7/10 - it’s possible we just had a bad experience. But cleanliness and room size is great.

This is a beautiful property with great rooms! The price was great and we really enjoyed Sardinia.

Mosquitos in the room… woke up with about 10-15 bites. Staff accused us of incorrectly using the ONLY iron in the hotel after it burned a hole in my dress on the lowest setting. Instead of being empathetic to the situation, the front desk staff came back to our room after the incident and said that other guests had no issue and clearly this was my fault.

Hotel Nicolette is a great hotel with excellent location.

We’ve had an amazing stay in hotel Nicolette. The hotel is located short distance from the beach. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. Definitely would stay in this hotel again!

GREAT location, service, breakfast! Perfect spot to enjoy Baunei Coast!

Great breakfast! Best breakfast we had on our whole trip to Europe! Perfect location to do the boat tour with Tortuga Boats to the remote beaches of Sardinia on the Baunei Coast. 5 min walk to the pier! Great little local fever and restaurants around the corner all within walking distance. Concierge was awesome and made sure we had what we needed like a sack lunch and beach towels for the excursion. Would stay here again and again! Great spacious room! Nice big counter in the bathroom. Huge closet and extra blankets were appreciated. Loved the stocked mini fridge in the room - esp when we needed water later at night. Room had a window witha great little view which was perfect for hanging wet swim clothes out to dry!

Could have used a few more pillows but didn’t bother to ask for more 🤷🏻‍♀️

clean room, comfy beds, nice bathroom though the shower is a bit small for my taste , good coffee, very nice and helpful staff

Comfortable room, relatively spacious and renewed. The terasse was a true advantage! Perfect location, very close to a nice beach in case you don't want to drive as well as to a few good restaurants. Breakfast is fine, especially appreciated the not dairy milk.

The hotel is a very nice and quiet hotel with a good location in Santa Maria only 5 minutes walk from the beach. The staff was so nice and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel in a great location - in the center of the town and near to the beach, with the garage or free parking near by. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room in a ground floor had a nice atrium. Breakfast with a varity of choices. Highly recomended.

It was not the cheapest option in the region, but it worth every penny. The staff and the breakfast was amazing, they helped us with boat trips, tranfers and everything else we wanted. Very nice rooms, we even got a balcony (which was not mentioned on the website). Recommend it for couples!
