We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms are small but the beds are super comfortable with nice down duvets and beautiful pillows! The breakfast is wonderful and the staff helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful staff! Great location. Amazing breakfast. Only the room seemed small for 2 adults with an infant crib.

Ideal for a short stay to seek out the gems of Zurich. The breakfast could have included some fresh fruits, fried eggs on request. Overall a very comfortable stay, close to an HBB Station which is a 9 minute walk from the Hotel and 23, minutes to Zurich Airport.

Excellent staff. Lovely breakfast. Nice size room.. lovely breeze in the room and a fan considering there is no air conditioning.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and tram. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful with directions and dinner recommendations. The room was small, which we expect in Europe, however, very clean and equipped with everything we needed.

The staff was nice, decent location. I wish the room would have had a desk for my laptop. Breakfast was ok.

Lovely hotel in a good city location for a reasonable price, reception staff were really lovely! Only probably was the heat in the bedrooms, no climate control in the rooms and was very hard to get a good night sleep

Loved our stay here! Very comfortable and quaint hotel. Excellent location by the river. Nothing fancy and elaborate, very comfortable and cozy - we loved it!

The room was bigger than I anticipated. Front desk staff very helpful. If there was an option not to have towels changed daily for eco reasons I would have chosen this.

We love this hotel. The location is perfect and quiet. One block from Lake Zurich, the lake promenade, and pretty much all the sites including old town. Clean, great breakfast, lots of restaurants to choose from and a very friendly staff.

Very good location, super friendly staff. Small room, but given we were for only two days in Zurich it was not a problem.
Simple continental breakfast, but ok.
Good hotel for a short stay.

Seegarten is a terrific property, really well located on a quiet road walkable to Zurich's famous lake. We loved the charm of the property, pleasant decor and our room (24) was spacious with 2 windows. The only down side is the noise that comes from the floors above and in the corridors (when the housekeeping team are up and doing their thing) it seems very unpleasant to be able to hear this especially early on a Sunday morning.
The breakfast was unfortunately very underwhelming. Apart from the tea/coffees and juices on offer everything else was very basic. I suffer from dairy and gluten allergy so you can imagine I could literally eat nothing. We were also surprised by the rations – 1 boiled egg per person, as if this was a diet camp! We tried ordering different types of eggs but I don't think the property could accommodate this. I think the property could do with an entire menu change – especially if they want to pull in Zurich's local crowd!
Service was attentive – what we'd expect from a boutique property.

Very well located. We booked the smallest room but received a free upgrade. Rather old place (furniture/design). But great service and clean. Would stay again.

The restaurant was not open. The breakfast was not as nice as I had imagined and definitely not what it looked like online. The room was very warm and I could not get a fan. In the mornings when it would be cooler there was no heat which made the room very cold. The room was very small and outdated. No room service. The gentleman at the counter was always very friendly and helpful though which, was very nice. I would probably not stay here again.

Great location. Friendly staff who are fluent in English. The room was extremely comfortable. Dinner was over-priced but good. The ambiance in the hotel and restaurant was lovely.
5.0
Great location and very convenient to get to the old section of the city.
3.0
Overpriced. Noisy due to hardwood floors with insufficient carpets (only one very thin carpet that presented a falling hazard rather than buffering against noise. Could hear foot steps above constantly and poor noise insulation.
5.0
Such a super nice hotel in a really nice part of town, near the opera and art galleries and a Mercedes showroom across the corner. Employees were beyond friendly and helpful and gracious. Very classy but real and comfortable hotel. I loved it
