One night stay while biking the local trails. This is an older building but very well maintained and equipped to prepare meals in the room . Clean, comfortable and one of the lower cost hotels in the area. A bonus is Jean-Marc at the desk. Pleasant, personable and will respond quickly to any questions or issues you have.

Not value for money property, probably worth half the listed price.,, Grimm staff… check in & out was smooth and easy. Room was old and outdated. Not great but ok for half the price listed for!

So this isn't so much of a review as it is a warning to fellow travellers. I was robbed here. Despite the fact that this place is creepy, dilapidated and unclean, I also actually paid 2 nights in full and didn't even stay here. The reason being when I arrived here, the hotel (motel) had no power. Which is fine, it happens, but when I asked for a refund, I was denied and treated very disrespectfully. I even called the police on the lady at the front desk, who was hiding from me in the basement because she was avoiding me. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

After reading a few negative comments, I was a bit worried before arriving. After consideration, sure the place is a bit stock in the 80’s, but it was very clean, quiet and we slept well.
The beds are double beds, which could be small for tall people but they were comfortable (I prefer hard beds than soft mattresses).
The place smelled clean, no cigarette smell. We didn’t hear anything all night.
The lady at the desk didn’t speak French but this isn’t something that bothered me, she was polite and was trying her best.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay, we had business to attend to and were only there one night.

already at check-in I was not impress as the person there was not able to speak one word in French (this is in Quebec where your main market speak French)
I am good in english and I always speak in english when in other provinces of Canada, it is a form of respect.
once in the room it was not nice looking at all for 160,00 $ per night and it was very cold.
it took 3h to get at a comfortable temperature.
you could feel the cold air from outside comming from every tiny holes in the walls (not insulated at all).
and then in the bathroom, there was not heated at all and there was a humidity bug in the bath ..
you can see they don't care about the place, they just want to make money.

A beautiful area with alot of restaurants and outlets within 5 minutes by vehicle.
Staff was very kind.
Cons: outdated apartment the fridge is extremely loud and the A.C would set off the 20 amp breaker which includes the lighting and outlets for t.v etc...
Lastly, our room was located on the second floor at the end of the hall. Therefore, we received alot of odours from the clients smoking beneath us on the balcony. As the main door didn't have sufficient weather stripping, the odours ventured into our room.

I liked that we had a little kitchen with a stove , dishes and a fridge, the room was very clean and quiet easily accessable what We did not like is Where we stayed on the first floor, there was a lot of noise early in the morning over our heads coming from the second floor so we werent able to sleep inn.

It was very good !
I will return for sure.
The lady at the front desk was nice, the man as well, the room was big and very clean, I was happy to find a kitchen I didn't know about it, with spoons forks cups....all what you need
it's near the highway but I didn't hear any noise
in my opinion this is not a Motel, it should be a Hotel.
Thank you for excellent service!
See you soon.

The Complex Le 60 is our hotel of choice when visiting St-Sauveur, excellent and helpful staff, a perfect location only minutes from the mountain and downtown to visit the shops! With beautiful views at night of the St-Sauveur lit up for night skiing. The rooms are very comfortable, a home away from home with all the comforts necessary. Thank you for wonderful vacation, until next time. 😀

The bathtubs and shower need to be redone. Would also be helpful if the vents could be closed on the fireplaces. It was very windy that night and we could hear it in our room through the fireplace.

A beautiful spot with a comfortable room and friendly service. We love the view and my daughter loves the little playhouse, pool and hot tub (that were still open at Thanksgiving !)

Reception is awesome during check in, however when we came back from our trip around st-sauveur the room was a bit cold so we tried turning down the AC but the remote was not working so we called reception then the guy on duty got so mad came in to the room with no face mask on turn the breaker off then leave with the remote. We end up sleeping with NO AC and it was very uncomfortable we had to open the windows hearing all the noise from the outside just to have air circulation in the room. Our stay experience was hossible! We did not feel that we were treated like a guest. In my opinoin, the guy on duty that night was racist towards us. We end up not sleeping there the second night. I DEMAND A REFUND.

Property was very cute and well-kept with a nice pool. Given that it’s right off the highway, you can hear the cars passing loudly, however inside the rooms it’s pretty well-insulated and you don’t hear as much. Room is equipped with a table and kitchenette, but no coffee supplied for the coffee machine. I think they could offer that, but overall nice experience.

Perfect location for all the skiing and tubing and restaurants etc. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean and well looked after even if they were a little older looking. The view from our room of the ski hill was beautiful especially at night!! The fireplace was wonderful and the kitchenette had the basic essentials for a family long weekend stay. All for a very reasonable price, we would highly recommend Complexe Le 60 and will be going back.

The fridge is old and makes noises, old rooms , appliances, and furnitures. The TV is badly placed also uncomfortable beds.

Does not apply. Unable to go due to sickness. Owner unconpassionate and re-rented room. Offered a Sunday night knowing I work the next day! Unrefundable and unswitchable should be mentioned. Owner mentioned would lose my room but did not... that,s our business world today! Times have changed. Totally upset

No iron or ironing board in our room.
Can’t use the air dryer and air conditioning at the same time as it trips the breaker.

The hotel is at a great location; view unbelievable, room is very nice, not to big but a family of 4 or 2 couples can easily stay here. The only MAJOR complaint is the pillows, they were horrible, left with a very soar neck
