It was excellent

We had a really wonderful time at Sea Gardens. We felt rigth at home and was sorry to leave the last day! The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The food is delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from. Everywhere you look around the property you'll find beauty. The place is clean. There are many areas where a couple can sit and talk comfortably while enjoying the dreamlike views. We will definitely return to Sea Gardens for our fourth visit. ❤️

What a warm friendly welcome you get here. Everyone wants to make sure you are ok and do what they can to help. My wife had a terrible chest infection and the on site nurse was a star providing medication and checking on her welfare (all at no cost)
The hotel is obviously a few years old but the rooms are pristine and the AC super cool.
Restaurant cuisine is mainly Jamaican but you can always find something to eat and the snack bars provide burgers hot dogs etc so you won’t go hungry.
Big shout out to Andre at the bar and Carla for the excellent room cleaning.
We stopped at Sandals in Jamaica a few years ago and I can honestly say this has been a far more enjoyable experience albeit there’s no wither service for drinks
We
Will definitely be returning

Everything was great except for the hot water in the shower and the iron was broken, they did not have a spare one on hand.

It was an ok stay. I was disappointed that the pool was under construction and closed. Shocked that there wasn’t an elevator on the side of the Resort we stayed so we had to go up 5 flights of stairs each time we went to our rooms, so we asked for a lower floor because we both had issues with our feet and legs, when we were given the lower floor we had to drag our luggage down the 5 flights of stairs it was horrible! Check out was horrible, line out the door, a mgr came in and started asking to help but didn’t ask who was next in line and we questioned her and she was very unprofessional I can’t recall her name. The stay/Resort was nothing like I imagined from the pictures but at least I can say I’ve been to Jamaica I guess.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was overall friendly and the frint desk workers were not professional. The hotel was not accommodating. I requested two beds and was no given that. I was offered a cot to sleep on. I wastild that there is no guarantee that I could have what I requsted and hotels.com overbooked them.I shared the queen sized bed. The tv didnt work I requested servicefor that but nothing was fixed. I requed clean towel and didnt receive then until bedtime. The dirty towels were never picked up. When my bed was made my blanket was removed and never replaced. I was uncomfortable and did not enjoy my stay. Also, when it rains one of the restaurant floods. The food was okay. The drinks were okay. The gift shop was overpriced. If you're needing an all inclusive hotel to stay at that with bad service, leaky ceilings, half clean and unseasoned food. Come here

This was a Birthday trip for my 76 yr. old Mother..sad to say that we were disappointed with the Room and Customer service...the location of the hotel is great if you want an economical hotel close to the airport, the food served was traditional Jamaican so don't come expecting to get scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast, there are no elevators at this hotel so be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage, we had to wait 24 hours to receive washcloths and our room card key locked us out our room on our last night...dont be fooled by the pictures...at this time, I do not recommend this hotel based on our experiences.

Nice place, quiet, staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was good, pool side is relaxing and the beach is across the street but it’s private with a delicious grill and bar with amazing jerk pork and chicken. Loved it would stay again.

Good hotel, would have giving them a five but they need an elevator.

We enjoyed a long weekend at SeaGarden, as repeat guests, and we weren't disappointed. Being "shoulder season" the resort was less crowded and we had the opportunity to try the Italian restaurant twice! (The beef lasagne was delicious, and so was the salmon entree.) The Jamaican dinner buffet the other two nights was excellent with oxtail, curried goat, and other specialties. The beach area was beautiful, well kept up, and we enjoyed jerk chicken at the beach grill for lunch after snorkeling. (Note: You can borrow snorkel equipment starting at 9am, and it's best to go when the water is calm and high tide. We saw two lobster and a variety of colorful fish just down the steps near the rocks below the gazebos!)

The check in was very slow. Got given a room on the 3rd floor. Booked a king bed and only got one double bed in it. No TV was available until 7pm on the day of my stay. They said it was a flow problem but flow was available in the sports bar. Eventually after calling about 6 times someone came up and sorted out the TV. The food was very mediocre. Not enough variety. I live in jamaica and fancied a nice salad but only lettuce Tomato and cucumber was available.

This property is older, but everyone is always so nice and it was so beautiful. All the staff was happy, helpful, and willing to help you with whatever you needed. Some of the buildings are older, and may need some maintenance, but nothing not typical (maintenance is always something no matter where you go). The food on the buffet was awesome, no matter what time of day, and the drinks were good. The beach was small, but really nice, clean, and full of activities that were so fun such as kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boards. The gift shop was a bit pricey , so wait to get souvenirs at the airport. All in all my husband and I had a great time and will be back to Sea Garden resort.

Great food and the beach is very nice. You can also get a boat ride and go snorkeling.

Constant noise from our room which was above the club. Music didn’t stop until at least midnight every night. The entertainment was repetitive and didn’t go on long enough, some days just one hour of entertainment for the whole day. This isn’t a complaint, we had a lovely couple getaway still.

Excellent

Service was so poor especially on our first night (8/27). We found out later after dinner that housekeeping failed to leave towels (zero towels in our room). We did not get any delivered until almost 11pm and the person who came to give is made a comment that it was out fault!
Food was same every other day and there was only one restaurant to conveniently go to. The "grill" restaurant by the beach served only burgers, hot dogs and jerk port/chicken which servers were rude and slow. Service was poor. Room was unsafe due to it's balcony doors locks were not working. They do not check doors in rooms and locks all work.

Poor service, food was not that great - same every other day. We did not feel safe in our room due to locks on balcony doors were not working and also bathroom exhaust was not working and did not have other room to move us to! Just an unpleasant experience for us and would not go back or recommend to anyone.

The food was ok, except for being served jerk wrap with spoiled meat. One of the bellman was nice and a few of the dining staff in the restaurant and the staff at the beach was friendly as well. The rooms smelled so old, the ac kept breaking down. There was no pool access as it was out of service with big yellow tape around it. Entertainment was rear and the little entertainment they had was so boring. I would not recommend.

We had issues with room 1310. There was a stopped up sink, lamp not working, and ants on the night stand. I reported this to the front office, and didn't notice any sightings of ants again. However, the other issues were not resolved.
The staff and food prepared were great.

The staff are beyond excellent! I really enjoyed talking with them. They were always so helpful and happy to be so.
Initially, I was assigned a room that was at the top of several flights of stairs (no elevator). I am 62 and out of shape. When I brought this to the attention of the reservation manager, she had me in another room within a half hour.
Both beaches are fine. My friend and I preferred the second beach as it was a lovely quiet and almost deserted cove. The girls at the beach bar make fabulous lemonade!
I really enjoyed the pool. It was small and deep and not many people swam in it or hung around the pool area. There is a deli on the pool deck that serves amazingly flaky and tasty patties and strong wonderful coffee, both until 5pm.

The only thing I didn't like that there was alot of flies around the food area and around the table that you eat.

The hospitality was very unique. Everyone greeted my husband and I, the food was very good and the beach is spectacular! The music was nice the water temperature was perfectly cool enough to enjoy. Karaoke was almost every night. The night club played all the Jamaican hits and the all inclusive drinks made the stay even more enjoyable. The Sea Garden was a great choice for my Husband and I to spend our vacation and we will definitely come back again to stay.

Sea view garden is an affordable vacation spot that gives you access to a beautiful beach area. It’s located in Montego Bay only a 6 minute drive from the airport. The hotel itself has many great qualities such as entertainment every night! I especially loved the fire dancer Cecil and the contortionist slinky. The staff is friendly especially the lifeguards who encourage you to try the many water activities and sports available. The food was good. You get an assortment of food options with the all inclusive package. The omelette bar in the morning was my favorite and it was amazing. A hot stove out in the open where the cook makes your omelette right in front of you with fresh ingredients 4-6 at a time for those waiting in line. The dining experience itself is novel and allows you to take time to sit and enjoy your food and company. The downside is no AC in the dining area however with its open concept and ceiling fans once you are seated and relax you can enjoy the cool beach breeze that flows through the area. The Italian restaurant was a beautiful little gem inside of the resort. Dress code is semi formal so you can dress up.
Only complaints it took forever to get my towels and rags. I only got 2 at a time when it was 3 people in my room. The pool was under construction, the Chinese restaurant was still closed and the beds were too firm/hard. I was happy to get extra pillows when I asked for them because the bed did a number on my back.

Not my cup of tea when it comes to resorts. Rooms were outdated and not clean. Also, the pool was closed the entire duration of my stay. This resort is good for the elderly folk because it was definitely a snooze fest.

This was my husband and I fist time visting Jamaica and we pick the SeaGarden Beach Resort. What a great decision we made. Giovanni greeted me and my husband at the front desk with a smile and very helpful in providing us with all our needs for the short time we were there. The food was great and the entertainment was even better. A tour guide is present on site which provided us with King for transportation who knew the area very well. The only problem we had was the hot water when taking a shower. I highly recommend this hotel and it's all inclusive so you eat and drink all day and lots of amenities to keep you entertained.

The property was very nice and clean. I paid for an ocean view they did not clarify it was across the street. Cars were parked on the street playing lounge music very late into the night.
