice quiet location about 25 min from city center. It can be reached via metro and tram and the stations are about 6 min from the hotel. The staff is so friendly and always there is someone to help at the reception

The rooms were very good, the atmosphere was very pleasant. We liked our stay. The service people were very nice. They recommended a nearby local restaurant where we got real Czech beer, real Czech cuisine and it was quite cheap. Exactly what we needed. Thank you!
The only thing was that our bikes had to stay outside because there was no place to put them under the roof. Fortunately, the hotel had a courtyard where they were safe.

this hotel is NOT dogs friendly. I had to pay for a dog more than for myself! I got to know only during my check-in.

The Hotel was Clean and the Breakfast was Nice and it's near to the Tram Station.
One Lady staff at the reception she was very Nice and helpful.
I was asked to pay Extra amount for City Tax.
Everytime I'm booking throw Booking.com I will only pay that exact amount. I Explained but they said they won't let us till we pay.

The staff is very kind, the beds were comfortable, the price was good!
One of the rooms was at the side of the kitchen was very noisy in the morning, the hotel is placed quite distant from the center.
4.1
The staff were accommodating.
The photos online do not reflect real hotel. Rooms are very small. Breakfast area was poor and location is not great. Definitely not 4*.
I would class this as a hostel, suitable only if you are passing through for one night.
Lack of facilities in area too.

Our room was on the last floor with a beautiful view over the back garden. Pretty comfortable and clean, good breakfast, convenient fridge in the room and good location for us, the residential neighborhood gave us a taste of everyday life in Prague outside the touristic part of the city.
The room was a bit outdated, but it didn't bother us as it was cleaned every day. No air conditioning except for a ceiling fan, again, this wasn't an inconvenient as the nights were chilly. Our only concern was that at night we noticed there were some kind of bugs that looked a bit like silverfish in the bathroom and we feared they'd also end up in our luggage, which actually happened 🤦♀️ Czech souvenirs..

friendly staff, easy access to transport public..
I found the room small for four people..

The size of the room is very small and toilets are not so clean and the staff was not helpful.Didn’t meet 4 star expectations.

It was a big disappointment. The staff and management scammed us. We booked for 2 nights wanted to checkout after one night the staff confirmed we can once booking.com is on board. All ok with booking.com. After we Checked out a day early the hotel refused to refund and blatantly changed the whole story.
Staff misguided us. Senior management is even worst.
4.1
Nice hotel with breakfast
The room has two single beds (moved together) instead of a double bed
