Nico, the property manager is exceptional with his welcoming attitude, knowledge of the island and great recommendations for site seeing, dining and activities. If he wrote a book on Santorini it would help a lot of visitors to this amazing island.

The views were breathtaking and the staff, particularly Nichos the property manager, were amazing. Upon arrival, Nichos worked with my wife and I to plan out events, wineries , places to eat and things to see for our entire stay. I had an amazing time and an amazing resort with excellent staff

5 Star service. In 35 years of travel, this was by far the best service and staff I have experienced. Help with planning sight seeing, recommendations, and tickets. The chef was amazing with the breakfast. The villa was top notch with a great bed, pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, patio area. Secluded, so not to worry about tourist watching you in your villa. Free transportation from the Port and Airport. Highly recommended, with great views of the sunset.

This hotel was honestly perfect for our trip. I loved that it was so private and had the best sunset view around this time of year. There was no need to rush to Oia along with a

The staff is super nice, he got up at 4am to prepare breakfast for me.

This is by far the most amazing place i’ve stayed at (and I travel A LOT). Celestia Grand is located perfectly with a view that you have to see to believe that exists. Close enough to Fira and other fun areas while secluded enough to give you the unobstructed views. Niko was fantastic at getting us set up and organizing activities and booking restaurants for us while there. He even went out of his way to give us a ride once. Breakfast every morning was delivered and set up by the pool. Food was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. You also get house keeping twice a day. This is a private paradise and we were so sad to leave. I highly recommend this place. Its worth every penny.

It was absolutely amazing. The property was a dream come true. Furthermore, the service and attention was exceptional. Niko and his staff made sure that everything in our trip was excellent. In fact, we missed the last shuttle to Fira one night and Niko gave us a ride. As for the views, it was unbelievable. We also stayed in a high end property in Oia but would choose Celestia Grand hands down next time we visit Santorini(this was our second time). At Celestia Grand, you actually had privacy. In Oia, we had drones and people all around us taking pictures. Here, we were all to ourselves. Can't wait to return!

What a perfect destination!! Celestia Grand was just outstanding, way above our expectations! The location, the villas, the staff, the breakfast, the views and certainly Nikos who gave us a very warmth welcome and really took care of everything for us with the minimum details, from setting a plan for the 4 days, book all the restaurants, give us all the tips on what to do and what to avoid!!! I would go back to Celestia anytime!!

Incredible. I’ve traveled to over 50 countries and stayed at some of the nicest and highest rated resorts and this is now top 2 on my list. Niko was so helpful and available. Great person.

Niko was awesome! Simply the best receptionist, concierge, and everything you need for a wonderful stay here. Extremely helpful, friendly, humorous, and make us feel totally at home in this luxury villa.
The villa itself it beautifully and tastely furnished, with Jacuzzi, bath tub and pool etc. Totally satisfied with our villa - spacious, well equipped, beautiful view of Caldera and Aegean Sea.
Will definitely return, and definitely hope to meet Niko again!

Nico our hotel manager really helped us with everything that we wanted to accomplish seeing in Greece thank you!

This place is outstanding! Niko and the team are very helpful. Location is outside of Thira but a shuttle bus runs often. Was the most spectacular view and the property is luxe! Breakfast is very good - a lot is offered. Niko makes all the difference and was happy to help with so many things. His knowledge of what to do and how to make the best of your trip is invaluable. We cannot wait to return.

I am an extensive business traveler, typically spent over 260 nights a year in various hotels. The service level, attention to details and the responsiveness at Celestial Grand ranks on the top of my list.

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly and the location was great for the view of the caldera. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and the staff even got a cake for her.
Cons: We stayed at 2 different places in Santorini. We paid a very expensive price for Celestia Grand. 1. Coordination of things could have been better. The other hotel proactively reached out to us to arrange for our transportation from the airport to the hotel but with Celestial Grand we ended up having to take our own taxi there. Taxis on the island are few and very expensive. 2. Worst of all, my wife got bitten by bed bugs and had to see a doctor when we came back to the States. 3. The quality of the breakfast was not as good as the other hotel we stayed at.

Outstanding location, great service. Nico is Mr Santorini. Listen to whatever he says and you will enjoy the island no matter what. Would definitely return back to Celestia Grand for truly celestial feeling.

Disappointing experience. Pool was not heated and coming just before summer , we were unable to use the pool as it was too cold To us this was a significant compromise because we had imagined using the pool overlooking the caldera. We spent most of the time in the room, so this experience was disappointing. Do not recommend.

Having had the opportunity to stay in some very luxurious locations over the years, this was easily the best vacation from a level of service perspective ever. We highly recommend the Celestia Grand and cannot say enough good things about Nikos and his team.

This is a wonderful island. Niko is a wonderful host with so much information of history and places to go. He is so helpful in setting up activities or suggesting places to go. The villas are beautiful and you can’t beat the views or sunset. The breakfast’s is definitely something you would want to wake up for.

One of the best and most relaxing places we've ever stayed, the holiday was made really special by Niko and his excellent team. The welcome was as warm as the weather and Niko advice and personal service was beyond anything we've experienced before. His recommendations from sightseeing, boat trips, wine tasting evenings, restaurants made this trip magical and we will becoming back to see them soon. Thank you Niko and your Team. Oh and just another point they have the best views of the sunset on Santorini, if you want a romantic sunset from your own personal balcony its fantastic.

The hotel was great. Breathtaking views. The guy who runs the place, Niko, is also great snd very attentive to all of his guests and their needs. Really great for a summer or spring destination.

Our 4-day stay at Celestia was nothing short of perfect for our honeymoon. Amazing concierge service that made it easy to know our choices of things to do (we only planned to do the hike from Fira to Oia before we arrived) and brought everything straight to the hotel so we werent cabbing it to unknown places. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to the closest city Fira (5 min drive) which was so convenient and allowed us to eat at a few more places. But honestly, it was hard for us to want to leave the hotel! They serve an amazing breakfast right on your patio and then the view and privacy, along with your own pool, is impossible to beat. We enjoyed it as much as we could rather than going crazy traveling around the island. Overall, amazing service and we could not recommend it enough, in fact we are already trying to figure out when we can go back!! (A quick note and suggestion for the hotel though, softer toilet paper and bath towels would make things even better!)

It was absolutely incredible! Niko, the manager of the hotel, is what makes this hotel stay over the top. He is so service-oriented and did everything possible to make sure we were happy, having fun, had everything we needed and wanted, etc. There are a lot of gorgeous hotels in the world, and this is one of them, but what truly makes the Celestia Grand stand apart from its competition is Niko. I cannot emphasize enough how much trouble he went to to make sure our stay there was perfect. We are home now and life without Niko is sad :-(

All-in-all, a very relaxing and quality hotel. Would recommend, and also stay again.
Good:
a) Absolutely ensure that Niko is working when you stay. He made our stay extremely comfortable. Excellent host.
b) The facilities are overall nice and the location is away from downtown sufficiently to make it quiet, but not so far as to be unwalkable (the hotel shuttle is twice per day and free as well).
c) There is a convenience store and a very good bakery right across the street.
d) The hotel can rent cars directly to you.
Could improve:
1) Representation of the hotel on thier website and Hotels.com. Our room was better than advertised, but winter services were reduced. Just a bit of updating needed to set expectations differently.
2) One of our two toilets was stained inside, one of the showers was very small (a pre-built shower-in-a-box-style) and had a bit of mold in it. There was visible unfinished sheetrock under one of the cabinets, a cabinet knob was missing, and the wi-fi did not work in the living area (needs a second access point). Overall, these are small items, but resolving them would fully secure a five star rating.
3) A new hotel is being built on the hill above the villas that may reduce some of the tranquility in the future. We heard constructions noises periodically during the hours of 9-4pm, but overall it was well managed. The construction will be stopped by peak season.
