Avoid this place by all means. Reception staff is extremely rude and not helpful. They take a huge deposit at the beginning of your stay and do not return. 2.5 months after our trip we are still waiting for the deposit to be returned!

Nice stay, easy instructions on arrival and nice quiet area of town

Upon our arrival at the property at 7:30 pm, we found the premises locked. We managed to gain entry with the help of another guest but were left clueless regarding the whereabouts of our room or how to obtain our keys. We learned about an external key box from another guest but were unaware of the required code, which as it turned out, had been emailed to us. However, all communication was in French, which we didn't understand, leaving us in the dark. After finally gaining access to our room and figuring things out, we reported to the reception the next morning. They provided us with a laundry bag but did not offer any guidance regarding the facilities such as the pool, bar, parking, ski boot room. Frankly, the staff did not come across as friendly and we felt as if we were an inconvenience to them.
On the second day, we discovered the pool, but it was unfortunately green and not properly maintained. The surrounding stones were loose and posed a safety hazard. Regarding the room, it was passable but quite dated. The beds were comfortable, but the shower had poor pressure. The entire place seemed antiquated and is in dire need of a comprehensive renovation.
Overall, our stay was mediocre and it's unlikely we would choose to stay again.

Ski in ski out, great value for money in a fantasic resort. Been back 6 times now.

Wonderful place for a family skiing holiday. The room was great and amazing to be able to ski right from the door.

We couldn’t get into our room until 6.45pm. When we did get in the upstairs bedrooms had not been cleaned and the beds were not made.
Three times we queued at reception on arrival day, each time the wait was at least 45-50 minutes.
Issues were eventually resolved and the apartment was spacious, staff do their best to help but they are understaffed.
The spa area clearly states no under 18s but children take over the area! so adults can’t use the facilities.

Excellent apartment for our 5 day trip. Close to the town, walkable in the evenings but ski bus during the day. Piste across the road too! Apartment was clean, tidy and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa area was nice. Would visit again.

Lots of good things about this place — location, access to piste, ski to door, a well stocked shop and pizza place next door. Lots of things that could be better. They have all the facilities you could want but they’re all slightly lacking. The pool was quite cold and the spa area isn’t nearly big enough to accommodate the amount of people that want to use it every evening. It seems like they don’t ever have enough staff to cope with the scale of the place. It took two days of trying to get an extra set of sheets to turn our double bed into two singles (even though we’d requested two singles on our booking). And as is often the case in these kinds of places, there’s no one around to help in the evenings so you kind of have to fend for yourself or wait if you have any problems. The rooms are a good size and have everything we needed but they’re a bit tired, as is the whole building. On the whole it’s not as nice as the photos make it look but it’s a good price so I guess you get what you pay for and if you want a good location for skiing, it definitely ticks that box

Wonderful stay for the week of Christmas. Apartments are very comfortable and clean, beautiful balconies/views. Kitchen had what we needed, dishwasher, convection oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (Tassio capsules). Plenty of storage and adjustable heaters in each room so always cozy. Ski in/out for one lift, but free shuttle bus picks up outside which takes you to main Ski area in 5 mins. Evening activities and treats in the main lounge was always a treat (younger kids enjoyed he silly staff). Be sure to bring a few kitchen ingredients from home if travelling by car. Only provided tiny bottle of dish soap, sponge, one bin bag, three dishwasher tablets, and kitchen cloth. No hand soap or any cooking essentials. There is a Proxi market just next door that sells everything you need (even individual dishwasher tablets!) also take away pizzas on weekends. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.
** only complaint was cost of publicparking across the street. €17 a night or €77 a week but if you take car out to drive anywhere you pay more. Limited underground parking is available at hotel so do ask when booking. **

The stay was good, not great skiing weather which meant we had to stay in the apartment more than we planned.
The apartment is nice, reasonably clean, and well located, but I wouldn’t say is was the best we’ve stayed in Montgenevre.

We booked this accommodation as it looked great in the pictures but they were a bit deceiving. Bedrooms are absolutely tiny, my children shared a bunkbed room and you could only walk in sideways. Beds were also rock hard, but thats just down to personal preference. The staff were very rude and not helpful whatsoever, one person informed me that the cleaning fee was included in our rate, another person said it wasnt. There also was no information regarding checking out and what needed to be done, ie linens to be left in a big black sack ( which wasn't in our apartment and we had to ask for) , where the bins were etc.. the corridors and elevator were filthy, there was a trolley of dirty linens left in one of the corridors for days. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi and sauna were always full so i couldn't use them, for an accommodation this big there should be a second jacuzzi! The only thing going for this accommodation was the lower price compared to other accommodations around, the location being beside a ski lift, and also next to ski school for my kids. I wouldn't stay here again.

A familiar place for us, it is useful to plan for the late check-in by either having accessible ski-clothes on arrival for an afternoon ski, or a good long lunch. Slope access perfect for those who are not needing ski-school but a regular bus stops by the complex. Pool is early evening fun.

Great place, very nice people at the reception, great for family vacations with little kids

Check in is later than most, there is luggage storage but its not secure or well managed, anyone can access it. Lifts are very slow, can be a 10 minute wait if you are unlucky but had little option as the building is a maze of corridors. Pool was nice, changing areas lack privacy and at the wrong time of the day the facilities were packed. Thought the room was a nice size, cleaned well, lacked basics such as 1 toilet roll and the provided inventory of items was unnecessary when the items were not all there. Broken items in the bathroom had to be reported.

An excellent base in Montgenevre. Great spa to relax tired muscles.

We liked the outdoor pool. Location is good close to the slopes and close to shops . Easy walk to the centre. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The club hotel is a bit old and needs some renovation.

Check in was easy and staff very useful, room was as expected however floors where very dirty. There is apparently no parking anymore so we had nowhere to leave the car and the fridge was not on when we arrived so had nowhere to put shopping we had bought. We also stated two double beds and the booking agent even made a special request for this, however it had not been done.
The welcome pack is basically useless and does not tell you any information about the buses, the pool, where to put rubbish, how to use the oven, contact numbers, the Wi-Fi code or even what to do when checking out.
The room was very noisy and you can hear every footstep made or door closed in the whole place, I was woken up lots in the night by this. A party kept me up until 4am one morning and there was no number for me to call to complain.
We only used the pool once, it wasn’t very warm, you don’t get any towels, the steam room smelt and the Jacuzzi fits about 3 people in, which for a complex with 200 rooms is pathetic.
The ski room leads straight to the slopes, although this is on the small side of the mountain and there is no boot warmer. There is a small shop below the complex which sells food as well as cooked pizzas to take away, the bus stop is also there.

I believe the position of this property is fantastic, just metres from a piste, shops and supermarket. It is always clean and tidy, the hot water and heating are great.

Great choice of accommodation for a winter family trip with a ski in ski out bonus.

Lovely time. Clean. Great views. Loads of snow. Right next to lift. Would stay again

Good location. Clean and welcoming hotel. Pool and spar are great. Family friendly. Wifi could be better and reception only open for a few hours a day. Would stay again.

Apartment was clean and tidy, large fridge and good kitchen. Only 20 metres from ski room to piste- nearest lift is the Serre-Thibaud 'chondola' which is the fastest lift in the resort, amongst a lot of slow ones.

We spent a week at this hotel. We reported the toilet on arrival as it stank on our second day and were told someone would come and check it out but that we didn't need to be in the room. No one came. On the 3rd day again we complained and the day after a man came and put some product in the drain, this was ok for an hour or so and then the smell increased dramatically. By the end of the week the whole apartment smelt of drains, our clothes smelt and it was disgusting. On the Friday our last day we demanded that someone come and smell the apartment and toilet and they agreed that it stank and we requested for the manager to come and see us. When the manager eventually came they were of no help what so ever and told us that we should have requested to move rooms earlier in the week - albeit when we checked in we were told we had the last available apartment so couldn't move.
We have stayed here previously hence why we rebooked and we were very disappointed with the service we received in relation to our smelly toilet. We will not be recommending this hotel to anyone in the future and will in future stay elsewhere.
We had an excellent skiing holiday and luckily due to the nature of the holiday we only spent limited time in the appointment, however the time we did spend in the apartment was spoilt due to the horrendous smell.
I would not recommend this apartment as a 4 star apartment to stay - rated far too highly!!
